It is on the corner of Hubert blvd and Riggs road In Hubert nc. They were not Professional about it. They gave her no after care instructions. The man then called her the next day to yell at her because she didnt leave a tip. He told her how rude she was among other things that I will not repeat. I feel this is not Professional they should've at least givin her after care instructions on how to take care of it. The guy didnt even seem like he knew what he was doing. What started…read moreas a simple question about a "buy two, get one free" chip promotion (advertised both in-store and on the app) escalated into a completely unwarranted confrontation. The cashier, Gail, who identified herself as the manager, was not only unaware of the promotion but became hostile when I asked to use a valid $10 digital coupon from the DG app. She flatly refused to apply it without any explanation. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the one in charge and then threatened to call the police on me simply for trying to complete my purchase. She actually picked up the phone to call law enforcement, but after speaking with another individual (who seemed to be an actual superior), she was instructed to honor the coupon--proving it was valid all along. Despite finishing the transaction, she then told me I was no longer allowed in the store. I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate (Case #1620791). It is deeply concerning that a "manager" would weaponize law enforcement over a digital coupon and an advertised sale. I've lived in this area for a while now and have never been treated with such disrespect. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location where the staff is trained in basic customer service and store policy.

Sign up for their rewards card as they do offer some good discounts on the delicious food and on ice. They have multiple ice machines for all your fishing and beverage needs. They sell a little bit of everything. Perfect shop for a beach town. Sunglasses, chargers and cords, beer you name it.
