I really enjoy the morning crew -- they're very friendly and even go out of their way to serve coffee, which is a great touch. However, the night crew is a different experience. In particular, there's a lady who's responsible for cleaning, and she tends to be quite rude. She starts closing off the restroom as early as 8:30-9:00 p.m., even though closing time isn't until 11:00 p.m. (indoors) She often doesn't allow anyone to use the restroom except her coworkers, which feels unfair especially for customers who still need access to basic facilities. I think it would be helpful if a supervisor or manager could address this issue with her and ensure the restrooms remain accessible to all patrons until closing time. read more

Came in at 11:05am to order breakfast for my 3 yr old hoping I wasn't too late. So they cut off breakfast at 11am yet I still seen they had hashbrowns out by the fries being cooked. Here at Mcdonald's getting a quick bite to eat because I was short on time and it was the closest place to go with a drive through. I was lucky to be the only one in the drive through so I could order quickly. Ordered my meal and drove up to pay. I felt bad not being able to understand the lady at the window. she asked me if I wanted a A receipt and I couldn't make it out. I even squinted my eyes the second time she repeated herself thinking this would help me hear her better, I still didn't understand. It finally clicked and said, oh a receipt??? I want to give credit where credit is due. When I come visit this location (either drive thru OR going inside), I've always had good service. ALL of the workers here (who are bi-lingual) work hard and do their best to do their job. I typically come here for either breakfast on Saturday's (ordering the cheap small breakfast burritos with hash browns) OR during the weekdays to order some Cokes and Apple Pies. McDonald's is supposed to be the same standard across the entire nation, but this location seriously misses the mark. The cashier barely spoke English, which should be a requirement of the job. It made it extremely difficult to place my order. After this difficulty, the good provided was cold, and stale. I call this the trifecta.
