What's the point of ordering at the drive thru if they have u park in a stall until your oder is ready?

Worst McDonalds ever. Hard to say since Mickey-D's have such high standards worldwide. Yet, this small town location manages to fail miserably. Terrible and unorganized employees. Disgusting facilities and poorly maintained parking/drive thru area. And the food is awful. read more

This is the nastiest Mcdonalds I ever been in. They first opened I took my kids and food wasn't fresh either took 1 hour to get food .

I have been here 4 times and they got it wrong 4 times. IE: just ordered a mushroom and swiss but got a fish. Kids hear one word and assumes the rest. He must have heard mushroom and fish? but they don't have mushroom and fish so I just got fish. Chicken McNuggets and I get a McChicken. I come to the area to work on occasion so I guess I can deal with the McSurprise meal. read more

After the remodel, the service here is horrible! Every single time I've been here there has been multiple things wrong with my order! And they dont fill the drinks up all the way! They seem to be too concerned with the waiting at the window times so they have you go park in the reserved spots and you end up waiting forever there. Plus the extra time it takes for them to correct my order they got wrong. read more

Pretty solid, but on the slow side, especially when you go inside the store. The drivethrough is a bit faster. They seem to have the mentality that their workspace is a place to hangout and talk to each other rather than to serve customers. Sometimes I have troubles when I order the hot mochas in the mornings. They'll forget to put the chocolate in sometimes. I give it back and ask for some chocolate and they get it done right away. Their breakfast sandwhiches come out just fine. Every time I order lunch it's ready fast with no mistakes. Maybe it's just hard to make food in the morning. WORST customer service ever! Don't waste your time or money here. I just waited 11 minutes after being asked to park on the side and wait for 2 cheeseburgers. After ordering my food at 7:45 I left this place at 8:30 with no god damn food and my blood is boiling all I ordered was a fry and two sausage egg mc muffins & of course they PARK ME! 10 minutes later I call them and they said they would check on my order finally I go in ask for a refund cause nobody should have to wait this long for 2 fucking sandwiches they give me the refund but no food???? I've never been to this location even though I work in this city. They had a grand reopening sp I thought I'd give it a try. Oops. I ordered to eat in from The kiosk and grabbed a number per the directions and sat down. A few minutes later my ticket number (not the table number I had to punch in at the kiosk) was called and I could tell they had made it to go. I got up and walked to the counter with the table number and asked her why I needed to grab a number of I ordered to eat in and they called my ticket number on the receipt. The employee looked at me as if she was inconvenienced. She then asked "oh you wanted it for here. I told her that I pressed the eat in button... she then just walked away... (whatever I guess... not a great impression) I sat down to eat and the orange juice tasted watered down. I then tried to eat the hashbrown that was with my breakfast and it was overcooked and swimming with disgusting oil. I'm adding a picture of the mess that was served. The drive thru was a mad house. So I decided to park and walk in. The thick guy wasn't too inviting. So I ordered combo #7 mcgiddle sandwich with an orange juice. He took the receipt and put on the cashier side of desk and walked away. He didn't say thank you, one moment please or step to the side they will call you when your order is ready. Now, once my order was ready the lady gave me my food looked as if she was shocked and eventually got it together and said thank you. This is honestly the worse McDonald's that I have ever been to. Today was the first day being reopened after renovation and it's an experience that was supposed to be the best when it was actually one of the worse. They charged us for something we didn't order and wasn't what we wanted. We went back to possibly switch it or get a refund and they gave us the hardest time. Waiting in the drive thru line for about 30 mins the rest of our food was getting cold. So we kindly asked them if they could remake our food since it got cold while waiting for them to fix a mistake that shouldn't have been made in the first place. They rejected our request and said they wouldn't remake our food. Every time I've been there the customer service is horrible and it obviously hasn't changed. Just to add the cherry on the sundae, my burgers condiments weren't even on the burger it was all over the wrapping paper. Im so disappointed that this place never changes. You would think with such bad reviews they would have hired a new crew but I guess not. I'd rather travel an extra 8-10 miles to go to the one in wasco then to ever go to this one again. read more

Rosa and her day-time staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a large order, so I ordered ahead and I only waited about 5 minutes for it to be totally completed. It was 100% accurate. The food was warm and fresh. They were out of one item I wanted, so they gladly upgraded a substitute for me. read more

They screwed up my order charging me 10dollars and fixed it charging me five the next second then after waiting because of the screw up in what the cashier did I guess the one cooking was too lazy to make a hot and spicy mc chicken and just made two cheese burgers when I asked for it plain in the first place and called them "hot and spicy mc chicken plain" read more

STAY AWAY! Worst McDonalds I've ever been too, wish I could give zero stars. The girl at the register just stared at me when I walked up to order, I wanted the egg white and turkey sausage bowl that was displayed on their menu and I was told they didn't serve it anymore...then she asked 3 other people who couldn't give a clear answer, no one seemed too concerned with customer service! Never again! If you don't serve something, don't put it on your menu. If I wasn't treated so badly it wouldn't have been that big of a deal. I will never agree to pay people like that $15. read more

My orders are always wrong and this place is always packed with people even the drive through takes forever.

Normally when I come here I have no problem , BUT today OH MY GOSH so bad I had to write this review ( and I never do) Went and ordered a double cheese burger lg coke and two strawberry cream pies. and there was no one in the drive threw ( so happy that never happened) I was all thinking cool in and out paid the lady yay, went to the second window and the guy there handed me my coke then says we don't have any pies the wait will be 12 min but we have apple pies I said no thank you I will just get my money back (again no biggie I was not mad its a beautiful day , but I hate apple pies) he said okay when and told someone inside she wants her money back. then comes and tells me to pull up front and they will take me out my refund. I said no i will wait right here it should not take that long to give me back my money . NOW If there was a long line and it was hectic like it normally is in the drive threw I would have move , I worked fast food I get it but it wasn't. He said nope you have to park up front your holding up our business .AGAIN nobody behind me only a car at the menu ordering. I said no I am not going to park up front and wait . so he continues that's too bad you have to move no no nope sorry but you cant wait here this continues for the minuet and a half... then I said she has my refund right there took her about a min and a half to get me my refund and mind you sill not a car behind me waiting to get their food .. he goes here is you $1.50 with an attitude lol. Because of this treatment I wont be going to that McDonald anymore .. wasn't even mad at having to get a refund but did not appreciate the poor customer service and guy trying to intimidate me to park out front .
