Rudest and most incapable people I have ever encountered in my life. They could not take a simple order and began yelling at us because they could not get our order right and when they rattled off numbers on the menu we did not know what they were talking about because we obviously haven't memorized their menu. The first two kids couldn't get it right so they called manager "James" over who said he was going to call the cops because we were upset!!! My 3 kids in the car with us and this idiot said he was going to call the police because we were upset!!! THE POLICE?!?! You have got to be kidding me. I stop here often to order my breakfast and coffee on my way to work. It's easy to get off the freeway, order & get food, then get back on and continue to work. When I stop, I'm in a good mood, then it changes! Why can't I get a friendly greeting? No good morning, no good to see you again, just glares. Then, management team seems pissed. Why? It's always unfriendly here. I'm sorry that you work at McDonald's, but you asked to work here. I really think twice about stopping, because the bad mood is so contagious, and I'm just about to start my work day. This McDonald's charges more than other McDonald. The breakfast sandwich I usually order is less than 1.50 at other McDonalds but this one charge me 2.50 for the same sandwich. Will not return, I will just go to the Jack in the Box down the street. read more

Cheeseburger, no onion no tomato. It even says it on the sticker sloppily attached to the wrapper yet somehow, my cheeseburger is covered in onion and 1 pickle. Since ALL the onion was placed directly on the pickle, it took a few bites to get to it. Thanks McDonald's at least this time there wasn't a ketchup finger print on my bun. This is my favorite McDonald's. Believe it or not, I travel 10 miles just to enjoy some fries and coffee. The view is splendid; the service is exceptional. They even have a little bit of table service. The staff is most accommodating. I love it. read more

What a weird place! Their food though good, but the people there always mix up the orders! I once got a combo and they forgot to give my cup! Then another time when I went to buy TWO orders of the 20-piece mc nuggets, they only gave me ONE order of it! I had to drive back to the place to get the rest of my order! But they ended up giving another TWO orders of 20-piece mc nuggets to me. So I ended up receiving THREE servings of the 20-piece mc nuggets! sshheeshh! First its not enough, now its too much! This is one of the nicer McDonald's and I am glad that it is the closest one to our house. The downside is that the drive thru line gets pretty long and sometimes moves slowly during lunch time. I am thrilled that McDonald's is offering breakfast all day long, but I have found that if I order a breakfast meal during lunch or dinner times, I would have to pull over on one of those drive thru parking spots because it would take them time to make the hash browns. One other bad thing is that the last 2 times I have gone, their sweet tea has been very diluted to the point where it tastes like sweetened water. Nonetheless, I will still go when I am craving something quick and easy, or their breakfast sandwiches! read more

Worst experience i have ever had. On my way to worki stopped by this McDonald's for the first time. Drive through to be exact. First things first i go to the pay window and she's got me waiting for 5 minutes while she takes orders. Second i tell her i have mobile app coupons and she scans it than voids it has the manager come and i start arguing with him because he tells me i can't use them! I literally use the mobile app 3 times a week maybe more. And being an old McDonald's employee i know the rules what to do and what not to do. So he starts arguing with me. The male manager there total dooshbag ! You do not ever argue with customers and refuse coupons. For no reason either. I ordered two mcgriddle MEALS with a hot Mocha and orange juice and the cashier puts everything separate they refused to change that too. I got treated badly got refused to use my coupons that were more than eligible to use. And ended up paying way more than i should have. Definitely giving this place the worst thumbs down ever. Not going back! Some of the employees here are a joke and the way they treat you is horrible. I will not ever go back here again! read more

This McDonald's has TWICE messed up on the plain part. They don't put it on the screen, even after confirming TWICE each time that it should be plain. Then they don't answer the phone so you can have them fix it BEFORE you drive back to them. FAST food should not take over an hour because they can't get the order correct! And not ONCE have they made up for the error in any way, ie a gesture of goodwill! read more

I just went in this location because my 3 year old son wanted a "Happy Meal" we where the first in line, one lady on the register, two other folks walk in behind us. The girl in the register proceeds to call the lady behind us, I don't know why but no big deal, then a second female employee comes out and tells the gentleman behind us, I can help you over here and starts taking his order. That's when I told them, I've been waiting here in front of them and I've been completely ignored! Very bad guest service! I walked out and call the Manager on the phone and guess what? they don't even care! He was just like " oh well, sorry it happen to you" I've never played the race card because I like to believe that humans are better than that, but I don't know what else to believe in this situation. Went to this McDonalds after attending a funeral across the street. I ordered through the drive thru and my $1 any size dr. pepper tasted worse than soda water. I was back on the fwy before I tasted it so no way I was turning back. The cheeseburgers and fries were not good either. Never again at this McDonalds. read more

