The food here was ok. The fries were soggy and could use more salt, and the chicken nuggets were hard and very chewy. Also I get that the prices are not set by the location, but the food is expensive especially for it being mediocre at best. The staff was helpful, which was nice. Another thing was there were multiple fights going on in the parking lot throughout the half an hour I was here. The bathrooms also could have been cleaner, although they were not the worst I've experienced at a McDonald's before. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! They definitely need to put a people person up front to take orders. I usually use the kiosk to order but since there was no one inside and she was just standing there, i figured why not....I should've went with That's a Burger across the road. read more

Managers please up your standards. Placed an online order around $40 and it came with half of the items I ordered and French fries.. it was breakfast. I usually don't mind but I feel ripped off. Get a better system going read more

Employee walked out of the bathroom stall before me without washing his hands. Can't comment on the food because I decided to eat elsewhere.

Took 30 minutes to get my order that had a total of 3 things 2 food items and a single drink. The lady at the window was rude as hell. Everyone in there had no work ethic or care for the customers before us either, multiple people were getting upset with the service. Do better it's not that hard. read more

Their happy meals are outrageously priced than what is in farmington. Over $6.00 for a 6 piece nuggets (a dollar for 2 nuggets) not a meal itself by the way. Only the 4 piece has a price... Farmington has their 4 and 6 piece happy meal at $3.00 and $3.50 Owners of mcdonalds in shiprock are a rip off, and needs to take in consideration of the circumstances theyre not a fast food joint like In N Out or like 5 Guys to make such atrocious prices like these. read more

While making a trip to the Four Corners Monument, we needed a quick bite to eat so we decided to stop in at this McDonald's. When we arrived the restaurant was busy but the line moved quickly. The staff here was nice enough but they didn't seem interested in pleasantries. The food here was fairly good but it was interesting to see the difference in the style of food across the US. The buns here were different than the ones in New England, but they were pretty delicious. The bathrooms here were a bit touch and go, but they sufficed during a long road trip. read more

Assholes hungry truck driver here they have the lobby closed wouldn't serve me when I walked up to the drive thru. When this place decides to open their lobby back up please boycott them. I'm a truck driver rolling thru town and they refused to serve because I can't use the drive thru read more

Ok so I was just here today and luckily bathrooms were immaculate so phew! It's a new restaurant with interactive tv screens at tables and a really cool playground for the kiddos. We were just driving through town but will stop there again next time for sure. read more

The place was empty except for the drive up. I should have drove up but I had to get on the computer. No plugs. Young lady behind the counter was very rude. I said "I waited for a long time" She seemed like she didn't cared. I made my order and she said we'll bring it out to you. I sat down and was working on the computer. Internet was very bad. I waited and waited and waited and waited and seen that other people were having their food delivered to them at their tables, that were standing behind me. I didn't want to be rude but I went up and said I made an order and I was wondering if it's done. Dude asked and they told him it was on the counter. Ok I get it because, "I said I waited a long time standing waiting for services" when I first arrived you decided that I had to walk up and get my own food. Ok that's fine with me. I thank them and sat down to eat. I've been there a few times and their Hand Sanitizer next to the cashier is always empty. Navajo Nation Covid is rising again. I hope they do better services for everyone. I'll go to the Dine` people selling spam and potatoes on the side of the road. Probably gramma will be more polite than McDonalds food. read more

Would do zero star if I could. Ordered coffee and apple pie. After waiting 10 min was served cold coffee... still no pie. Waited another 5 and asked for a manager. I had seen him visiting, but he ignored the issues and did not even offer an apology. Finally got a refund and left.... not before finding out the bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. read more

I just received a call from this location stating they saw my complaint and that they raised the prices in January and that the owner is from Arizona and since the Arizona minimum wage is going up that's why there was a raise in prices. Even though this is New Mexico. read more

The drive up is literally a drive in and wait. There is no rush to get the patrons food out as quickly as possible. Make sure you check your Oder and taste your drinks before driving off... There is always something missing! read more

We ate here for bf. It has been several years since we have been here. It is completely remodeled from the inside and looks great. We ordered from computer panels. This was the first time we were doing so and it was super easy. The food was good. The servers were friendly and brought the food to the table. We would definitely come back. read more

This is the slowest McDonalds ever experienced. There is no sense of urgency here. The food is also more expensive than other McDonalds, not sure why. Other McDonalds give a whole chicken breast in salads, this one gives half a breast, not sure why. Make sure you are not in a hurry if you come here. read more
