Just about every time I come to this McDonald's they ask when you order, what kind of sauce you want. My answer is always Sweet and Sour. Do they ever give me that? Here's the thing, we cams one night a couple weeks ago and were told the same thing. So its 100 degrees at 10:20pm and I just don't know that I believe that the machine is down, again. What I think is this poorly managed store allows staff to clean up early and eliminate items from the menu. I stopped at this McDonalds in San Jacinto off State Street near the college on my way to work, ordered a med mocha frap, paid then waited... It was NOT packed and the guy who took my order was just standing at the reg waiting...I told him forget the coffee Im late and cant wait. His responce was "ok" with a big smile and then he just stood there. He DIDNT offer me my $ back OR to stop just standing there and make it for me himself OR even apologize. So I walked out No $, No coffe and No accountability at all. I called the store and basically bitched out the manager that had nothing to do with it or her employees lack of people skills!!! Im not that person EVER!!! I work 2 retail jobs and I work 7 days a week so I know how to handle retail customers properly and like I said Im NEVER that bitchy chew you out customer. I go to get a breakfast employee named Brian horrible drive threw service , not so concerned about his welcoming because that was bad but also his unnecessary laughs, especially when I said there is nothing I can eat there (because they didn't have my original breakfast bowl) he laughed over the speaker, I just got out of a 13 hour shift working in EMS an I have celiac (gluten intolerance) disease an it was extremely disrespectful for him to laugh at my comment as to why I couldn't eat there. Not only that he could not keep a straight customer service conversation he kept laughing, I wouldn't say I don't recommend that place because other employees there I encountered during my over night shift are amazing, but I don't recommend any one going there while he is there nor do I recommend any further fast food or customer care for hiring him. I agree with Darwin A. This Mcdonald's should be closed down. It's a coin flip when you order something from here. What i mean is sometimes the fries are fresh (usually when their busy) & most of the times they are stale. That includes the Mcnuggets. Either way you are screwed because when they are busy you will wait 10-15 minutes for your order. You would probably save time if you drive 5 miles more down the road to the Mcdonalds in San Jacinto or go to the one in Walmart. read more

It's late Friday night (07/13/2018) after a hard days work, grocery stores are closed, not many options for dinner at this hour, 11:52 PM to be exact from my receipt. My wife doesn't feel like cooking she worked late also. So she goes to this McDonald's on N. State St. in San Jacinto, CA. to get our dinner. We live less than 5 minutes away. They were very busy according to her at least 20 cars in the drive thru. Unlike me I don't pull away until I check the order to make sure we get what we paid for. She ordered a Big-Mac and you can't make this stuff up. In all the years we've been patronizing McDonalds her BigMac had everything on the bottom part of the 3 tier bun and nothing on top of the middle piece of bread. So it was like a Quarter Pounder with 2 pieces of bread on top of everything. To make matters worse we ordered 3 extra large fries, after all McDonald's is all about the French Fries right? They were cold & soggy and unsalted. My 2 plain hamburgers were cold and tasted like rubber. I tried Microwaving them for 20 seconds to heat them up and then they did turn into rubber. They were terrible! I was very upset working all day in 100 degree heat and winding up with garbage for dinner! A homeless person could have gotten better food for dinner straight from their garbage dumpster! Here's the TMI about all this, I've had diarrhea all day from this lukewarm / cold mishandled food. So did it come from the garbage dumpster~? There was little or no condiments with our order, mainly salt, especially since the fries were not salted properly by the employees. I called the store today 7-14-18 because I was too angry last night. I was told I will have to bring the food back for a refund. If I do that it won't be pleasant for them considering how it's coming out of my body! (diarrhea) I plan on calling their corporate office on Monday, and If I can't get satisfaction, I'll call McDonald's main headquarters direct to report this Franchisee. The one star rating is to high considering the food, the service, and the response from the so-called store manager that I received. Teenagers are not Managers~! She can only be identified as: Mgr. Totally agree with majority of people's review on here about this location. After today I think'll be the last time I come to this location. Sad too, cuz it's right around the corner of my house. I've actually called corporate today cuz today isn't the first time that I've experienced something horrible at this location, whether it's the customer service or the food. I was going thru the drive thru and getting accused of throwing my drink's straw at the employee? And I'm talked back with an attitude for no damn reason. I lightly tossed my straw onto the drive window/panel cuz it was wet from my drippy cup of soda that I had nicely asked the employee to clean, while the stupid supervisor was accusing me of throwing it? I was lightly tossing it on the drive thru counter/panel or whatever it's called cuz my arm is too short to reach the stupid drive thru window to set down the straw! And once my cup was cleanly wiped off, the damn stupid supervisor/whoever she was handed it back to me (typically shoving it to my face) and rudely says "here you go". This damn place deserves no stars at all and it's unfortunate that we can't just not rate them any! read more