I am never eating at mcdonalds again. They charged me for a cup of tap water when I ordered 5 other items. I had been coming to mcdonalds for months and they never have charged me for it. The night shift manager was extremely rude and condescending when I asked him. This place still sucks! If u dare alter an item on the menu expect them to screw it up at least twice before getting it right. The people taking the order at the counter get it right, but the preparers don't look at it until a manager gets pissed at them and explains what's wrong. Someone also needs to explain to this particular franchise that sweet tea is suppose to be sweet. Which if you do the math that means you should use sugar. Wrote this on 3/14/16 but for some reason it did not post: I do not recommend the 24 hour drive thru. I do not normally ever eat at McDonalds BUT ........... Last night after a very long day of cleaning out a relatives apartment (so dirty I did not want to eat or drink anything while I was there), at 10:17 (22:17 on my receipt) I made the mistake of going to this drive thru instead of waiting 10 more minutes and cooking for myself at home. I ordered 2 filet-o-fish (2 for $5 special), 1 large fry, 1 large unsweetened iced tea. I pulled out of the drive thru back onto the highway, where a sip of my tea revealed that it was sweet (not worth getting off the freeway and going back for when I knew I had cold fresh water at home). By Sycamore the smell of food was overpowering so I reached in the bag for some hot fries, only to find the fries were not hot and fresh but a lukewarm mix of mush and hard as a rock that was oversalted. The box was crammed full, probably a pound in that one box, it was like the person cooking decided that instead of throwing away all the old fries that should have been wasted they would give them to the next idiot who came through the drive thru and ordered a large fry. Move on to my fist sandwich that was also not hot despite my special ordered (no cheese, extra tarter) which should have meant I had a fresh made (not sitting around) sandwich. I got off the freeway at first street, pulled over to the side of the road and opened the 2nd box. Both sandwiches made correctly but cold fish, hard bun. It was almost like they had the fish cooked in advance and sitting around and just slapped my order together without heating anything up. Maybe the fryer was off and they did not want to tell me? No matter, by then I no longer cared to eat. No way was I driving back across town to have remake my food. I tried calling to get some kind of store credit but no one answered the phone. I went home, threw this very disappointing meal in the trash and went to bed. One thing is for certain, I will not make the mistake of going to this McDonalds again. If you are going to dine in you can take the food to the counter and get it replaced or get a refund. When you are in the drive thru late at night you are at the mercy of the people who work there and you have to trust your food will be fresh, hot and good. I am not a burger eater but I imagine this scenario with a cold burger would be even worse. Meat eaters and vegetarians save yourself the trouble, do not stop here, there is an in and out burger one off ramp down the highway where the food is always hot and fresh AND your meal will cost you less. read more

I am very annoyed by the Yosemite McDonalds. It is the ONLY McDonalds around that doesn't have the large unsweetened tea for $1. I thought that McDonalds was know for its SYSTEM and the prices were supposed to be standarized. I will be visiting the other McDonalds in town. read more

Visit started off just fine as the guy who took my order was polite and quick. After getting my food and sitting down, I began to hear some obnoxious behavior and conversations going on behind the counter among the male employees. I heard one of them say, "Hey dude, would you dump your girlfriend if you found out she cheated on you with another girl?" There was clapping, whooping, extremely loud personal conversations going on. It sounded like a house party. As I looked around the dining room, all the trash cans were overflowed, table were dirty, and the floor was dirty. Worst customer service - specially the manager. False advertising and won't admit they posted the sign incorrectly. They posted the 2 sausage egg mcmuffin sandwich for $2.79 (item #10 on menu) and charge the customer for $3.50 plus tax. Advised manager but manager insist that the sign is correct even though they are charging $3.50. read more

Everytime I go to this drive thru they ask me to park and they will bring me my food, which I understand because I usually order a lot of nuggets and fries. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh cooked rather than old, but i always ask them to please make sure i get dipping sauce and ketchup, EVERYTIME I have to wait while they go back in and bring it back out. Not good customer service and I think I will start to drive a little farther and go to the Tapo Street location. read more

Had a very nice experience at the front counter of this McDonalds today. The staff were very friendly and efficient and all seemed to work well together. Anna was especially helpful. She directed the other staff with praise and positive words as she took and fulfilled orders. I was in and out of there in just a few minutes, the store was very clean. read more

Every Sunday around 7:30 am one employee named ally(seems like she's a young high school student) is so great. She is so welcoming and always smiling. Even In The morning. uugghhhhhhh, Sigh. Okay, so i come here out of need not want. The employees are rude and need serious training in customer service. At least the ones who work in the AM shifts. the other morning I went in and there was one girl working the register. I walked up to her. and she looks at me, doesn't say anything and walks away. She then calls out saying im on break! wow. really? The guy who walks up has his shirt hanging out, hair looks like crap. I mean really, Another time i ask for creamer, they guy tells me they are out by the soda machine. Um yeah i know and you are out that is why i am asking you. He goes. "oh are you sure?" 0_o yeah dude. I am asking you for some creamers, do you really want to have a full on convo about it?? So then he goes ok, and instead and handing me some creamers, he grabs the refill and takes it out to the coffee station. 0_O Thanks man. Another time... the employee was taking my order and this big guy who i believe was the manager walks over and says say good morning to her whats wrong with you?! " um mr manager you are probably the problem, the next time you want to be an ass to your employees don't do it in front of the customer. This place needs a LOT of work. ASAP read more
