I just love seeing Bee at the Hixson location. You can tell the owner, Bee truly cares about his customers. Typical me couldn't figure out which smoothie to get. Bee not only was patient, but took his time 2 help me decide what 2 order. I ended up getting Angel Food. So good and tasty! He is very personable, friendly and really good! Next time you're deciding where 2 go for a delicious smoothie, come and see Bee at the Hixson location! You'll be glad you did! Tessa read more

They just have the worst attitude every time I come here and honestly it's kinda sad. I used to love coming to this place now not so much. They give you a hard time about simply ordering. read more

These guys are the best! I was sad when I saw they didn't have 5/5 stars because these guys go above and beyond. The reward program is awesome and these guys make sure that you get your points, they always have promotions going on and their smoothies are the best. 10/10 recommend read more

I got an açaí bowl and my husband got a smoothie. Both were incredible! Fruit was fresh and the people working there were so kind. Definitely recommend! read more

Today was a great day for a Smoothie I ordered the Apple Kiwi Kale smoothie and Pineapple Surf. The lady took our order and sat my credit card on another cash register without explaning to the other person why she sat it there. After 5 minutes I had to ask to get my card back. Our smoothie were good and blended well. While sitting enjoying our smoothies ..a lot of Noise erupted suddenly. Well it was the employees having an altercation. We have been here at least 30 minutes now and they are on their 4th argument. I believe that we have been here to long and they think we are part of the fixtures because it continues. I will recommend the drive thru. read more

Smoothie King - Goodness since 1973 - Health Markets Near Me - Hixson, Tennessee

Always gotten my smoothie correct and the staff are friendly. Thanks SK for the consistency.

Easy location to hop in and out. Whether you go in or hit the drive thru the staff is very friendly. Clean environment. Tasty smoothies- they took the time to double blend with the raspberries! Wait time was pretty good with the amount of people. read more

Don't...just don't. I asked for two smoothies. Got one right. The other...wrong smoothie and wrong size. The charged me for a extra large when I wanted a small. They repeated to the order to me exactly what I told them and didn't get the right smoothie, so I paid more for the wrong smoothie. Just avoid this place. At. All. Cost read more

Met my expectations. Ordered online for a scheduled pickup. Smoothie ready on time and delivered in friendly fashion. There was good energy among the employees and multiple people asked to assist me. They seemed to be taking strong precautions in this uncertain time which I greatly appreciate. Would suggest ordering ahead and picking. Stopped at 12:45 and there was a healthy line in the drive thru. Popped inside for my pickup and was on the road in no time. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The management is a joke. The staff are rude and obviously don't know what's happening. I can obviously see that they don't get along because there's tension and everyone is undermining each other. I watched a man - I'm guessing a manger - talking to the rest of the crew in a manner that disgusted me. It's totally inappropriate to look and talk to females like that. Doesn't matter if the smoothies are good, no one likes to watch employees be rude to each other. read more

Decent first time experience. $5+for a small smoothie, but very tasty. The Strawberry Kiwi was the best one. Good service at the drive-thru. read more

Great service! All of the staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Of course, the smoothie I purchased was really tasty. We will definitely return!! read more

Avoid this one. Go to a different location! They gave us a nasty drink, so.. we took it inside to get it fixed. Manager was beside himself explaining to me that he would not be in business if he were to fix everyone's drinks anyway, we got it fixed, and it was still WRONG. So ridiculous to go through this over something YOU BOUGHT!!!!!!! On a good note, mine was good. But, that's all I've got. read more

Smoothies are good. But this location will have you waiting 30 minutes for a smoothie in the drive thru. Never fails. I always have faith it'll be faster and they just seem to get slower. read more

Honestly this was awful. There was a girl not wearing a mask and she kept rubbing her nose while in the process of making someone's smoothie and didn't bother washing her hands. She also dropped a lid on the floor, walked away from it, and then came back and put it right on the container without washing it. The building itself just looked dirty. None of the staff were friendly or even polite. We waited for nearly 15 minutes just for three smoothies and they all were gross read more

Wow. All I can say is wow. I ordered four smoothies on $5.00 Friday at the other locations I'm always charged $5.00 but the total came out to almost $30.00 and with a list of extra charges as long as your arm. I revised my order to bring it down to the expected $20 + tax and move forward with my order. She put them in the wrong cup so I asked her to change them, I got a lol attitude, ok maybe she's having a rough day but when she handed me the angel foods they were low in the cup and watery I had already pulled out of line so I took them back in and politely asked them to remake them. That's corporate policy at every store you see the same sign," If your not happy we're not happy." right??? NOPE!! The manager brought the same old melted smoothies out to my car, he asked what was wrong and I told him. He proceeds to shove the drink caddy through my window and says," No, these will do!" I said,"oh no they won't! that's not policy, you have to remake them", I knew my daughter would be unhappy with them and she paid for them! He refused again and tried to force the same old smoothies on me. This isn't H A P P E N I N G!!!!! I've been moving all week I'm exhausted, my kids are exhausted, all I want is what I paid for and I wasn't rude.....yet. When he came back to the car for the second time and said I had to come in to get my refund he wasn't bringing it out to me, that's when I lost my temper. I was already on the phone with customer support so while talking to the CSR I had to go in to get my money back. There was one person inside and she already had her shake I walked passed her and was still talking to support when this TRICK walks in front of me and says very loudly," Put your mask on ma'am!" I said,"say please!" She says," NO! Put your mask on! Again I say,"say please!" GOD DELIVER ME! I'm on the damn phone with support they can't understand me with my mask up and I wouldn't even be in the store if the manager didn't force me to be! FOR HEAVENS SAKE!! I finally get my refund and this is where I got stupid. WHY DIDN'T I GET A REFUND FOR ALL FOUR SMOOTHIES?!?! I taste my immune builder mixed berry and it tastes like CRAP! They clearly left at least one ingredient out! No!!! I called the Gunbarrel store and explained everything. By the time I got there they had made the angel foods and were working on my mixed berries. When I took the first sip and The tang hit my jaw followed by all that mixed berry yumminess I knew it was all worth it, THE GUNBARREL STORE HAD HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK AGAIN!! So if you want great customer service and more importantly to get what you paid for go to the GUNBARREL STORE, it's worth the trip and you will never leave unsatisfied! read more

Heaven in a cup! Not only are these smoothies delicious but they are healthy too?!?? Props for free samples of what they make. Also the staff is very genuine in their approach with you. Drinks take a few minutes to make and the knowledge of powder add ins could use some work. I will be back and I see myself becoming a regular! read more

Good drinks and friendly staff, but as of 09/06/2017 this place does not have wifi for customers. Otherwise I would have rated higher.

Great owner/operator here. Always working when we come. Always quick and friendly! Store is getting ready for a renovation even though it looks great now. My favorite drink is the Caribbean Way. read more

Went by to get my daughter a drink after ballet class. Went out of my way to go there. Pulled into parking lot at 8:53 pm and the teenagers working inside walked up and turned the open sign off. So we tried to go through the drive thru. Another vehicle was already at the window but they had already turned the drive thru off also. Very disappointing!!!! read more

got to the window and the lady yelled "WHAT DID YOU ORDER AGAIN" then we told her twice and she still didn't get it right and shout the door on us and didn't open it back for a minute to check on us. then forgot the straws. and THEN gave us a receipt that stuck to my girlfriends hand and tore apart it was so wet read more
