Haven't been to any McDonald's location in a year. Stopped here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the food and the price. Much cheaper than going to a restaurant. I had a problem using the Kiosk, so a customer helped me. I selected my items, but never couldn't figure out how to Check out'. The counter was confusing, as there was an area to pick up food, but the area to pay was conjested with a partion in front. I had to ask the employee where to pay. The bacon/egg/cheese on an English Muffin was tasty, while the hash browns could have a better taste (Del Taco has better flavor hash browns). The coffee was also good and in a large cup. An employee was kind enough to pour out some coffee and add water -for my diluted coffee drink. I would have liked the breakfast on a softer bun-like a croissant. Honestly, like most McDonald's these days the customer service is just not there and we all know there's prices everywhere just seems to be climbing more so at McDonald's with that said the double cheeseburger taste was just off at this location. I remember a time when fast food was actually fast. This restaurant certainly strives to make the award for slowest McDonald's drive through. After ordering on the mobile app you'll get to the drive through to discover it's always backed up, and once you get to the window the ALWAYS send you to a parking stall to wait even longer for your food. Every night between approximately 3:00-4:00 AM, this location appears to stop serving customers and food while switching over to the breakfast menu. The frustrating part is that customers are repeatedly told that the "system is updating" rather than being given an honest explanation. This has happened to me multiple times now. If the restaurant's posted hours indicate that dinner service is available during these hours, customers should be able to rely on that information. People getting off work late at night or stopping by during these hours shouldn't have to find out that the restaurant isn't actually serving them. I strongly believe management needs to address what is happening during the overnight shift and make sure employees are following the proper procedures and communicating honestly with customers. If there is a scheduled period when the restaurant temporarily stops taking orders during the menu transition, that should be clearly communicated rather than repeatedly telling customers that the "system is updating." This is extremely disappointing and has happened enough times that it feels like a recurring issue rather than a one-time inconvenience. read more

I have only been to this McDonald's twice. Both times the service was slow and things like straws and condiments were missed. Food itself was good. Both times there were upset customers complaining about the slow service - mostly parking lot pickup orders. The atmosphere with employees was controlled chaos. Young employees trying to keep up in an atmosphere where there appeared to be no organization. Today they were inundated with teenagers from the nearby high schools who were rowdy, rude, profane. They were literally trying to limit how many could in at one time. An employee came out twice to ask them to keep it down. I had three young children with me and we eventually took our food and left because the situation could have turned into a situation I didn't feel safe in. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece meal and a kids' meal. I understand they had to park me, which was okay. However, it took them about 30 minutes to bring out the food. I know it's not a big deal, but they forgot to include the sauces. It might not seem like a huge oversight, but why include something that's going to be left out? I just came through their drive-through and ordered seven fillet of fish for fillet of fish Friday each one of the fillet fish sandwiches had a dime size of tartar sauce. They had taken one slice of cheese and broken it into four squares to put one little quarter size piece on each sandwich I've been calling the store for the last 20 minutes. GREAT FOOD, SLOOOW SERVICE... the food at this McDonald's is always pretty good, I've never had an issue and my order has come out exactly as requested. Usually, I'd stop here for a quick snack or meal. However, I just went to this location this morning and I had to wait 30-40 mins just for a couple oatmeals, hash browns and a breakfast meal, with drinks. I was disappointed because I can usually go in and out, this was definitely not the case. The restaurant is always busy and the drive-thru is quite packed all the time due to the high school traffic and being in the center of town. I'm hoping they get it together again here. Okay. New review update. Went in again today, see cop taking a report and trash all over floor. Noticed juveniles were walking away from restaurant so my guess is another skirmish inside McDonald's dining area. As I have advised my family members who have kids attending SJHS, keep them away from nearby McDonald's until policies are changed with regards to loitering inside dining area, too rowdy with indecent language. The Principal and restaurant manager need get heads together to find a solution in preventing a hostile environment for regular paying customers. I ordered for pickup from this location through the drive up, I get here it's an absolute mess cars lining into the street so I decide to go inside I am assured by one worker that is fine I give them my code and then wait and wait and wait until finally I am told I have to go in the app and say I don't want to go through the drive up which that option does not appear . I am finally told they can not process my order and that I will be refunded my money some later date after ordering in advance 30 min ahead of when I wanted to pick it up and then waiting an additional 30 min for the order only to be told it was not going to be made at all due to an error on their companies part . My breakfast was the best. My bacon was cooked soft as asked. Everything was Fresh & Hot! The Service was amazing from beginning to the end. Screwed again. It has to be the building that makes the employees so incompetent. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the counter only to be told my order had been canceled. I showed the woman in the yellow safety vest the order on my phone showing as paid for and not canceled. I also pointed out to her that the order showing on the receipt was not my order. I love the customer service at this particular location. They are attentive, friendly, and keep the place looking presentable and clean.

They say 24/7 but they are definitely not. Service is really hit or miss depending on when you go. The food temp is never consistent.

This place is very good and the wait is 1-5 minutes. I recommend getting a big Mac! The staff are kind.

I've been buying extra slices of cheese on the side for years, at dozens of locations. It's always been 30 or 40 cents for a slice, with one rogue location once charging me 60 cents (I didn't go there again). Well your restaurant topped them all, trying to charge me $4.76 for 4 slices of cheese. I thought surely there must be some sort of mistake but nope- you charge $1.19 per slice. I told them to take that off the bill because I didn't want it. It's a good thing my son noticed it on the receipt because somehow I overlooked it. There is no justification for that. You can only get away with so much price raising. That is a greedy franchise owner looking to take advantage of and gouge his customers. I drive all around and eat all over the place, and all I can say is I feel bad for the people of San Jacinto who have to pay triple, and some of your other prices were higher than usual.
