Greetings! Well, the service on T-Train is re-routed , last weekend. The re-route connects at Williams Street; a block away from MacDonalds. Last night, after 8:00, had NOT eaten all day. Traveling past MacDonalds, only place open. Tried to walk in. Inside , they lock doors after 8:00 PM it was way after eight. Fortunately ... another person unlocked the door and I got in. Af first they DIDN'T want to take my order. -- disabled, senior, wheelchair-- Finally, I got to order. Big Mac - super sized , large fries, vanilla shake Fish sandwich, two apple pie The pies took an additional 8 minutes, so, I sat down and ate fish sandwich and fries while waiting. Fish was decent but the fries- not so good. MacDonalds used to be famous for their French fries. Pies arrived, so I left Got home, fries were awful !! I finished the fish I tried to eat the Big Mac. I could barely finish half of it. The milkshake was ok, at best. Ambience, at the site was awful , this would INCLUDE the manager. One employee was beginning the cleaning process. The store needed it. They were just trying to push out the food. The store is handicapped accessible. They have parking I But, there are reasons why I hadn't been there in 20 years. read more

I always stop y this location if am seeing my doctor, not the best location to be honest and some things I notice here need to improve a lot. K let's start with the ugly. Half the time I come here the tables, bathroom, and some parts of the dining room is dirty. Plus it doesn't help when homeless people grab other people's food without permission and just make a mess. I know it's a tough job to clean after people that leave a mess but it's hard to eat if someone just takes my food and makes a mess that forces the workers or management to fix. Other than that I never have a problem getting my order or have issues with the employees. Most of the workers are very friendly and quite understanding all the times I been here. They don't have to give free food or replace a happy meal for me because someone took my food or grab the wrong order. Mostly order eat in here or to go, but if the place is clean and not busy I spend extra time doing my work and eat my 10pc chicken nugget meal. I haven't tried drive thru or uber yet, but I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich value meal and 2 small fries. Still not a total waste of time and this mcdonald's location has its downs but the ups are mostly good that makes it worth my time and money. There attitudes and customer service is horrible, especially when they are full with alot of customers. I had two mobile orders for a happy meal and mccicken when I got to the window for my receipts the lady at first window ignored me and it wasn't no better at the second. The man then tried to make me pay 86 cents for the happy meal box and when we took to long he just told us nevermind and put all my food into one box with the happy meal top still open. Didn't even hand me my drink and walked away, it was then another lady came to help and he told her something but I wasn't able to hear and she told him he forgot the drink so he waved his hand as if he was dismissing us. Been a while since I been here and McDonald's is McDonald's. You can't beat that. What really disappointed me was that you can now only get 1 sauce per order. I'm not sure if this is true of all locations since the Big Mac sauce came out which I use to always ask for on the side and it was UNLIMITED. With all the time I have between tasks all over S.F. McDonalds is a great option for a quick breakfast!! The number one, you know, the Egg McMuffin. Throw the hash brown in that sandwich and you can eat the whole breakfast on handed! Or thrown down some ketchup and eat the hash brown with the free hand! Front doors and inside dining closes early at 8pm. Drive thru takes a long time (might as well drive to another McD location in the time waiting). Requested McNuggets dipping sauce in the order not included. No napkins included (have to ask?). Happy Meal toy not as requested in order. To add insult to injury, your mobile ordering is up & running yet you pretend to not see/hear those who are standing outside your LOCKED doors, waiting to pick up their orders. I shouldn't need to stroll around to the drive-thru & ask what's the freakin' problem!!! In addition, your so-called manager "Maria" is extremely rude...English is my FIRST language; please trust that I read all signage before asking her when the inside would reopen, & definitely didn't need her sarcastic "how about you try reading the sign on the door" (& this isn't my first occasion of rudeness from her simple behind). I ordered two chicken McGriddles and it felt like the McGriddle was expired. The buns were hard, almost like it had been left out for 2 days and they just gave me an expired McGriddle. I also saw minor mold on the McGriddle. I've had non stop diarrhea ever since I consumed these two McGriddles. This place is being run by bunch of non English speakers I took my kids who were starving after a Sunday game practice the restaurant was literally empty besides 3 people waiting for their orders but I was the only one who need it to order it took them 25 mins just to come to cashier to take my order I kept calling them but the latina ladies just kept staring at me and giggling away with their phones in their hands I asked if anyone was coming to take my order and she just ignored me and started mumbling in Spanish this is twice that it's happened my kids were hangry and they did not even apologize when they finally decided to take my order which I had to repeat over and over again because they had a very hard time Understanding English! bad customer service please hire people who know how to speak English! This McDonalds hasn't been open to walk-ins for a long-time... and it's the end of June 2021! Therefore only the drive-through is open. The even crews are awesome. However the morning crew leaves much to be desired. The person taking the drive-through orders can barely understand or speak English. Same with the shift leader, when she comes to the pay window, to straighten-out the screwed-up orders. The morning crew also does NOT know how to display your order on the video menu bored... I asked several times, and nothing. This McDonalds needs to get its act together, open it's doors like every other McDonalds in California, and hired competent people. read more

I got my order from it for eats in a sealed bag so it's not on them and it's missing the other half of my order one entire meal!! Shockingly they don't answer the phone and Uber doesn't respond back to you in any time! I'm now down at the diner down the street which totally defeated the purpose of me being able to have breakfast in bed this morning!! I work 13 to 15 hours a day 5 days a week and his last week was a really hard week and I'm in a lot of pain!! Good Lord, I have been to this place several times, and this is my first review.....It is like playing Russian roulette..... Half the time the soda fountain is broken, it is the most expensive McDonald's I have ever been too, the customers in the dining room are loud, and some obnoxious. I tend to stick to the drive through. The cashier is usually not that friendly, and is afraid to extend her arm to give you your change, and almost drops it.... They have now updated there building and it looks very nice and all. However you are FORCED to order at the new kiosk which is very annoying. Especially if you plan on paying with cash. You still have to go to the normal register after you finally get your order done at the kiosk to pay with cash. Very frustrating process. Just go through the drive through it is way less of a headache. Oh and by the way they always get my iced coffee wrong when I order through the kiosk as well. So the reliability of getting your order right is far below expectations. My burritos are always cold. Get your shit together people. read more

Came here this morning as I do frequently. Asked for two has browns and a cheese biscuit. Asked how much were the hash browns as her total of $7.23 was a little high. To add injury to insult she says $2.00. I'm like umm there prices are higher than the 16th Street location. I give her the money exact total and had to get to work immediately so I didn't bother to check my order. Get to work and there is only one hash brown so I look for my receipt but it's not there! Probably the most sincere and happy McDonald's employee that I have ever met was working the drive-thru the day of my visit. That aside, the food service was slow. The food was as expected, but I wish that the cheese on my cheeseburger was melted. What did I learn today? I gained an additional 15 minutes to my commute home due to this stop.
