WELL DONE!!!! In a busy time of day my wife and I placed our order. We have 2 kids that wanted chicken nugget happy meals and 2 teenagers (whom ordered whatever they consume). Unfortunately, by the time we grabbed our food and made a dash to find some seats, the reality hit. We had gotten hamburgers instead of the chicken nuggets we had requested and paid for. Calmly walked back to the restaurant with my receipt in hand to ask for the nuggets my kids desired. I am not sure if it was a manager or shift manager but thank you. This was my quick breakfast stop on my way back to San Jose. Pricey for a mc Donald's but it is to be expected considering it's in an airport terminal. There were lines even at 6:00 am (My flight was at 7:00) Luckily they have kiosk screens on which you can order. People were just around it and I could find an actual person to take my order. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and it came out within 3 mins. Taste wise it is unlike any other McDonald. It wish I would have taken the combo although I don't care much for the hash brown but the coffee would have been nice considering Starbucks nextdoor had long lines. read more

They have pretty broad hours, food is always good and i think it is really cool that they make an effort to greet you when you walk by whether your order or not. Hello well usually I hopefully I don't give somebody a one-star cuz usually the one Stars actually this is a zero star and negative one. I just can't put it on there so anyway first off the the food was was not even real close to warm. I mean it was like warm but you know warm like you know like an afterthought. warm you know like it was an accident. anyway and then the fries were horrible. the fries were like you know they were like kind of wet like they were like sitting around a long time. and then there were a lot of crunchy ones you know little crunchy ones, I don't mind a couple of them. but it looks like they they collected them all just for me. and then the nuggets were hard as a rock and the service was you know their service is pretty good don't get me wrong. but you know it's kind of like what does it matter if the service is all right if the food is awful. and àmbiànce in McDonald's so you know Actually is a pretty nice McDonald's inside I guess. It isn't bad here, order at the monitor and you don't have to stress about employees. Pick up your order and go sit. My outlet worked but they are far and few between so those tables are a bit dirty. I never saw anyone wipe off tables except customers. Overall since you are trapped and they don't need to care it wasn't as bad as some make it out to be. It never ceases to amaze me that people don't check their orders before leaving for a distant location. Don't be a schmuck, check your order. You can still make a note on your review, but don't cry about it. Y'all should know better with ANY fast food joint. Food was typical McDonald's. Stopped here for a late night snack before my red-eye flight back to the east coast. The prices were lower then what we found in downtown Seattle which was a nice change. Plenty of seating that extends into a second room on the side of the kiosks. The kiosks seemed to speed up the ordering process. I was surprised at how many others were also taking late flights and ordering Macca's. Had my order within 5 minutes and the food was hot and the order was made correctly. Everything seemed clean and organized. The staff weren't the most friendly but who else would be happy working at 1am? We heard something in the ceiling above us running around as we were eating. Whatever it was, the ceiling lamps were shaking and it was quite noticeable. I know it's not the restaurants fault but definitly not sanitary or appealing. read more

McDonald's is usually pretty standard. Typically, I know what I'm getting. Each experience is very consistent with all the other times that I have frequented this fast food joint. I have my go to items that I like to order if I'm in a rush. This McDonald's is located near the B gate so it is convenient. You can grab something while walking to your terminal. However, when I came here, the chicken wrap that I ordered was especially bad. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap. Usually these wraps taste good but this one tasted sour. The ranch dressing was super sour. I thought they had mistaken it for honey mustard sauce. I think the ranch dressing went bad but they still used it. I wanted to go and complain but by this time, my flight was already boarding. I couldn't stomach eating the rest of the wrap so I threw it away. Sad. read more

Normally, this McDonald's has good service. I went and ordered at the touchscreen and my order came up right away. I checked the bag and noticed a huge stack of napkins, but nothing out of the ordinary. I went to sit down in another terminal (and 2 buses) later, only to find that it was sweet and sour sauce not ranch that was in the bag. (I mean, how am I supposed to eat chicken without ranch??). Had lunch here while waiting for my flight. It was located quite near B gates, and they had order machines that you could help yourselves, which was super convenient and fast. I ordered mission size set including 10 pieces of nuggests, chips and Diet Coke. After I paid for my foods on the machine, I waited about 2min to get my ordering, which was quick. And of course this is my review for the McDonalds, which is oaky where to eat it at, but what is good there is a second room rhata serves as the dining room, right past the kiosks, where people can place their orders, and even customize their orders. WhIch was great as I got their pancakes and sausage for breakfast, that really out have been a problem if I had to eat somewhere else if they didn't have the room, which I had heard a staff member make a mention. And the food order was delivered by one of their staff for people that eat there, as you have to have a number like you would get at a Culver's location, as the order was placed at a kiosks. Even through you could still place an order at a counter. Which also gives you the option of either paying at the counter by cash, or credit card. read more

