This McDonald's is just horrible, we placed a $60 order at the kiosk in the dinning room, 35 minutes to get our order? We noticed a couple of door dash drivers waiting even longer? The young lady that helped me today changed a 0 star review to a 2 star review. First off I'm getting tired and frustrated with the app. It is clunky glitchy and not user friendly. The last 3 times I've ordered, in 3 diffrent states the app was hard to use AND messed up my orders. Only in the Springfield OH location did an employee try to help me. Even then my order was messed up but the error was because of the app in my opinion and not anything she had done. I ordered the triple cheeseburger meal for me and a kids meal for my niece. For some reason the app would not process my order. After 15 min of trying I gave up and went to cash register. I wish I would have caught the young lady's name who waited on me . She was friendly helpful and patient with me. Just like the last time I ordered the triple cheeseburger meal. ALL I got was the burger. My niece shared some fries with me. She enjoyed her kids meal. I was so frustrated over the whole ordeal I forgot to take pictures of her happy meal. I was so frustrated with my sloppily assembled cheeseburger that I did take a picture AND I posted it on yelp.How hard can it be to put some ketchup and onions on a bun then strategicly place a hamburger patty a piece cheese neatly on patty and do that till you have 3 pattys then place the other bun on top and wrap it nicely? I worked as a grillman at a Red Barn. I know for a fact through experience it's no hard task. Come on McDonald's teach your employees to have pride in thier workmanship. I had absolutely no problem with the taste of my cheeseburger but would have enjoyed it more if it was visually appealing. My niece enjoyed her happy meal and the toy that came with it. It is my desire that McDonald's will take my comments to heart and apply them in such a way that on future visits they receive a 4 star review. The service, quality, and accuracy is about 50/50. Sometimes they are amazing and I'm through in less that 10min. Other times I wait in line for ages, curbside takes +30 min and/or I'm missing portions of what I ordered. Lately it has been worse, and I have been missing items on orders that only contained 3-4. Today I waited 45 minutes, 25 was spent waiting in store to get the attention of a worker to get my food. The lobby was filled with people waiting on orders & others who were there to get a correction for their meal. The workers were slow and seemed to not care. Drove here after the rude treatment I received from the limerock road location and found a five star staff but the food was cold when they handed it to me. For a large college student event on a Saturday night, I called to order 100 cheeseburgers. We usually order from the Hillcrest location but they would not answer the phone. So I called the Main St location and spoke with the manager/supervisor on duty, Ebony. I could tell she was skeptical of my order (who wouldn't be) but she said she would have the burgers ready when I arrived and wanted to make sure they were still hot when I got there. About half an hour later, we decided to order more food for the students so I called to add 100 chicken nuggets. Ebony said they could have them ready by the same time I arrived to pick up the burgers. When I arrived, I went inside and Ebony and the whole staff were super friendly and helpful. Side note- the store appeared very clean as well. She admitted they thought it was a prank until I called back. I told them how much I appreciated them believing me and that we would come back to this location for our similar events in the future. The staff even helped carry the items to my car. If the franchise owner or any corporates from McDonald's read this, I want you to know how great your staff is at this location. I don't come here on my own often but the few times I've used the drive thru, they have been friendly and quick. My orders have always been accurate. This location deserves a commendation. read more

We just moved to the area a couple of months ago and we don't drive into town often. We grabbed, what we thought was supposed to be "Fast Food" from this McDonalds.....The girl at the first window was sitting down on a stool, didn't look to be injured or handicapped, no "Hello," just a repeat of our order total. When my husband said, "Thank you," her response was, "MMM-hmmm." It's one thing not to have manners, McDonalds can't control someone's poor upbringing, but I know they teach their employees about good Customer Service and this wasn't it. This is the response we get after sitting in this line for 15 minutes? We FINALLY get to the second window and the guy hands us one drink and then asks if we can pull up and they will bring out our order in a minute. There was only one car behind us......ANOTHER FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER a girl walks out and hands us our order and says, "I don't know why they made you guys wait, that was dumb." Ummm......so there wasn't an actual reason? We had assumed they were waiting on fries or something but that couldn't possibly be it because when we got home we discovered THEY FORGOT THE FRIES! And if that weren't bad enough, my husband said the chicken was TERRIBLE! He said it tasted "rubbery and undercooked." On a personal note, I can't stress enough how frustrating the lack of professionalism is in Springfield. My husband just went to this location to get me food, a chicken nugget meal with a coke, nothing too crazy or hard. Well they ended up pulling him to wait on whatever it was, my husband sat there for 20 minutes with a sleeping child in the back so he didn't want to get out of the car, they came out and asked what he ordered?!? Whenever I go they always mess up the order. For example, I went to McDonald's last Tuesday and I ordered a McDouble that was plain with ketchup, a medium fry, and a large sweet tea. But, when I got up to the drive thru they gave me a happy meal. A HAPPY MEAL. I am 64 years old and they gave me a happy meal instead of what I ordered. I then proceeded to go back to McDonald's and tell them that they got my order wrong, and they told me to get out because I was wrong. Mcdonalds is Mcdonald usually this one seems to need new management. When u go they get your order wrong 9 times out 10. Then u are asked to wait a lot.
