Just went through the drive thru and ordered on my mobile app prior to heading to the store. This store has ZERO COMMUNICATION, especially the NIGHT CREW. Quite a few times here now, things have been off in this place. Communication is ok, but the Staff lack major attention to detail. Screwing up your order is an almost guarantee. And I noticed it's not just me every time. My recommendation is that go to a different McDonald's or hit the Carl's or Jack nearby. read more

Horrible customer service the lady on the mic was so disrespectful. Second once we got to the window the same lady didn't give us our complete order. We brought it up to her attention and she checked our bags saw that we were missing items and told me that I was lying and that she personally had bagged our items. SLOW! We placed a mobile order and still waited for 45 minutes after we arrived for them to even start making the order. The manager was angry because people were complaining about the slowness and the orders being wrong and locked the doors so no one could go in. They prioritize the drive thru over all other order. The only reason it took us 45 minute was because I was complaining, otherwise I would probablystill be waiting. I walked in for breakfast this morning at around 7:55am. Waited by the register for over two minutes before someone decided to help me. There was an employee putting mix into the combo machine and never acknowledge me and/or said hello, good morning, will be right with you. All focus was on Drive-Thru. With the understanding you have self serve order stations, not everyone feels comfortable using them quite yet. Why am I give you 5 stars? Overall cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding. Lobby, outside, restroom and behind the counter. Quality of my food was excellent. My coffee was on point, right amount of creams and sugar. As I was eating my food seated in the lobby, I could hear employees and possibly manager chatting / discussing work related situation on how to provide better service. Extra poor customer service. Placed a Mobile order that took over 20 minutes to fulfill. No greeting or hello for 15 min acknowledged I was even there. Then they messed up the entire order. O was able to fix the kids meals on the spot because I checked them. I should have checked my burger too. Clearly printed on the ticket as a Double Quarter pounder with just ketchup. Gave me a single no cheese and covered with onion and pickle. Ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper and gave me a straight coke. Went back to complain and the manager screwed it up again. Asked for a new one and the owner info. They refused to provide owner info or even produce the buisness license. Which in this state and county must be displayed and shown upon request. Just ordered food and brought it home. Girl on drive thru was half paying attention to our order but whatever not a huge deal. Paid and girl at second window asked us to pull over and wait for food after handing me my coke. No straw was given but when we were brought our food, guy left before asking if we needed anything. We left and got home, no straw in bag, ok soggy fries (I kinda liked them husband did not), flat ass Coke with 4 ice cubes and the McGriddle was missing the sausage. This McDonalds has the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drive thru service is Horrific!! Every time I order, my order is 9/10 times incorrect. Sometimes the cheese is missing, at times it's completely wrong... I always have to go in. They are so rude to top it all off. They never greet you properly, seem rushed and never count your money back to you if you pay with cash. They just throw it a you and get on to their socializing with the other employee. I also feel that overcharge. They charged me a kids mighty meal price for a basic kids cheeseburger meal. Crooks!!!! This McDonald's is conveniently located for my commute to and from work, allowing me to grab a quick bite before work or bring home a meal for me and the wife about once a week. However, the odds of my order being reasonably timed or correct is about 50/50. Last week I did a mobile order for curbside pickup. I put in the number of the spot and after about 20 minutes nobody had brought out my order. I went inside, spoke to a cashier and they said they had not seen me out there, despite the fact I was parked out front, in the clearly numbered spot, and watched several employees enter and exit fulfilling curbside orders. It took about five minutes to get my food after I came inside to check on my order. Even then, the order was wrong in a few ways. Even today, my order was only partially correct, though they did manage to get my food to me in under ten minutes. Your mileage with this location may vary, but for me, it feels like I am rolling the dice each time. I don't think I'll be giving them another chance for a while. read more

We got gas and lotto, then stopped on way home to get McNuggets for doggies and us. We got a small French fry too, but asked to have it hot, so they marked it well done on screen. Isn't this suppose to be the only mcdonalds that's open 24hours?? It's always closed when I go after work. This is ridiculous, the lady saw 2 cars pull up and put the cones in the drive thru lane real quick and ran off. I'm glad I didn't put in a mobile order but it's never opened at night.
