Where are all the reviews and what is wrong with my Filipino women?? Ask for anything and get an attitude! I've found a plastic piece of who knows what at this place and never received anything except a bad attitude. Wow, during covid you're lucky to have a job! I know it's fast food.....but so what! Good, speedy service in the drive-thru for 2 large fries pour moi! Just enough sodium and the containers have these neat nutrition label thingies on them. Standard stuff---what's this? 20% Vitamin C (-based on blah daily blah-)?! Sweet! read more

This is the letter I sent to McDonald's Corp. I know from past experience. They will not do squat about it. *********** I am extremely upset right now. I just got back from your McDonalds at 6305 Martin Luther King Jr Way S. in Seattle at 12:12 pm . Your staff needs some serious retraining at this store and the manager needs to learn how to handle problems that come up. As I was going to the register to order, one of your staff members was getting her order which included a blue slushy type drink. She turned and accidentally splashed some of her drink onto my left shoe, which happens to be a pair of sandals! I screamed as the very cold drink went down the side of my foot and between my toes. The cashier who was helping me just looked blankly at me. I told him what happened and asked for napkins. He continued to look blankly at me. I had to ask again before he gave me a few napkins. The staff member who splashed the drink on me didn't even look twice, no apology, no nothing, she just went and sat down with her coworker who was already eating. I cleaned my foot up as best I could and went out to get a book I had forgotten in my car. When I got back a couple of moment later (not more than 1 minute, I was parked just outside the door) my food order was being called out but there was no drink. The manager had called out my order didn't even bother to tell me that my drink would be another minute or two still even though I was standing right there. I had no idea if they thought I had already gotten it or if it was coming, nothing. I went to the condiment bar to get some ketchup for my fries when suddenly I am drenched in cold water and soda! Another customer had thrown his drink on me! He had been startled by the machine and on reflex had flung it out. Now, not only was I sticky from the employees drink, but my skirt was soaked with ice cold water! I lost my temper and yelled about how this was the 2nd time in less than 5 minutes that I had cold beverages spilled on me and the other customer was apologizing for what he had done. The staff just stood there behind the register and stared at me. No offers of napkins or a towel to dry off with, NOTHING! Another customer got napkins for me so I could dry off. I sat down for a moment to compose myself and to let the worst of my anger dissipate. I went to the front register and asked for the manager. I told her what had happened including pointing out the two staff members, the one who had spilled on me, and the cashier that I had to ask twice to get napkins from. She said that she had thought that I had spilled my own drink on myself and that was what I was upset about. She did not even bother to see what had happened in her own lobby. Even if I had spilled my own drink on myself, it is obvious that I would have needed something to clean up with. The restaurant was NOT busy at that time so it is not like she had to look through huge crowds of people in the lobby. There was maybe 10 of us at the very most. This is not the first time that I have had incidents at this store that the staff has just ignored. Last spring I was verbally assaulted by some teenagers in the lobby and the staff totally ignored a 40 year old woman being screamed and yelled at by a group of 15-20 year old kids because I happened to be reading a book while I ate. When I went to the front counter to complain, I was told that they were too busy to do anything about it. The kids run rampant though that restaurant and the staff does nothing to stop it that I have seen other than there are now signs that state they will not give out free water. This is the first time since that incident that I have gone into the restaurant to order. It was very quiet so I mistakenly thought I could have a relaxing lunch break. Now, I am spending the rest of the day in a soaking wet sandal and a wet skirt. I live too far away to be able to go home to change! read more

Would give zero stars if possible. The workers here are rude, lazy, and disrespectful. I went here a couple of weeks ago and was diagnosed with norovirus. I was hospitalized for three days because one of their incompetent workers didn't bother to wash their hands. Will never go here, or any other Mcdonalds, ever again. Thanks for making my life healthier. read more

They forgot my fries and my burger was all messed up another time they told my door dash driver one time that I was not able to get no sauce at all I don't know why but he even try to ask for manager and they said the manager not there and walked away‍ very unprofessional place they need training read more

I'd just like to say that I come to this McDonald's quite often and though the service is usually up to par, the quality of the food absolutely sucks. They simply throw the fries into the bag like they expect us to scavenge for our food. And secondly, the burger buns are usually cold and soggy. And they usually forget to give me any sauces that I've ordered as well. Nonetheless, I feel obligated to go back time after time because it is cheap, filling food. read more

Any review that is good about this McDonald's is definitely associated to ownership or management. All you have to do is look at the outside to know you should keep driving to the next one, I don't care how far it is! The reviews about special salts, gluton free menu and better McDonald's in Japan. Japan McDonald's must really suck or he is a relative. It takes 5 minutes or more to get my food, the order is usually wrong, old food under lamps to long or they short you on drink & fries. When I complained about the hard dry meat patties and chewey hard to eat chicken snack wrap the manager explained that I need to ask for fresh food and her way of making up for this was the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich they give you for calling their feedback line. This McDonald's is an imposter, avoid at all cost! read more

Ordered chic nuggets for Delivery. Horrible! Had off smell, the breading was different, and the taste gross. How can Mcd sell this crap? No quality control. No value for the price anymore. read more

I'm almost too ashamed to post publicly I ate at a McDonald's, except that I'm not. Or... not enough. I needed some greasy comfort food. Dick's was closed. Late night manager seemed ok, a bit harried. Fries were pretty salty, and the regular hamburgers were pretty gross, but when are they not? Whatever, it got the job done. read more

The self kiosk is really good, specially for people who just need a cookie. The staff and the service are really fast. read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

The two times I remember coming here it was just to meet up and catch up with someone over dessert or coffee. I personally think the McCafe options are pretty decent, especially for the price they charge! What's nice about this McDonald is that the staff are pretty nice and it's pretty clean!!! Everyone values cleanliness of a restaurant! Of course, don't expect high quality healthy fast food. That would be an oxymoron. read more

IDK, every experience I have had here in the past year I have lived nearby has been as you would expect from a McDonald's. Generally good.