Okay this is an anomaly... the service at this McDonalds is actually SOOO GOOD that I had to step back and make sure I was actually at a McDonald's (yes I literally did this). I was actually like looking around wondering if I was on some kind of secret camera show. The entire staff is VERY VERY FRIENDLY and put together, the facility is clean and brand new. There is actually a guy that stands out front saying hello to passerby's and assisting people with electronic ordering. I would recommend eating here just for the experience. McDonald's by gate B1 was ver fast. My burger was made to order. They have five self order stations. The self order station allowed me to customize my burger precisely. I could order no sauce, light sauce, normal sauce or extra sauce. If something normally is not on the burger, I could add it. It was worth the visit just to use the self serve station. The person giving me my food made eye contact, told me a napkin was in the bag and handed me a nicely folded bag. I got my burger in less than three minutes read more

Fastest McDonald's in an airport and I travel a lot. These guys have the system down. They even have the new self order kiosks. I normally would not review a McDonald's but this is my 3rd good experience ordering breakfast when at the airport. I usually order an egg white delight and somehow the lady at the counter always rings me up as substituting this for that and my order is always less expensive because of her help!!! This Mickey Ds is a well-oiled machine. While yo dumb self is in the 20 minute line for a Starbucks breakfast sandwich, I'm in and out with a sausage mcmuffin meal in literally two minutes. Singularly the WORST McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of eating at. Prices are set to kill and the service is set to "I don't care."

This is the most dirty McDonalds that I have ever visited in the 53 years that I have been eating at McDonalds. Also, this the worst McDonalds that I have ever attempted to eat at in 53 years. I finally gave up and left without ordering anything. My visit started in the men's restroom at about 8 PM Friday evening on July 15 and that experience was absolutely disgusting. Next, I went to the order counter and I asked what difference was between the 1/4 Pounder and the 1/4 Pounder Deluxe and the girl supposedly attending the counter, who was playing on her cell phone, told me that she didn't know. Following my question, she started to communicate with a male coworker and I thought that she was trying to get the answer but I was mistaken because they both left the order counter unattended to walk over to a group of customers who were obviously their friends and began conversing with them; leaving me standing unattended at the order counter. I waited a few minutes but when it became obvious that they had no intention of waiting on me, I left. read more

Went with the Regular McChicken Wrap which was well put BTW and tasted fine. The sweet tea lacked sweet in the name, not sure if it was even tea... Ordered my stuff near Gate B1 and my gate was B11 and trust me it may sound it is only 10 gates (short walk) but no it wasn't, didn't bother to return and correct my drink, I was way too tired to walk... Dining area is to your left while looking at the restaurant. And make sure to ask people standing around if they have already ordered, that line gets a bit blurred. read more

Came here during a mid afternoon on a weekend. There was no line. Unlike other airport food, I was surprised to see the prices on the menu isn't skyrocketing expensive. I got a fillet-o-fish meal for $7.50. Not bad at all, the prices are actually similar to the local McDonald's that I usually go to. This McDonald's location is fairly clean. There were plenty of seats. I spotted at least 2 outlets for anyone who wants to charge their electronic devices near the corners. My filet-o-fish was pretty fresh. Fries were a bit hard but they were okay. Ketchups are not provided unless you ask for them! I happened to walk in at the time employees were having lunch breaks, they had ~5 people taking breaks while at least 3 others were working, so they were well staffed and ready to serve your hungry stomachs during rush hours! read more

This is a McDonald inside the airside terminal. Pricing seems to be higher than typical neighborhood ones. My comparison is an ice-cream cone. A typical neighborhood McD will cost a dollar plus local sales tax; this terminal location costs $1.69 for a cone before sales tax. They do have additional seating next to the front sales terminals. You can do some plane watching while eating chicken nuggets. read more

Macdonalds by gate B1 in Seattle airport is not good. The cashier told me to go into the seating area around the corner and they would bring my food. They did not. When I got tired of waiting I went back to counter and my food was in a bag getting cold. They asked where I went. I told them that I was told the food would be brought to the waiting area. Cold McD not good. I am not a fan of McD and this just reinforced my opinion. read more

From the ordering via touchscreen kiosks to picking up the food to kind employees offering ketchup in the waiting area - this store has it together. No wonder it's always crowded! Got a server that made an overflowing iced-coffee spilling from the top. Naturally, I asked for some extra napkins to clean up the mess handed to me and was asked, "Do you need it now?" after seeing me try and clean up the coffee on my hands. This one was obviously a genius. Overall, it would have been an innovative branch due to the large automated touch screens for convenient ordering but this staff's service does not justify the cause of why other hardworking fast food workers should be paid better. read more

Ordered mcnuggets and a frappe. They were very quick with my order, only had to wait like 2 minutes. The nuggest were very good. The frappe was good but I think they added two many chocolate chips. Either that or they all sunk to the bottom clogging my straw. Not much of a complaint more of a minor annoyance. read more
