don't come until at least 15 minutes after 4 am if your getting breakfast, if you go at exactly 4 they will wait until there's 6 cars behind you to then tell you the menu will take a few minutes to change and to circle around to the back so they can tell the rest and then just not tell anyone else but you and take the 6 cars orders making you wait 20+ minutes to get your online order that was cold because it was made 20 mins before but they felt like letting everyone else go, and then not even acknowledging that they made you wait and also having the largest most stinky and angry worker bring you your food. I was coming from the dentist with my six year-old to order food because my six year-old has not ate since midnight and she was really hungry. I went through the drive-through and the girl sounded like she was black or mix and she was giving bad customer service. I addressed it and she said that she would not take my order, but they can help me out the front. Besides a getting everything I paid for (besides my bacon) this is a poorly done order. I've worked at five guys where we made our burger fresh every morning, it's not hard to make sure the food ur cooking is fully cooked. they are always in a rush never have time to get peoples orders right,I ordered two sandwiches, a hash brown and a large drink. I got one sandwich no hash brown and a medium drink and then when I asked the lady about the drink, she tells me to my face that is a large when the cup literally said medium. and as I got to my car to look at the food, I find one sandwich and no hashbrowns. When my order came out to be $17 I realistically might have only got $6 worth of stuff. And besides them not getting my order right, it took 15 minutes for my order to be completely messed up and this has not been the first time, complete waste of time and money, i suggest the mcdonald's in hillyard for an alternative. read more

This store doesn't even deserve one star. I'm required to leave at least one and they don't even deserve that. This location is the closest one to my home therefore it's the one I stop at the most frequently. I'm not trying to be dramatic or anything, but this is literally the worst McDonald's in Spokane. Every time I get crusty fries and my burger is thrown together so fast that it's basically falling apart and out of the wrapper by the time that I get home. I ordered a McDouble with only three things on it and only the lettuce managed to make it into my burger. My incredibly cold dry burger. Every time I visit this location the staff makes you feel rushed even though it took forever to get through the drive through. I also can't count how many times they've double charged me for sauces etc. 22 cents doesn't hurt my pocket but I called the store and their (very rude) manager wanted me to drive back if I wanted a refund. I told her it was a waste of my time and to do better. Only certain employees charge you for sauces (you used to get one free sauce for a small fry, one for a medium, or two for a large) but recently I'm told ANY sauces will be charged for. THIS IS THE ONLY MCDONALDS THAT HAS BEEN CHARGING FOR ANY SAUCE NOT JUST EXTRA SAUCES. Even for chicken nuggets it wasn't enough to double their menu prices now you have to pay for any dipping sauce. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERCHARGES AND OLD DRY FOOD THAT ISN'T EVEN MADE RIGHT. I'll be throwing my lunch away today. read more

Old lady that's Been working there for a long time tried pocketing a 20$ from me cuz I accidentally over paid. I called with the receipt and came back and showed them the proof and they still acted like she didn't do it. Even after watching the camera they still believed she didn't do anything. This is the only McDonald's I have ever been with and was not offered my military discount, the only thing the manager had to say it was " maybe just this store" and they stopped giving the dis outside 3 to 4 months ago. Cassy is an impeccable worker! Her customer service is absolutely amazing and she made us feel so welcome. We really appreciated her kindness and her positive attitude. Went there for ice cream, got creamed ice. Not only were 2 small cones more expensive than other McDonalds in the area, but they were smaller and bad quality. Just a few days before we got 2 small cones for under $3, today at this McDonalds we got 2 small cones for over $3 and they were about half the size, and gritty with grains of ice in them. One time my bf and I went in there and ordered a chicken sandwich and a hamburger. The chicken patty was put on the burger buns with ketchup and pickles and the burger patty was on the chicken buns with mayo and lettuce. It was disgusting. I went in there tonight, and ordered a sweet tea with a mcchicken. The tea was just plain black tea instead of sweet, and the mayo on my chicken sandwich tasted like sour milk. I lost my voice and pulled to the window to order. I had my order written out. The lady at the window ignored me trying to get her attention and continued taking orders/bagging orders. She then tried to collect another cars payment from me, when I explained I lost my voice and handed her the paper, she ripped it from hand in a huff and proceeded to place my order in the computer. She collected my money and gave me my change, but tried not to give me my receipt. She then asked me to park because she was waiting 1 minute for fries to come up. I parked for 3 minutes and watched 4 cars go through the drive thru, then she quickly ran out, tossed me my bag of food and ran back inside before I could check my bag. She didn't give me my condiments and the drive thru line was too long to go back through. If this is how your employees treat someone that can't speak loudly, I would hate to see how a disabled person is treated if they couldnt order at the menu. I've lived by this McDonalds most my life since I was a kid. The last time I was there was overly sad. For years I have gotten the wrong meals, incorrect items, missing items, mangled items, stale items and long wait times. I don't know why I expected anything different when went to order a Quarter Pounder and fries get through the wait at the windows and without checking my bag (like I said should have known by now), I drive off along my marry way. I get to my destination and open the bag to find WHAM a sausage egg mcmuffin (honestly just don't like them) food is now garbage to me so I gave it away.... Now look I understand mistakes every now and then but over the years I'm setting about 50/50 on whether the meal will be alright or not. Ordered a large coffee, 2 large fries a McGriddle with only egg and cheese and a mcchicken. Coffee came out warm... Fries came out very hard as if they were stale or re-fried a billion times. McGriddle came with the wrong egg type that goes on a McGriddle and had a small piece of bacon in it as if bacon was inserted then removed. Mcchicken was hard. Me and my mom came here to eat and before we ate we went to the bathroom. And the lady in the stall next to my mom was taking an order as she was peeing then said "see you at the first window" as the toilet is flushing and she opens the stall door runs out of the bathroom WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! My mom went to talk to the manager and say that she did not wash her hands and the manager said "well she's not handling any food" my mom said "well she opened the door which I then had to touch to open the door" as other employees were in the back laughing. Never have I ever hated my experience at a McDonald's before. I went through the drive thru orders a large meal. The fries were soggy and gross so I went inside to get new ones but the didn't drop a new batch down. So they just gave me fries from the same batch. Still gross and soggy!
