The play area is nice. The young guy cleaning the lobby does a great job. It's clean. But the service is terrible. It's 4 old white ladies standing with their backs turned intentionally to all customers. They do everything they can to not look back at the front because they don't want to help anyone. The drink machine is in the back. Nobody wants to get a simple refill. The food takes forever. It's just slow. No issue with accuracy. It's just not the customer's fault your drink machine is in the back and you have to get our refill. Also, when they get a refill they won't tell you this but they will bring you a fresh cup. So when I bring up my kids two smalls and my large cup now I have 6 cups in my hands. 3 full, 3 empty. Very awkward process. read more

No game piece on the 2:50$ crapshbrown I ordered. Advice for anyone reading: Go to Hardee's, or Burger king, the food is better and they won't give you game pieces either. read more

McDonald's - Almost what I paid for... - Fast Food Near Me - South Charleston, West Virginia

More friendly drive thru workers needed we just left needed a extra hash brown no big sigh and looked irritated

Getting out of the car I spotted a needle laying in the parking lot. If you order through the drive through and bring it in if you're eating inside. It takes a painful amount of time if you order inside. No issues with the food and the play area is awesome. read more

Service is very slow and I waited over 20 minutes to get just a few items! Needs more people working!!

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. We are normally patient people and wait it out . We have pulled out of the drive thru line 2 times in the last week due to the wait. We have sat there for 15 min or more with no movement and cars wrapped around the building both lanes literally NOT moving a foot. I now remember one of the reasons why we don't go to this location. Poor service. read more

This place should be shut down. I know fast food isn't always "fast" but this is the 4th or 5th time I've been here and no one is ever upfront to help people out. Yeah they have the order it yourself kiosk but then you try to order and they're either broke or won't let you pay at the kiosk you gotta take your Prescott upfront and stand there for 30 minutes (literally) waiting on some help. Food is always terrible or cold. Always messy (not well put together). No one seems like they care an out anything in this place. I would be ashamed to call this place my business. After waiting 20 minutes on a triple cheeseburger meal they're making me wait another 8 minutes on an apple pie, cheese isn't even melted. Diced onions on top of the sandwich? Plus staff isn't friendly at all they're ruder than ever. read more

See all

chicken nuggets we burnt. asked for ketchup 2 times and still didn't give us any in our bag.

Made me go in the store at 1:30 am when there's homeless people everywhere and I did not feel safe. I stood at the register for at least 5 min before they even acknowledged me, ended up just cancelling my order. Terrible service, didn't know what they were doing, and definitely not professional. read more

I've never had issues with this store. the young man mananger is very polite. he really knows his job well. there's a few hicups the store could improve. however it's a fast food restaurantl. They are understaffed so they do the best they can to serve hot fresh food. Overall I think this store is one of the best McDonald's in the area. hands down. read more

Got a cheeseburger happy meal and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and they forgot the patty. There were two workers working the drive thru and one of them hand mixed the mcflurry. Please save yourself and don't go here read more

Great food but the service at the window was rude and they forgot to turn off the mic and they said "God they got so much food" the workers are rude. Sometimes you don't even get the food you ordered. The floors are always wet when I go inside to eat. The drive thru has 2 lanes and there's no point in them it just makes the line slower. DONT EAT HERE! read more

Does anyone from the McDonalds Corp read Yelp reviews? This has to be the worst McDonalds in America. I go in occasionally because my grandchildren like to play on the indoor playground and McDonalds keeps kids loyal with toys in their Happy Meals. However, the place is so bad that I do not intend to go back. If there are any managers, they have to be totally incompetent or simply don't care. The trash cans are running over, the floors are dirty, orders are almost always wrong or incomplete, and service is nonexistent. It is a testament to the McDonald's brand that this location can even stay in business. It is a disgrace! read more

Literally the worst McDonalds ever. They are rude and management is dumb. I wish i could give a negative rating. My food is literally ALWAY wrong. The bread is dry always and it's always a let down. read more

its takings longer to get the order done now, i think is under new ownership. chiken nuggets where cold and mc chiken was literally raw inside and stinky. srry but i'm not coming back here. read more

Be ready to pay $1.00 for tap water. Otherwise, it's McDonalds. Did speak to owner and he said that is accurate. He charges same for all drinks. read more

If I could give this location no stars, I would. Sat in line during lunch rush for 30 mins. Fine, I understand, it gets busy. Get to the window to order a pumpkin iced coffee and am told they're no longer serving pumpkin flavors although it is CLEARLY still on the menu and its literally the start of the fall season. So I was like okay, I'll compromise and just get a frappe only to be told their frappe machine is down and has been for awhile. This place is a joke.... read more

Id recommend drinks and the occasional soft serve cone but thats about it not a fan of McDonald's

I was very disappointed with the dirty glass in the doors. It was pretty bad. Bathroom needed attention too.

Typical McDonald's food. My comment is regarding the service. When I went in at 8:00 there were no other customers in line. I ordered a quarter pounder and a cheeseburger and had to wait an extraordinary amount of time for my order. There were four employees working that I could see so I'm not sure what the hold up was. read more

Yesterday I went and ordered just a plan old cup of water. It took over 15 minutes for the drive thru to move. When I got to the window they tired to hand me food. Honestly guy I am, I said I just ordered a water. Then the manager got upset because the other employee didn't ring it up. Anyways that McDonalds seems to have the worst customer service and just overall no drive after 4PM. read more

i was eating a 10 pc nugget and found a hard white object that looked like a tooth in my chicken nuggets. they didn't give me some of my nuggets and they put things on my burger that i didn't ask for . the hard thing was so disgusting and i was gagging and throwing up . read more

Was there on New Years Eve because my daughters loves the play area. We waited 35 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. people were coming in from the drive through demanding money back and the line inside was getting longer. The people working there were joking and talking and taking there good old time. the one up front seemed to be high. People waiting like me for nuggets had there sandwiches put on trays to get cold while we waited 35 minutes. They claimed to be making the nuggets but when we got them they were cold and gross. Ill go only for soda and for my daughter to play for now on. Being next to Walmart you would think it would be faster and they would have it together. read more
