So sad, I live close by and really wish this management can get there house in order. I come most Sunday's on my way to church and every Sunday the parking spots closest to the entry door is filled with employees (how do I know I know the make and model of them, I have a decent memory and I take pics w my phone), I have reported this multiple times and nothing ever changes, sad! The food is sometimes very good and sometimes very bad, they have an issue for a long time of serving raw hashbrowns. The wait was about 20 min in the drive through. Two cars behind me left before we got to the pay window. The pay window person was very present but the girl at the second window not so much. She gave me soggy wet straws and our drinks. I wasn't even going to ask for fry straws because she looked miserable. I moved to the waiting are waited another 5 minutes. The fries tasted like they were left out and sogggy. The chicken sandwiches were mint. I never seen a chard bun in my life at a McDonald's. My order was $20!! I parked in curbside and checked in... waited 15 minutes then I finally called because 15 minutes for FRIES? Worst McDonalds EVER. I live down the street, and I will go MILES out of my way to any other McDonald's in STL when my husband has a craving for a Big Mac just to avoid the nonsense at this location. I just pulled up to the drive thru to be yelled at "Ugh. You're gunna have to give me a minute." Not "one moment please" or "I'll be right with you." It's not like there was a line. There have been many occasions I've waited 20-30 minutes in line for his Big Mac meal.... and every time I have to wait somewhere different. They have people parking all over the lot, blocking entrances and exit, creating a complete disaster... every time the cones are arranged different to get to the drive thru lanes - it's not hard to pick a lane, they don't need an obstacle course to get to the order box. Don't even get me started on the missing food, jacked up orders, or the large fries that look like someone ate half of the container before putting it in the bag... has become an absolute comedic act every time one of my kids wants McDonalds.... which color line at the flag pole will we have to wait by now? What's the path to French fries going to be?? We take bets on how long it will take... you guys need to take a field trip over to Chick Fil A and take notes. read more

I went through the drive thru this morning, and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a soda. No biggie, right? I paid at 9:10, and was told to pull into a reserved space in order for them to finish cooking my food. Understandable, I've worked in fast food and know how busy it can get. Maybe it's just me but this is really the only location that seems to cook my orders fresh and gets them right. I do agree it often has longer lines and there's often a wait, but at least my food is fresh and reliable. Yup, not coming here again. First, I was told the lobby was closed when my 2 year old needed to use the bathroom and was instructed to go to the gas station next door. That's fine and dandy. So I did, came back. Ordered a happy meal and a non-altered meal. I was told to go wait by the orange sign. And there I sat, for over 20 minutes. I called, asking where my food was, and they said it would be right out. I had to call AGAIN. During my wait, I watched MULTIPLE people walk into the lobby, that were not workers. They spent a while inside, so apparently my daughter COULD have gone to the bathroom inside? Anyway, once I got my food, MY ORDER WASN'T EVEN CORRECT. And they only put 5 chicken nuggets in a 6 piece meal. I will forever choose burger king. This stuff doesn't happen there! read more

I stop here occasionally - maybe a couple times a month. It could be for just a drink, a whole meal for myself, or enough for my husband and I. Generally, I go through the drive through and more often than not, the line is wrapped around the building. It takes between 5 and 10 minutes just to place your order. Then another 5-10 to get to the first window to pay. Usually, someone just grabs the card out of my hand without reading back my order or telling me my total but they haven't charged me for the wrong order yet so I guess that's a bonus. It would be nice if the person at the window said something. A Hello, How are you, thank you, have a nice day, would go a long way. But anyway, Once I am handed my card back it doesn't take too long to get to the pick up window but then I get pulled. Every. Single. Time. They have a 3rd window that always has someone sitting at it and 3 additional reserved spaces for those waiting. I have waited up to 25 minutes in a reserved space alone and my longest total wait from ordering to leaving is 42 minutes. I have, on multiple occasions, had to go back inside because the fries were cold, nuggets were cold, burgers were mismade, something from my order was missing, they neglect to give you sauce when they pull you, or giving a wrong drink. There is really nothing that they haven't messed up. Why go? Some would ask. Well, when the food is correct, it hits the spot. Its the only McDonald's on my route and sometimes you just need something quick to eat in the car on the way. I have accepted the fact that I'll more than likely have to wait and that you can never really leave the parking lot without double and even triple checking your order. I will continue to visit occasionally but that doesn't mean that I am at all happy with their service. read more

I buy a large unsweetened tea with 2 lemons almost every day...,it's not rocket science yet it is usually wrong!! Sat in drive thru while 3 other cars got their orders. Finally left the speaker and pulled up to the drive thru.. only for them to tell me that they were busy and were alternating drive thrus even tho the person before me was skipped and left and i was skipped. Finally get to the window and place my order and asked for my receipt, they tell me to pull forward give me my receipt tells me bye and still no food!!
