Had a rough stop at this place yesterday on our way back to the twin cities from visiting family. Had a mobile order that we picked up through the drive through which in itself took a while but understandable. When I got to the window they started handing us the wrong food and we told them it wasn't our order. They apologize and went to look to find the right one. We got our bag and pull out of the drive through only to realize it's not even close to our order. I bring it in to see if we can get it fixed but the lobby was closed cause they couldn't handle to traffic flow (but still had customers inside eating?) thankfully one of the workers cleaning the lobby saw me and let me in cause I didn't want to wait another hour in the drive through just to get my order fixed. Assistant manager apologized again and sent it back to get fixed. NOW the real reason I was a bit disappointed in this experience. As I was waiting for my food, what I assumed was the store manager came from somewhere other than behind the counter (bathroom maybe?) and immediately starts complaining to her workers that she's upset she can't count her drawers yet because she has to drive to the cities the next morning and instead of helping her employees with the orders that were obviously backing up she instead threatened the employees to come in at 4am to count her drawers since she can't do that during a dinner rush. Oh and we got our food finally but it was the same bag I brought in originally to get fixed, again. After waiting for another 5-10 minutes but once we got our food back our food was stale and cold and wrong for a 3rd time. The service was awful, even from the manager they were rude right from the beginning. There was a booger in my food.

They do the best they can in the afternoon with limited staff. The runner was extremely unpleasant and asked why would people keep ordering and coming in if they see how crowded the dining room is. Close the dining room then if you don't like getting business. I'd rather it be fast than slow to make my shift go by faster. Breakfast seems to be the best time to go here, it is when they have the most staff. Today between 4:30 and 5:00pm this little brat that looked like Justin Bieber helped himself to a cup behind the counter where there were no staff because he was thirsty. Him and his fellow brats were screaming in the men's restroom and made a big mess on purpose for the limited staff to clean. I've waited over 40 minutes for food at this McDonald's and I'd wait again. Just don't like the poor behavior of some people. Everyone excused Justin Bieber look alike behavior including people older than me except me. They ruin the dining experience for others. read more

The service was unbelievably bad. I've gone to many many McDonald's and not one of them had worse service or work ethic. They really hire anyone who walks into those doors because nobody knew what they were doing. My food took over an hour. I only had 2 PLAIN McChickens. They messed up orders so badly, their trash bin in their kitchen was overflowing with "mess up" sandwiches and fries. Too many people asked for a refund, I'm not sure how this place is still standing. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. After we parted ways, realized how tired I was and went through the drive-through to get a coffee, not thinking that it was 7 PM and none was probably made up. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Thought I could do get some nice crispy fries to eat away the sadness but then they give me these god awful soggy fries that taste like they've been sitting on the counter for 3 and a half hours. First of all, if you go inside the restaurant you can't place an order with a human being. All orders are taken through a machine not an employee. (Not one customer got their receipt from the machine). 10 people waiting for their orders... My husband left - went to the restroom, got gas next door, and not one order was fulfiled by the time he got back to the restaurant. No employee communicated or even came out front to acknowledge the customers. (It appeared that the drive through was the priority) When we finally asked an employee for help - she rudely, loudly, and sarcastically said "Oh sure, I'll just drop everything I'm working on and help you." We were actually not the next order up and we told her to please fill the orders before us. We weren't trying to jump ahead in line, we just wanted the orders to be completed fairly. The employee didn't care, she was stomping around and trying to make us look like we were being unreasonablethe by filling our order first. We went on 6/22/2018 as we have done ever since this McD's opened many years ago. To our dismay and disappointment the entry door Windows were not just dirty but smeared with fingerprints and food . Then as we entered the restaurant the two trash containers were so full that trash was on the floor! Our service was slow as it appeared there was not enough help. The floor and table tops needed cleaning and several chairs had seat with cuts on them. This is without the most neglected mcDonalds we have seen ..especially with the fact it is a McStop! I completely agree with the other reviews. Unexpectedly slow service for a fast food restaurant. This location used to be known as "McStop." It used to be a lot easier to get in and out of this place. Now, with the Pilot station nearby, it can be very difficult to get out of the parking lot because of all the semi traffic. The Burger King next door stands to give this restaurant a run for its money as the service has really declined over the years. read more

Stopped here on our drive home. It was horrible service. We just went thru drive thru. The pricing on the board was lower than what they charged us. After pointing it out they didn't seem to care. Ordered food and drinks and asked for an ice water. They charged $1 for the cup. I understand charging something but the dollar is just as much as getting a drink from the dollar menu. read more

Really bad customer service!!! POrdered a simple Cheeseburger and small fries the other day on my way home so I wouldn't have to make dinner. I get home and found NO burger on my cheeseburger. I'm not sure why, but every time I come to this McDonalds they are incredibly slow. They always seem to be under staffed which might be part of the problem. The only reason I come here is because its closest to my home, but it's worth driving across town to a different McDonalds so I don't have to wait for a stupidly long time. read more

Are we seriously reviewing a McDonald's location? Even the best ones will be a three. This one doesn't smell, no bugs running around, bathrooms clean, etc. Every location will have slow days depending on the help, and you can bet good help is hard to recruit and keep at McDonald's.
