First impressions, the chips and salsa are amazing! The food is very reasonably priced, the portions are good and the quality and taste is great. They recently remodeled the whole place and more than doubled the seating capacity while adding a brand new kitchen on the back of the building. The kitchen and restaurant are very clean and well kept (I peeked). We have tried 5 or 6 different items and none disappointed us. However, the best part of this place is the family that run's it and the delightful staff. All of them are so personable and happy. After about 3 visits they actually remembered our name. Their pride in the restaurant really shows in the great service and the food they serve. Delias is the epitome of the the local restaurant you will want to support. This place is a hidden gem and our first new favorite restaurant in town!
