Today was a great day for a Smoothie I ordered the Apple Kiwi Kale smoothie and Pineapple Surf. The lady took our order and sat my credit card on another cash register without explaning to the other person why she sat it there. After 5 minutes I had to ask to get my card back. Our smoothie were good and blended well. While sitting enjoying our smoothies ..a lot of Noise erupted suddenly. Well it was the employees having an altercation. We have been here at least 30 minutes now and they are on their 4th argument. I believe that we have been here to long and they think we are part of the fixtures because it continues. Met my expectations. Ordered online for a scheduled pickup. Smoothie ready on time and delivered in friendly fashion. There was good energy among the employees and multiple people asked to assist me. They seemed to be taking strong precautions in this uncertain time which I greatly appreciate. Would suggest ordering ahead and picking. Avoid this one. Go to a different location! They gave us a nasty drink, so.. we took it inside to get it fixed. Manager was beside himself explaining to me that he would not be in business if he were to fix everyone's drinks anyway, we got it fixed, and it was still WRONG. Honestly this was awful. There was a girl not wearing a mask and she kept rubbing her nose while in the process of making someone's smoothie and didn't bother washing her hands. She also dropped a lid on the floor, walked away from it, and then came back and put it right on the container without washing it. The building itself just looked dirty. Wow. All I can say is wow. I ordered four smoothies on $5.00 Friday at the other locations I'm always charged $5.00 but the total came out to almost $30.00 and with a list of extra charges as long as your arm. I revised my order to bring it down to the expected $20 + tax and move forward with my order. She put them in the wrong cup so I asked her to change them, I got a lol attitude, ok maybe she's having a rough day but when she handed me the angel foods they were low in the cup and watery I had already pulled out of line so I took them back in and politely asked them to remake them. That's corporate policy at every store you see the same sign," If your not happy we're not happy." right??? NOPE!! The manager brought the same old melted smoothies out to my car, he asked what was wrong and I told him. He proceeds to shove the drink caddy through my window and says," No, these will do!" I said,"oh no they won't! that's not policy, you have to remake them", I knew my daughter would be unhappy with them and she paid for them! He refused again and tried to force the same old smoothies on me. This isn't H A P P E N I N G!!!!! I've been moving all week I'm exhausted, my kids are exhausted, all I want is what I paid for and I wasn't rude.....yet. When he came back to the car for the second time and said I had to come in to get my refund he wasn't bringing it out to me, that's when I lost my temper. I was already on the phone with customer support so while talking to the CSR I had to go in to get my money back. They clearly left at least one ingredient out! No!!! I called the Gunbarrel store and explained everything. By the time I got there they had made the angel foods and were working on my mixed berries. When I took the first sip and The tang hit my jaw followed by all that mixed berry yumminess I knew it was all worth it, THE GUNBARREL STORE HAD HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK AGAIN!! Heaven in a cup! Not only are these smoothies delicious but they are healthy too?!?? Props for free samples of what they make. Also the staff is very genuine in their approach with you. Drinks take a few minutes to make and the knowledge of powder add ins could use some work. I will be back and I see myself becoming a regular! read more

Went by to get my daughter a drink after ballet class. Went out of my way to go there. Pulled into parking lot at 8:53 pm and the teenagers working inside walked up and turned the open sign off. So we tried to go through the drive thru. Another vehicle was already at the window but they had already turned the drive thru off also. Very disappointing!!!! read more
