Worst pizza I have ever had! So thin I wonder if there was actually any crust. Ready bad.

Its a hit or miss. Over 50% of the time the orders are complete and the quality is good. But the other times it's a missed order, forgotten items, or poor quality. Out of the local chain pizza places in Snead's Ferry this Dominos is a safe bet on normal, non-holiday or weekend orders. If it's the rush, and the beach season in play, you may want to look elsewhere. As far as the location, it's clean and chaotic. Expect loud music and lots of teens working unless schools in session. Naturally, not the most overly friendly experience but the orders are hot so is it a loss? Give it a try and if it works out then you know. If not, head down the road to Baked. read more

Subject: Absolutely Horrible Experience - Cold Food, Missing Toppings, Exploding Sprite, and Terrible Service If I could give 0 stars I would. Negative if it were possible. I am absolutely livid and deeply disappointed with the experience I had tonight. I placed my order expecting a simple, timely delivery, but instead I was subjected to a night of frustration, stress, and inconvenience. I placed my order and was excited to receive it, but instead I had to wait over an hour. I had to stay up much later than I wanted to, just waiting on food that I honestly didn't even want anymore by the time it arrived. The fact that it took so long is bad enough, but the worst part is that your delivery system messed everything up. Supposedly the driver called me, but I never received a call. I checked my call log--nothing. So why didn't he just send a text? It's not like there was a lack of options to get in touch with me. According to your system, my pizza was marked as "delivered" the entire time, even though it clearly wasn't. That means I couldn't track my order, and your system completely failed to communicate the real situation to me. After I never received the supposed call, the driver apparently decided to turn around and take my food back to the store. What kind of service is this? It's completely ridiculous that this even happened, and I had no idea where my pizza was for so long. Eventually, a second driver brought my order. He communicated well (thankfully) and even texted me, but by the time my food arrived, it was cold. And of course, it was missing the main topping--Philly steak. What is the point of ordering a pizza if you don't even get the main ingredients? As if all of that wasn't bad enough, when I opened my Sprite, it literally exploded. The bottle had clearly been shaken up, and I lost almost half of it all over my floor, bed, bag, and shoes. I had just mopped the floor, and now I'm stuck cleaning up soda everywhere. It's unbelievable. I am beyond frustrated. I spent my evening waiting for food that was cold, incomplete, and came with an added mess. I don't even know where to start. I expected basic service, and instead I was met with complete incompetence and disregard for the quality of your product. I'm out of time and patience at this point, and this experience has made me seriously question whether I'll ever order from Domino's again. Pizza Hut would never. read more

Dominos is not good even when you're a drunk college student starving for pizza at 1am, but tonight our pizza and wings were worse than ever before. wings had cheese melted on top and looked as though they were regurgitated into the box. The pizza was sincerely flat with scarce toppings and abundant sauce. the pizza has more un-edible crust area than normal and tasted like card board pizza. Best part is their delivery. They delivered quickly, but I wish they would have taken more time to make a better pizza. We won't make the mistake of waiting until after 9pm to order food again, in Topsail, NC a much better choice is Shaka Taco!!! at least there you know your food will be good! read more

This Domino's pizza is the only one located near the beach and thank goodness for that. It's a delivery or pick up only and they are actually pretty quick in delivering. Though sometimes things are forgotten such as sauces and such the manger is good in giving a credit for your next order. The pizzas always arrive hot and since they now have salads my favorite is the apple pecan it's just delicious. In the store they are always friendly and professional there's not a lot to say about Dominos it's pizza! Lol Though I will say download the app it's so much easier when ordering and they also have a point system where you can get free pizza! Those points add up rather quick too! read more

We're fortunate to have the Sneads Ferry NC #7420 store. Not only do we enjoy the quality of the food that's delivered to us within 30 minutes, but we always have the best delivery persons. Our delivery person Henry, earlier this week, was no different. He was personable, and professional, yet greeted our furry cocker spaniel Tucker, warmly as he bounded out the door to check Henry and the delicious-smelling pasta, pizza, and wings in his hands. Henry checked each item for accuracy and gave me the exact condiments we'd ordered. Henry and the store team are all excellent representatives of the Domino organization! We had pizza delivered last night and it was terrible. The sauce tasted like it should be on a taco instead of a pizza. There was very little sausage on it, and it couldn't overcome the horrible sauce, anyway. The cheesy bread was good. Delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell as we requested, so the food was cold when we finally found it outside the door. We're on vacation here, and the domino's at home in Ohio is always good, so this was a disappointment, to say the least. read more

Ordered online, curbside pickup already paid. All I had to do is drive and pick it up. When I got there a text said click "here" and park with your hansards on to let them know what vehicle to bring the order out to. Sitting in the vehicle for 20 min, so I went in and asked for my order. Asking for an explanation on why I waiting for so long and it was sitting here the entire time, no one could provide an answer. Left dominos irritated but it didn't stop there at the extended wait time, rude customer service. But we also had a wrong, burnt pizza. This has been the 2nd and last time I order pizza from there. Absolutely delish!! Ordered from the app, I got the make your own pasta in a bread bowl. Was the perfect TEMP. When delivered. Driver was very nice and respectful and the app gives you updates as your order is processed. We had our food delivered within 20 minutes of ordering. read more

Ordered from here twice and will never do so again. First time, I ordered 3 large pizzas with 2 toppings each and had to wait an extra hour and a half because they messed up on our order and had to go back to fix it! Besides that it took a long while to get to my home. Ordered it at around 4pm didn't get it till about 7pm and the driver acted like it was my fault. Second time I ordered to give them another shot, my pizza had been sitting off to the side of the box and was flat on that side, then it had 2 pieces of pizza that had no toppings at all because of a gigantic bubble in the pizza crust. I tried to e-mail them and never got a reply back. So if you want a good quality pizza with friendly service, do NOT order from this Dominos. read more

I called them in regards to delivering a couple of pizzas to a USMC Truck that had been stuck on Highway 17 for hours and not only did they say they could deliver the pizzas; they did it free of charge!!! We normally love Domino's. A couple of weeks ago we ordered the $5.99 special, two medium pizzas and they came not fully cooked. We complained and they gave us a $20.00 credit. Today when we ordered and tried to use the coupon, they said the coupon and the $5.99deal could not be used together. So our bill would be $17.00. In other words, the coupon was worthless. Sadly, no more Domino's for us. It's the principal of the situation that has us upset. read more

Ordered online. Inside 25 minutes the, still-too-hot-to-eat, delicious, custom-made Pizza and ice-cold Coke was at my door. I even requested they refrain from knocking (makes my dog go medieval) and blow the horn instead. The Deliverer followed the instructions to the letter. This isn't the first issue I've had with them. I ordered a pizza and they said 30 mins. An hour and a half goes by.. no pizza. I called and they said whoever put it in didn't didn't put it in all the way. It's now 10:30 and still no pizza. Won't be ordering from this location ever again. read more

The first time I ordered from this location it was fantastic! I've since ordered about four more times and it was mediocre at best! We sometimes order extra cheese and it barely looks like the "normal" amount is on the pizza. They seem to either be in a rush and not paying attention or they simply don't care. At times, the pizza is undercooked and other times there are barely any toppings. Very disappointing. read more

Worst dominos I have ever ordered from, it has been wrong every time. They always mess up the payment, requiring the zip code even when given the correct zip code, the payment is declined. Payment is proceesed every time they try, those funds are then held by the bank for days. We will never order from this location ever again. Very disappointed! read more
