"Beautiful redesign, clean, neat, pricey." It's been a long time since I visited this location. I was surprised at how professional the interior design is. Seems much more spacious. They also have kiosks where you could order yourself. My small order was delivered promptly. It's still a good deal for senior coffee at $1. But don't expect a bargain for the meals. It's substantially higher than in the past. So if you're old like me, it's a good deal for coffee. And it's very pleasant inside. PS the restroom code is 6765. read more

We are current trying to get the Super Mario happy meal toys. The person who took our order in the drive thru was really nice. He was happy to answer our questions about what toys they had. They actually had my favorite Yoshi here! So we were really excited. But when we actually got our boxes, they wouldn't check the toys we got and we ended up getting 2 of the same ones (Rosalina). We have two young daughters and this will end up being a problem for us. My husband went back in and asked if we could get a different one and the manager here checked a few boxes, they were all the same #7, and she wouldn't check the back for a different one. This feels like a big inconvenience for us when it would not take much effort to try and get one single different toy for our kids. Quite disappointed after we thought we were going to get a couple great toys when we first got there. It's the little things that go a long way, McDonald's! Quick stop to grab a bite which turned out to be super super quick and had a great experience! Instead of going through the drive-thru, we decided to go inside to place our order--and it turned out to be a great choice. We ordered a Filet-O-Fish, Hot & Spicy McChicken, and a large French fries. The food was fresh and perfectly prepared: the Filet-O-Fish was crispy, the McChicken had just the right amount of spice, and the fries were hot and nicely salted. The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The dining area was spotless, with tables wiped down and the condiment station well-organized and fully stocked. It made for a pleasant, comfortable experience. A big shoutout to the cashier, who was incredibly helpful and quick with our order. This mcdonalds is alright at best but there's plenty of ways it can be improved. For one employees need attitude adjustments so they're not aggressive or rude towards customers. Another thing to be improved is the cleanliness of the inside. While it's nicer than what it used to be as they fixed it up few years ago, there are times when the tables or the floor are so dirty to the point I can't help but wonder if they ever clean at all. Finally, the thing that upset me most is how they close the pick up or dining area too early even though they don't close until like 10 or 11. They close the dining area pr pick up at like 9 so you have to do drive thru which tends to get backed up all the time at this location. One more thing is the parking lot is absolutely horrible because it's so small with only 4 spaces and the rest are either handicap or mobile pick up. I ordered two McRib Sandwiches with no pickles and EXTRA slivered onions, and of course some fries and a coke. Well, I did not receive my order correctly as you can see from the photo. They used the chopped onions from the regular hamburger, and barely put any as you see. Additionally, AS ALWAYS, my large fries were only HALF FULL. This location always skimps on the fries. So now this is where it gets worse. When I called I asked for the manager, and the woman that answered said she was the manager, but when I asked for her name, she said "you want to talk to the manager or you want my info". Whenever my husband and I are too lazy to cook, we always choose McDonald's breakfast menu. We order the same items every time and are always happy with the consistency. As for service, we've never had an issue, though we only come here for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, we usually opt for other fast food spots like In-N-Out, which is down the street. Here's what we get: - Sausage McMuffin with egg - Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle - Big Breakfast for my toddler - Coffee!!! Oh and we usually order on their app so I can't really speak on what it looks inside this location. On the app they offer free items or great deals on breakfast items like the buy one get one free sandwich. If you order on the app, you can just stay in your car and head to the drive thru, share your number and then pick up the food at the window. Super easy and no wait! You can also collect points to earn free stuff. To end this review, McDonald's breakfast isn't the healthiest option, but if you're in a hurry or tight on time, it's a great choice. Everything is great with this location. But they don't follow instructions on adding the cream and sweetener to the coffee I request. I requested 7 cream and 7 sweetener at least 150 times over the last few years and it's not even close. I blame the management for this problem because everyone there does the same thing. The flavors were good, but disappointed that meat was dry. 2. Nuggets {4/5 stars, $5} - Crispy, crunchy, and tender. No complaints from others. Well I guess they don't give you a receipt because they would hate for you to take a survey about the service youre about to receive. Going through the drive-thru today, I was first asked something about whether or not I had ordered on their mobile app. What are you even talking about? I'm in my car driving... not on my phone looking up the McDonald's mobile app to place an order. Seems like a better question for people that are walking inside to eat. Follow that up with me placing an order for the #5 meal (10 nuggets for $12). Behind the first window sat the most unenthusiastic and monotone kid who's ever existed. Not even a thank you or smile. Then pull to the second window and get handed my unsweetened iced tea first then my straw then my bag containing 1 napkin 10 nuggets and the fries. No offer of ketchup and no buffalo sauce, like requested. I asked the guy about my buffalo sauce for my nuggets and he said "it's in the bag at the bottom" so I took out the two items that were in there and showed him there was no buffalo sauce in my bag. So, he gave me.... one buffalo sauce. I asked him if the 10-piece nugget comes with two sauces and he said "no, just one". Awful clucking service for mediocre food at a poor value. Going to McDonald's - I do not expect much, it is just for a cheap and quick meal. I have been to this particular location 2 times and both times, I felt kind of queasy and weird afterwards, compared to their other locations. Service is non-existent because there are no employees at the front to take your orders, so you are forced to use the kiosk to order. I had trouble using the kiosk because they would not let me add anything to the cart, so I had to try to get the attention of a staff member to order up front, which was difficult. I usually get the Filet-O-Fish meal and maybe an additional order of Chicken McNuggets, if I am very hungry. The food tasted like any other McDonald's, but I got sick shortly after eating it. This is probably the worst location I had been to, and I been to some pretty bad ones over the years. read more

Bad customer service. I arrived at 11:49pm and they started flickering lights at me to "shhh" me away basically. The machine then said they were closed even though they weren't. I haven't written many reviews for McDonald's over the years, I think this is #6.  It isn't that reviewing McD's isn't worthy, it's just that I infrequently go to them.  After all, I can't eat Filet Mignon and/or Lobster at every meal!   Well, occasionally I crave three things from here: 1) Filet-o-Fish sandwich (crispy yet watery on a worthless white bun) 2) the Fries (evil, but something about 'em, maybe nostaligia) 3) Egg McMuffin (what can I say?). I don't think I've ever been this disrespected as a customer in my life. My boyfriend has never tried a McRib and after excitement of realizing that they have brought it back, I suggested we go to McDonalds to get one for him because I wanted him to try one. (I knew they weren't that great, a little overrated IMO, but it was for him to try - not for me!) After driving up to place my order in drive-thru, the lady who was taking my order responded with such an attitude asking "What do you want?", and before I could even continue my order she asked "And?". It was a very unpleasant and negative experience, I was so shocked that I made a disgusted face. I shrugged it off and just wanted to get my food and get out of there, but after pulling up to the window , the guy who handed me our bag kind of shoved it out the window. I checked the bag to make sure that I got my sauce for chicken nuggets, and usually - the sauce is at the top of the bag because they usually add it at the end.. but there was no sauce! So I asked the guy "Is it okay if I have some sauce?" And he said "If you ordered sauce, you got the sauce" - again, with a very negative attitude. So before even leaving the parking lot, I parked in front of the store, doubting this very rude employee and we checked the bag. Guess what? NO SAUCE? So my boyfriend had to inconveniently walk into the store and ask for some just because this high-ego employee was too rude to give us some. Like come on. What was the problem today, lol.
