I visited the Saline McDonald's today about 12:30pm and placed an order of double cheese burger and a medium coke through the drive thru. When I came to the pay window I notice my order was the correct. I informed the young lady the order was not correct her response was, "oh well". When I went to the pick up window informed them the order was incorrect. Same response "oh well". Well, I will not visit this location again. read more

I've been here a few times now and service has been very good. I've not had any problems with them getting my food wrong which is always something to be concerned with regarding fast food places. No problems here. The inside has been kept very clean every time I've been here as well. read more

Their lines are too long and they didn't let me finish my order once. I think they should get a faster drive thru worker or try to quicken up costumers. But other than that, their food is fantastic and their restaurant is for the most part very clean. The play place is incredibly clean and very kid safe, making me feel a lot better when my children play. They could make a few adjustment but for now their place is incredible! Their parking lot is a good size, and not too far out of town, making it easy to get to. I love this McDonalds. read more

So bad, they are dirty and slow. We waited inside 35 minutes to get are food. Then both fries were under cooked. I came back to register and returned them, waited 10 or so more minutes. Then just returned my meal as a whole. Never coming back to this location. This is location specific and not my experience for Micky D's as a whole. read more

Stopped in for breakfast, ordered two hash browns and a sausage mcgriddle. Pay window went as normal. Got to the pickup window and they hand me my order. Pulled up and stopped thinking my bag was light. Found that all I had in the bag was hash browns. I backed up to the window and honked. Handed them the bag and explained I was shorted. They just grabbed a mcgriddle. Got to work and started eating my food to find they gave me the wrong sandwich still. It was a mcgriddle but had cheese and egg instead. I went through the drive thru and all I wanted was an Oreo Mcflurry with extra Oreo and fudge on top, which I paid for! I get to the window and there isn't enough so I ask for more and they all immediately give me this angry face like its a problem. I paid extra i deserve to have as much Oreos and fudge as I want. I used to go to this store daily... they gave me a coffee with the lid unsecured and it spilled on me and my car seat. Luckily I wasn't burnt bad. They are not kidding when the cup says the contents are hot. The worst part was trying to get all the coffee out of my car upholstery. This isn't so easy to do in the winter. I asked to have a manager call me and they didn't. I finally spoke to a manager and she told me that I must have squeezed the cup to tight and made it explode. I asked to speak to her supervisor and never got a call back until I tracked her down the next day. The store general manager finally spoke to me and said the store owner hadn't decided if they were going to do anything. If you ever go to this store and see the disorganized service, slow response time, lethargic attitudes of employees you will see for yourself that the problem starts from the top and goes downhill. I like to spend my money and support local businesses in the area. I will continue to do this but I will get my coffee at Tim Horton's, Wendy's will get my other business and if I ever desire a McDonald product I will go down the road to Michigan Ave and Carpenter. People may not always remember what you said but they always remember the way you made them feel. Slow service. The cook was arguing with the front counter person while 8 customers were waiting to get their food.

They are very rude and unprofessional. I went through the drive through to get my son something to eat and while I was waiting for my food I was FaceTiming my nephew and was holding my phone up, all of a sudden one of the employees with red hair came to the window and rudely asked if I was taking pictures of her. I told her no and she slammed the window in my face. So when another employee brought me my food I asked to speak to a manager and asked him why she would do that, it was not her business what I was doing with my phone. He proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't have been taking pictures or video. I told him I wasn't taking pictures or any videos that I was on the phone and asked if I need permission from them to do that on my own phone. As he tried to give me my food i said I want new food and that I don't want her to touch it because she might have done some to it. Then the so called manager slammed the windows in my face and threw the bag of food on the counter and proceeded to say something that I couldn't hear. And then the red haired girl looked around the corner and picked up the bag and threw it on the floor in my direction. Another man Walking in from outside smoking, I assume asked what was going on and then walked up to the window and asked me what was going on. I told him and then he told me that he was refunding me my money and that I was band from the store. He gave me my money back and I drove away. They are very unprofessional and very rude. One of the slowest McDonalds ever. If you are lucky, your order will be correct. Ordered a coffee with a rewards card and was told I would get the total at the window. That part was fine, except than was told that is because we as customers cannot be trusted to actually have the coupon at the pay window and they would then have to retotal the order. Today I went thru the drivethrough. Was handed the wrong order and when I mentioned what I was supposed to get? The response? The guy said " weird". Wow, now that 's professional. Ice cream machines broken my ass. Kinda weird how the ice cream machine just happens to be broken every night past 8pm. We get it you don't want to do your job or anything but clearly you need it otherwise you wouldn't be where you are so when I come through your drive thru and ask for a peanut butter cup mcflurry I don't expect anything but my exact request not only to be delivered to me but I expect it to be delivered well and in a timely fashion. I went home and cried for 15 minutes after you told me it was broken the first time and I cried for 22 minutes the second time. The fact that you allow your prized customers to suffer this way is not only wrong but it's unacceptable and I'm here online to demand change because I'm not going to lie I love every last one of you working in there I do I really do its just so upsetting to feel as though you guys do not care about me the way I care about you all I wanted was a mcflurry that's all I wanted.. I was ordering a #6 large sides fresh through the drivethru at 3:36pm on 4/28.. when I arrived to the second window a young man passed me a bag with a lot of oil on it. So I started to check my bag. My fries was thrown in the bag half full . I called him back a he took them back . Then I opened my nuggets. They were filled with oil. At this point a lady with reddish short hair came to the window. She was like what do you want me to do with them . I told her better nuggets . She told us to pull up . As she is telling us this the young man tryed to hand me my fries with out a bag just sitting in his hand . So I told them I want all new food . So I pulled up but something told me to go in . As I walk up I am Now watching her out the nuggets that I touched all over back in the serving tray. So I yell back " I know you didn't just put them nuggets back in there" she said " why did you touch them" ... she wouldn't give me her name or her boss number. You don't re service something that someone touch. She don't know what I have !! She is a manager and knows better then that. I let the health department know already! read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff are rude and they forget everything. You also wait forever!! If you go through the drive through be prepared to have your order wrong every time. While you are waiting, there will probably be staff outside the front door smoking and cussing (f bombs all over the place). When you bring something back because it is wrong, they don't apologize, make you wait even longer and are rude about it - like it's your fault they messed up yet again!
