Their fuel prices are reasonable (a few cents off on-base fuel) and the station is (for the sake of being redundant) clean and well lit. The only "downsides" to this location is that they don't have a "fresh" donut cabinet (others seem to be well supplied by Dunkin), and that their air compressor has been down for quite some time. I actually prefer that this location over the base stations because the ones on base have, for whatever reason, removed the fuel handle lock that lets you run inside while actively fueling. They've also got a propane tank exchange. So in summary, great station that doesn't do anything wrong...just wish they had a few more bells/whistles.

Spoke to a woman on the phone, told her we needed a gas line. She said someone will call me tomorrow. No one called. Two days later I called and spoke to some guy who didnt even know I called. OK he will have Robbie call me that day. Still waiting two days later no call. I call them. Guess who answers? Robbie! He too never heard of me. I explained I've been waiting for a week just to get a call back. He said he would send someone the next day for an estimate. Of course no one showed up. We called the next day some guy said I don't know who told you this. We cant get anyone there until next week. OK so another week goes by someone shows up 1 minute walk through at side of house. Says he'll call tomorrow. Never did. I call two days later get same lady I explain no one called me with estimate. She said what was his name. I said I dont know he didn't give it. Her response was " Well how am I supposed to know who showed up at your house". That was a week ago. No calls.

I went in there and practically begged for assistance because with my request it was probably easy to say "no." All four of my tires were low on air and every time I try to use one of those air pump things I can never get it right. Plus I have a very hard time squatting. (Who are we kidding, I can't squat.) There were only women working there and in my mind I was thinking, "Oh no," cause usually guys are better at this sort of thing. just how it is. I am a woman and I am saying this. I told the cashier my dilemma and asked if anyone was available to help. Honestly, I was willing to take no for an answer. She referred me to the Store Manager who was happy to help. Like me, she was not 100% familiar with the process, but she said, "We'll learn together." Ha, ha! Sweet. We went to my car, and I helped by holding the little caps and reading the screen. Even the screen was not working, so I took out my tire pressure gauge which I did not really trust for accuracy and had trouble reading/using. Working together, we got all four tires inflated. She did most of the work, though. I thanked her profusely and then proceeded to vacuum my car cause it needed it. So thank you, thank you, thank you, Holly Ridge Circle K for going above and beyond today. It made a real difference for me. So I walk back inside and ask the lady what was going on and she i gave her five. I ask the lady would she open the cash register to see if she make a mistake and check the ones to see if she could have put it with the one and she said no because they had done to many transactions. I said ma am just check the ones that all I am asking and she said no. What do you think about this. I think someone got me for twenty. I not saying Circle K took me for the twenty but there got me for twenty dollars.
