I frequent this store about once a week. It is mediocre at best compared to others in the area, but it usually satisfies my cravings. However tonight was the trip that broke the camels back. I go to pick up my mobile order for a little party we were having. First I have to wait over 30 minutes for them to work through the 6 cars in front of me, then when I finally get up to the window to pick up my food, I asked the worker if my 3 BBQ sauces are in the bag. She tells me yes sir they are. I say thank you and then leave for my 3 minute drive home. I get home and open the bags and there was no BBQ sauce, there were only 16 nuggets in the supposed 20 piece, all 3 orders of fries were cold and soggy. This is completely unacceptable and this store has yet again taken my money and provided me with ruined food. I am beyond disappointed with my latest trip and it will probably be my last to this store. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've had ever ! I asked if the food I was wanting was ready before ordering so I wouldn't be a problem. After the worker tells me it is ready I pay then waited for over 15 minutes while waiting at the pickup line not one single employee was willing to take the time to even ask if I was waiting for my food or to explain if there was a issue with my order I finally had to speak loudly to just get my money back and the excuse was the had ran out of breakfast will that's fine but I had ordered chicken nuggets and remembered that I had asked before placing a order if the nuggets were ready and the answer was yes I'm not a fan of McDonald's and this just adds to the dislike that I have for the chain so if you'd like to completely waist your time stop in and give the dirty lobby a try read more

Holy cow did I walk into the Soddy Daisy McDonald's or another McDonald's that has everything? I was so stoked that they had the TV on, the computet for kids to play on at the station, and actual ketchup in the dispenser instead of having to ask for ketchup back. Absolutely well played, Soddy Daisy McDonald's. My shock will cause me to have a heart attack quicker than the food here, that I can't get enough of. Well, they did okay. I'm not sure how long my food sat up there because nobody called it or didn't call it a second time so I have no clue how long it was up there. This place has been disappointing the last two times we've gone here. I always order a caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. Twice I've received a plain iced coffee without any caramel. Today tops them all. My daughter wanted a kids meal and McDonalds was her place of choice. However upon opening her cheeseburger she was heartbroken. It was an absolute mess. There was smeared ketchup everywhere. Not sure what happened but it looks like the bottle exploded. This isn't cool McDonalds. i consistently have to go back Everytime I leave because something is wrong. WORST McDonald's I've everrrrr been to. have been sold raw meat on sandwiches, nothings ever made correctly then they made my girl pay for a 20 piece nuggets and gave her a large fr then made her pay again just for another order of nuggets and they took the fry back through the window. Honestly the single worst McDonalds in the area. Very small, seems to be understaffed, always smells horrible, the staff (not all) clearly just don't want to be there, and terribly slow. I truly wish whoever owns this specific store would put some effort into renovations and training because it could be much better and I would gladly change my opinion if they put some work into it. read more

One star is to good a rating for this place! Went here tonight and stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and was completely ignored as though I did not exist. The elderly woman running the drive through said 2 words... "excuse me" as she walked between us to go in the restroom. Toilet flushes and she walks straight out of the restroom without washing her hands and over to the sanitizer and with one squirt she continues serving food out the drive through. It was horrible seeing Happy Meals going out the window to be consumed by children knowing cleanliness does not exist here. The twenty something blond girl with the tattoo on her arm would only glare at you from the corner of her eyes with a look of "Why haven't you left yet?" She refused to make eye contact for fear you may speak to her. She completely went out of her way to ignore us. The cook would give quick peaks from around the corner and then dip his head back around out of sight. We quickly left after looking past the counter at how nasty this place is and the employees are, it is disgusting. Why continue to stand there when they are not acknowledging walk in customers anyway. The employees need to be fired and the restaurant needs to be shut down. This place is one half of a closed gas station. The lights on the sign outside only partially work. This place needs to be torn down. Avoid this place like the plague! read more

I have to give this shout out GREAT review for the night shift employees and manager at the Soddy Daisy McDonalds. I go by there a lot to grab diet cokes. Tonight right before they were closing, I ran by to grab a drink and ordered small fries. But I told them not to worry about it if they had to make a new batch of fries. I didn't want to keep them as it was right before closing. Well, they insisted on making fresh fries and even gave me a lot more - just to be nice and customer friendly. I really really appreciate this kind of extra service - KUDOS to an awesome staff. Thank you for always being courteous even when it's very late at night! read more

I have always gone to McDonald's after football games or just simply for a snack. I've been so many times and I still order the same thing every time, Double Quarter Pounder (extra pickle, extra cheese, with no onion), with a large Coke. I usually also ask for a dipped vanilla ice cream cone but god forbid they fix the soft serve ice cream machine. "I'm sorry sweetheart, the ice cream machine isn't working right now." All a man wanted in the 300° heat was an ice cream cone. If you need me to come in and fix the poor machine I'll gladly work for free ice cream. All I wanted was some vanilla ice cream! read more
