I went to this McDonald's around 8:40am this morning to get a sweet tea. I walked in and went to the counter to order. The only visible employee was at the drive through window and up front. Although she was at both positions she was poorly trained and not equipped to do so. I waited as she went about chatting with someone in the back, going over to the drive through window and placing orders on the counter. She blatantly ignored the ordering side of the counter even as an older gentleman walked in and waited also. I don't consider myself an impatient person but her rudeness plus the wait due to being understaffed was enough for me to walk out without placing an order. I went to Hardee's down the street as did the older gentleman whom also walked out and the costumer service there was outstanding. I won't be going to this McDonald's again. read more

I hate this Mcdonalds and you should too...My children love other Mcdonalds and while we do not eat fast food in general we have very limited options in the Ferry. This Mcdonalds I have complained about before, this time I had a 17.00 order they were not busy and wile they were generally nice it does not excuse not completing an order or having the customer come all the way back to the store to get what they ordered!! This it tantamount to theft, In my entire life I have never seen customer service in completing an order so bad as this place. Then to top it all off when I did get home and look at the replacement it looked like it was dunkend in the fryer!! (It was an English muffin!) As McDonald's go I'm very happy with this one. Very friendly staff and always ready to get me my food. Lobby is almost always clean. Free Wifi is a big draw for me. read more

Ive seen people not wash hands here and dropped something on floor and used it for service to use for cooking. Not impressed with this place...The people are ok but the food is well, its mcdonalds what do u expect? People WASH your hands!!!! read more

Literally the slowest Mc Donalds... No, the slowest "fast food" restaurant I have ever been in my entire 27 years of life. It doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch rush, or 2 o'clock in the morning when there are no other cars in line.... Never fails, it's slower than Christmas. If you want to get your order with a side of sass and bad customer service, this is the McDonalds for you. We ordered something in the drive thru only to drive up and be told that "oh, we don't have that. Would you like something else?" It was the middle of the day and it was a basic chicken sandwich. After the long process of waiting and ordering different food, we finally got it and it was wrong! My husband went in and the person at the register was absolutely astonished that anyone could insensate he did anything wrong in his entire life. My word, he acted like a child and like my husband (who was very nice to him by the way) was the one in the wrong for asking to get a fixed sandwich without all the sauce. Wow. Come to this McDoanlds if you want to wait a while and then feel like an inconvenience to their workers. Also, icing on the cake, they never have ANY deals on the McDonald's app here. I will not return to this McDonalds, customer service was terrible from the manager on duty, Denise. I ordered a chicken biscuit, hash towns and a coffee and paid with my debit card then was told they were no longer serving breakfast. I said that it wasn't even 11am yet and Denise rudely replied that they don't serve breakfast past 10:30. I said ok then please just give me a refund on my debit card. Denise rudely asked me what else did I want, I replied I didn't want anything else to just refund my card. Then she pointed to the woman behind me and said what did she want then. I replied id don't know we are not on the same order I would just like a refund please. Then she said "well then if you don't want nothin else then the only thing I can do is give you a refund on your card." I peplums that, that is what I had asked for several times and that I would like a refund and not anything in place of what I ordered. She continued to have a rude attitude towards me and also to the employee that took my order, she reprimanded get in front of me and all the other guests waiting to order behind me, which is not the appropriate way to handle it. The employee was new and obviously didn't know what time they stopped serving breakfast, but was very friendly and apologetic that she took my order and that they couldn't fill it. I felt bad for her. I got my refund and then called corporate and the franchise owner to report the unprofessional manner in which Denise handled the situation and to report to the. If heaven was a fast food restaurant this is what it would resemble.After spending multiple nights trying out all the nearby fast food restaurants I came across the so called Mc Donald's to my surprise I was astonished by the large variety of meals and drinks.After spending minutes looking through the wide assortment of food i decided on ordering one of everything.I was then astonished again by the extremely cheap prices.Within minutes my food was fresh and ready.As I took my first bite my mouth exploded with hundreds of flavors.By the time I had finished my first dish my stomach felt filled and refreshed.I then took the left overs home for my children who loved it after their first bite.To think that such high class food could be sold for such low prices it's beyond amazing anyone can enjoy these delicious assortments of food and drinks.To think that so many people hate this family friendly fast food restaurant and don't even get me started on how clean the restrooms are.I will surely recommend this to my friends and family can't wait for the next time I go!!! read more

As with most Mcds I have been too the food sucked. But tonight was by far slowest service ever. I wanted Dairy Queen but wife thought too expensive until found out a half pound burger meal with trimmings was cheaper than double quarter pounder with cheese meal. Ha!! We arrived at Mcds about 7:30 and drive thru had no less than twelve cars in it, most of which had not yet ordered. We decided to go in where two people were waiting on orders and our order was taken immediately. By the time we actually received our order every car in the drive thru had been served and gone and then some. I typically hate Mcds fries unless they are fresh out of the fryer. Once cooled they taste like chewy cardboard. Tonight was different. Once our order was received walking out to the car I grabbed a couple fries and surprise they were hot, but the downside is they tasted like and had consistency of fries that were half cooked. Determined long ago that Mcds food is way overpriced crap, along with the fact that their coca cola is seldom ever mixed right and has way too much carbonated water. The fact that all the orders in the drive thru plus more were filled even after our order was taken just continues to prove my belief that Mcds has a screw the customers in the store and work on drive thru because they believe the customers IN the store won't leave. Well we didn't leave but I, for one, will not be back if I have a choice of places, including home and a bologna sandwich. read more