I once went here when school was over . Done with 8th grade finally! I come here with my friends to eat after best service ever but they forgot my barbecue sauce but that's okay! read more

I've been to this McDonald's prior to their renovation and it was great THEN. NOW it the quality and customer service has plummeted. I have ordered multiple items off of the menu but have gotten lacking results. Since the renovation, I've had to ask for my drink after they have forgotten my order, received an original mcchicken after paying for a bacon cheddar, had someone else drink out of my soda, and missing ingredients to my McFlurry. I have also witnessed the manager shrug and dismiss questioning my order as I waited. If I could I'd give a 0/10. read more

This McDonald's is one of the awfullest ever the assistant manager man Asian voice just hanged up phone when i wanted to talk to store manager i wasnt finished talking! The server handed our order and forgot our drink, but that was all right for a simple mistake. The thing that bugged me most was she left us standing there waiting for her to finishing up texting on her phone while her co workers busy working. I would give 5tars for co workers and one for her texting on her phone. My advice for her is to do it privately or on her break if she wants to be on her phone. I'm sure your store has rules about phone during work. Please help your co workers by providing a good customers service so everyone could keep their job if business staying busy. Thank you. I will visit your location again to see your improvement. read more

Every time I go to McDonalds they forget something. I will start writing a review every time I go which is now about twice a year at best. We ordered through the drive thru the two for five fillers deal (4 total or 8 Big Mac's) when we get home we find out they have only place 1 hamburger patty in the BIG Mac's not having time to drive all the way back the we made some food in the house which we were trying to avoid cooking on a hot day. Wasted my money and time going there and got screwed on top of it read more

I blew up the bathroom with an enormous ass tearing shit I took due to the curry I ate just up the street. I was asked to leave because of the smell. Clean bathroom though. read more

Avoid this McDonalds like the plague. I ordered a coke an apple pie and it took fifteen minutes and it wasnt even crowed. They charge $1.99 for a large coke plus Seattles wonderful. 52 cent surcharge. Get this, they don't even offer refills!!! The service was horrible. It is well cheaper and economical to go to another McDonalds!! Drive to the Eastside, it's well worth the trip and you'll save money. The owner of this mcdonals is a cheapskate and I will never enter this establishment again !!!!!!! read more

I ask for a 6 chic and got 4 and the ask for go-gurt and got apples real? Not one listen to you and no one happy here never again I will stop here read more

I generally hate fast food and avoid it as much as possible, but occasionally I find myself at one. I've been to this place a few times over the past 7 months as it is just down the street from my house and I have never seen worse food or service ANYWHERE. I mean, it's McDonald's, so I ain't expecting much, but this is atrocious. Also, the only place I have ever been to that WILL NOT give you free water. Avoid McDonald's as much as possible, but seriously stay clear of this one read more

This place is horrible. It's bad enough that I'm eating this crap, but on top of that they can't ever get an order 100% correct. Drive thru? Check those bags. No more chances. Do not go here!!! Zero stars!!!! read more

I ordered 20 pc chicken McNuggets and got food poisoned! This is the 2nd time that has happened to me when I order the nuggets here. I don't plan to eat here again in the future. Buy at your own risk! read more

Since privately owned the workers aren't properly trained and has no knowledge of the products they are selling. I constantly get bad service but this is what some in my family likes and is literally a few blocks away from my home. The one guy had a complete melt down on me when I tried to use a coupon and another worker had to come rectify/resolve the situation. And now the new $6 meal is out and they have a HUGE poster over the window advertising this meal but refuse to offer the meal as advertised. They told me that although the poster is posted showing multiple sandwiches they are only honoring the Big Mac - Later when I arrived home I called and spoke to the manager PAUL who repeated this same explanation but did not answer my question on why they have the poster up (FALSE ADVERTISING) I then asked for the owners information - he hung up on me!!!! HORRIBLE LOCATION--- read more

I've been going to this McDonald's for years now, ever since I was young. Never had a big issue with McDonald's except one day in the summer, I went to get a burger and fries with my friends. There was so many fruit flies and it kept getting on to my food. I ended up not eating at all :( Today was also another issue, this McDonald's is under construction, so only the drive-thru is open which isn't an issue. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and paid, but when I picked it up, it was this orange juice mix thing and I didn't realize until I got halfway home and was too lazy to turn back. Would give it 2 stars if it weren't my childhood McDonald's lol. read more

I have a problem with this McDonald's. I went in when the middle schoolers were done with school. They had a sign saying kids must enter one by one- because usually the place gets way over-crowded. I understand that. BUT HONESTLY, what got me upset was how they assigned an old man to the doors, and kids would disrespect him. I looked over the counter and saw how many young adults were working. An old man who is nice and does not speak English that well is getting disrespected by kids. HONESTLY, he does not need that, and it's not a nice move. They should assign someone who can take on those kids instead of an old man who can't speak English well. read more

I had a craving for McDonalds 1/3 pounder angus burger and went to this branch cuz it's close to work. I was very disappointed when they told me that they don't give cups for water. I don't drink pop and I just want water! This is so unfair especially for paying customers. I am not sure though if this is happening only on this branch. read more

I've been going here for a couple of years now. I am absolutely amazed that they seem incapable of ever getting an order correct. It's really uncanny--you would think the law of averages would dictate they would get an order right at least once in a while, even by sheer coincidence. But they never do. Weird. read more

Only go to the drive thru, and always have to check my order because there's been a couple of times when they haven't given me everything I've ordered. I keep going because it's convenient, but wish I didn't have to second guess their service! read more
