Doña María has earned a permanent spot on our list of must-visit restaurants every time we're back in town. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Karen took incredible care of us and our family. Even though we were a fairly needy group, she was consistently professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her positive attitude made an already great dining experience even more memorable. I can't say enough how amazing she was! From the breakfast burritos to dinner, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The homemade tortillas were absolutely outstanding and complemented every meal perfectly. The portions were generous, and every dish reminded us why we love coming back home. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a great meal, and feel right at home. Overall, between the incredible food, exceptional service, and inviting atmosphere, Doña María has become one of our go-to spots whenever we're in Farmington. Horrible company. Did you know that Joe makes his employees work alone? One time I drove through and a girl who couldn't have been aged more than 18 was closing alone at a pretty busy time during the day. It took a very long time to get my drink because there were cars lined up, and when I got to the window I was amazed that they were having only one person deal with all of these people. I feel that Joe is breaking the law by doing this, but am not sure about the New Mexico laws & regulations of businesses. Regardless I think Joe needs to keep his employees safe. Not to mention it makes for bad service having only one person! read more

This review has to be 5000 words or less, and doesn't even begin to cover my experience at this location. Let's just say that after yesterday's experience, I know why this location is suffering. I was considering this place as a hosting venue for my group's conferences, but after yesterday's experience, that is absolutely out the window! As a business owner, I hope corporate reads this ....
