One of the worst locations I have ever visited. You can't even order a single soda without them sending you to the "Customer's Time-Out" spot! They do this to look like their serving time is quick but in reality it sucks. They are always out of some beverage or another and their food is rarely cooked for your order - instead it's been pre-cooked and wrapped. Not usually one to write reviews, but this one feels necessary -- both as a warning and a heads-up. I genuinely love McDonald's, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. My McDouble was a mess: ketchup was dripping from all sides, there was barely a squeeze of mustard, half a pickle tossed on carelessly, and -- disappointingly -- no diced onions (arguably the best part). Even worse, there were black bits falling off the patty, which I can only assume came from an uncleaned griddle. The 4-piece nuggets tasted like they were fried in oil that hadn't been changed in ages. After just one bite, I threw everything away -- and I've never thrown away McDonald's before. That's how bad it was. I've had subpar McDonald's meals before, but at least they were edible. This was genuinely disgusting. I can't tell you how many times they have messed up a simple order of Quarter Pounder w/cheese add extra cheese, no onion and Large Fry. McDonald's is like sex. When it's good it's great when it's bad it's still good. Take my review with a grain of salt. I don't mind soggy fries with a lot of salt on them which is what I got. Waited maybe 5-10 extra minutes for a pretty simple order (10 pc nuggets and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal) due to "making fresh fries". Which they were alright. Very sweet girl at the drive thru. But again I don't go to McDonald's for a 5 star experience; I tend to manage my expectations and it wasn't bad. read more

I've been coming here occasionally for about 9 months. And never in my life had a fast food chain constantly disappoint me like this one. They're slow, they're stale, they also occasionally forget items. Never in the 20ish times I've been here had I had a perfect order. But it's convenient for the most part, even if it's a 10-20 min wait. Although I've never had fresh fries, I've put up with it due to being tired after work and wanting to eat then sleep. .... Today though they went too far. Not only did I wait 20 minutes just to get my food, I opened the bag to see refried fries. Refried fries which they over salt to try to mask the staleness of the batch. Then when I got home I opened my box of chicken nuggets, stuck one in my mouth, and immediately was mouth-raped by the disgusting flavor. It's tough, chewy, and had a weird taste overall to it. I couldn't swallow the bite. I immediately took it out and was left with an unpleasant aftertaste. I'm used to the slowness and the stale fries, but eating actual meals which are stale is just too much. I'm done giving this McDonald's a chance. They need to get new employees and management. Whoever runs this establishment needs to find a new job. The only reason why they're still running is because the only other late night fast food is also a disaster. If you think all McDonald's Restaurants are created equal, think again. An occasional problem with an order, or a rare occurrence they ran out of something can be understood. This place on the other hand seems to be out of even the most basics. Disappointment #1 - I was treating my grandson to the rare treat of a Happy Meal. "Sorry we don't have any toddler toys right now. No, we don't have any boy toys either." We settled on the trinket that was lavender & pink that had a mini comb inside. Disappointment #2 - Grandma's going to score points and goes back two weeks later for another Happy Meal and an appropriate toy. "Sorry we're all out of Happy Meal toys". I proceeded to pay the regular price for the Happy Meal and then was shorted the favorite apple slices. I pointed it out prior to leaving the counter and the manager snapped at me that I hadn't asked for apple slices. How does she know, she was at the drive through when I ordered at the counter. The girl that took my order piped up that I definitely had asked for apple slices and the manager handed over the little baggy. Then I questioned the lack of Chocolate Fudge on my Sunday. the manager's response "you have to pay 40 cents extra for the fudge." Hmmm, I had ordered a fudge Sundae with no nuts and paid the price charged.(WHAT!!!) The topper of all was we were not taking the food to go but eating in and there were NO NAPKINS. Another customer asked and mentioned the napkin dispenser was empty and the manager I had already tangled with yelled back at the customer"We're out." (WHAT!!!) I've been here twice but I wanted to come back a few more times prior to giving a review. Going inside I've had the pleasure of seeing the front employees being very courteous and professional with customers including myself. Being greeted by a hello before you place your order in my opinion is par on and I like that. I noticed as with other restaurants here it's " my pleasure" and not " No problem". This in and of itself is very professional and as a customer I appreciate it. My food order was correct, hot and served rather quickly even with a small crowd inside each time I've come. So far as the drive thru I've embarrassed myself by speaking to the recording at the first intercom with a menu as I drive up I then hear a lady and I'm thinking I just ordered..lol Nevertheless the employee informs me that the second one is where you place your order. Now it'd be nice if they would put a sign up stating " place your order at the second menu board. Even at the drive thru which is always a line it moves rather fast. My orders have still be correct , hot and given with a smile. read more

Not the worst McDonalds I've been to but certainly not the best. This one is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's super fast, food is fresh, tastes as it should and what asked for; other times it's slow, sloppy, or the food is old or tastes like the fryer hasn't been cleaned in a month. Headed to the beach and stopped at McDonald's for breakfast. Food was cooked to perfection, our McMuffins and biscuits were built like they were from a commercial. Our mocha and frappe were as good as if we got them from Starbucks. The tea was good, thank god it's not lemon tea. Also the best morning crew ever, they were so so nice. read more
