This is supposed to be a mc chicken sandwich

This is not my first bad experience at this location. It's a bad look when returning the food for a refund. The store manager yells out we are busy all the food is fresh! She never came to see about the problem. Stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting. Why that sandwich look like that if it's fresh. No ketchup saying they waiting on the truck. That's like peanut butter sandwich no jelly. The employees are great that store manager not so great. And yes this the second time she chooses not to engage customers returning food for a refund. Nasty looking chicken sandwich like it was recycled from yesterday... I'm leaving a review here because Google won't let me post a picture. BARF YUK

This is a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The second piece of cheese is under the patty, melted onto the tray.

Every time I order "no bun," everything is tossed onto a try like slop. There is a drop of ketchup and a drop of mustard. This isn't even the only location who does this, either. Every McDonald's. Every time. It's like they are annoyed that I can't eat bread.

Suspected bone inside a nugget

My partner almost choked on this when he bite into a nugget! After a long day of work I decided to be lazy and swing by McDonald's. While eating my boyfriend pulls this out of his mouth. It's hard with weird textured ends and my best guess is that it's a bone. I called the location where the woman on the phone asked if it was a prank call and assured me that they do not sell anything with bones in it... to be fair it could be something else, but whatever it is; it's disgusting and unacceptable! I wasn't able to make it back to the location to show proof, but I can definitely say McDonald's won't be seeing me for a very long time.

The darkest crispy chicken sandwich I ever ordered. Really? Are the employees color blind? Do they ever check before they wrap ?

Maple Sage Fried Chicken. My favorite! The chicken is uniquely textured and the sweet sage flavor really makes it stand out. As a person who is actually not a big breakfast food fan, I think this dish has the right balance of breakfast hashbrowns, toast, and eggs mixed with "regular food," the chicken. 2. The strawberries and cream stuffed French toast was pretty good. One of my daughters had this dish and enjoyed it. 3. The house pancakes. My wife thought she has had much better classic pancakes at Orphan and Sunnyside, but they were decent. Probably would not get again. Great service as always. Thanks, guys, for a great start to a day of farmers market venturing (right next door).

They have a decent menu and I love how many dishes they have for brunch. Service has always been great, I've never had a bad experience. There's a huge outdoor seating and it's great for big groups. Good usually comes out promptly so I've never had to wait too long even when it's busy. Pros: the portions are huge, I can easily share with another person and still have leftovers. I love their pancakes and French toast. Their lunch and dinner options are great too. Cons: parking can be hard to find (street parking). There's also parking garages near by.

The server said the chicken fried steak was really good, so that was my choice. I thought that I would also enjoy the pork sausage gravy served on top of it since I love biscuit and gravy. I was quite disappointed in my choice because the steak as very tough, and dry, like it was not made in-house but probably frozen, and deep fried in house. The generous serving of gravy on top was lacking any flavor and was on the pasty side, so it didn't help the steak in any way. My toast was cold, which was not too much an issue, but the hardness of the toast was like day old left over toast. I told the server the steak was pretty tough but he chose to ignore my comment twice. I did like the potatoes, which were nice and crispy, but if anything, would've like a fresher piece of toast. One of our guest gave me her butter and that did not spread well on the hard toast. I took the steak home, and heated it a little because I was still hungry, but after one bite, I just tossed it. Just wasn't good. The guest next to me did order the omelette, and her omelette did look very good. I was just unhappy with my meal, for the price, which would've been worth it, if it were good.

Our waitress came over shortly after. I see a lot of mixed reviews about the service, and I think some staff members are friendlier and more outgoing than others, but even the less friendly servers were still attentive, helpful, and quick. I think it just depends on who you get and whether you value a really friendly interaction or care more about the food and basic service. We tried a cappuccino since the host said they make all their coffee in-house, and it was pretty good, especially coming from someone who doesn't drink coffee. We chose the fried green tomatoes as our starter, and they were delicious. I'd never had them before but had always heard how iconic of a Southern dish they are. They were really well balanced with the aioli and feta, and the tomatoes themselves were juicy and fresh. I had to go with the shrimp po' boy, which was also really good. The shrimp were pretty big and tasted fresh, complemented well by the really light, airy, buttery bread and fresh vegetables inside. The fries were also a plus! I enjoyed everything I ordered and would definitely come back to try some other things. I will say it was a bit pricey for brunch for two people, with the bill coming out to around $80 with tip. I guess that's just the day and age we live in now, though. I thought the portions were decently sized. Not as huge as your typical diner portions, but still large enough that you could probably expect some leftovers.

The beignets reminded us of Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans. Our table staff was also excellent, attentive, and friendly. Unfortunately, our experience got off to a disappointing start. While we were standing closest to the greeter's desk, the gentleman seating guests seemed to overlook us and asked another couple if they were next in line. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. It was an unfortunate moment that took away from an otherwise enjoyable brunch. Sadly, this first impression may make us think twice about returning.

We gave them our phone number and that I turn gave us a wait list update. They have a cool app. It shows you how many people are in line, how many in each party and how long each group has been waiting. It made me feel more confident that the wait time was fair. They weren't just cherry picking who got seated next. No buying your way to the front of the line. The wait time was standard and according to my husband part of the experience. I tried to get our group's eta in hopes that we could get there 30-45 minutes before the rest of the group so we all didn't have to wait that long, but instead we all arrived at practically the same time. Thankfully there was no complaining. My husband did get everyone drinks at the bar while we were waiting so that helped. At one time the Pozole was only offered on their brunch menu, now it appears you can order it all day. I tried to order it earlier this year and I was denied. Either way I was craving it so I ordered it. It was really good. I loved doing all the cabbage to the soup and eating it that way. I left out the red pepper flakes as I'm not that into spice. The meat was only Ok as there was a lot of fat. I ate around it, but it was kind of gross at the amount of fat that was attached to the meat. I didn't put the tortilla chips into the soup. I tried one as the last bite of meal and ohhh it was spicy. It felt like it was covered in jalapeños. I check them out and it appears that there is some kind of spice attached to them. My husband had the French Connection A petite slice of our Famous French Toast served with whipped maple butter, two poached eggs and Applewood smoked bacon. He said the poached eggs were a bit plain. The French toast was superb. It is the famous secret recipe of custard soaked French bread topped with in-house whipped maple butter. I had a bite and it was so yummy.I could feel the custard. My husband commented that it wasn't too sweet which was good as he's not an overly sweet lover. I would order it another time for brunch. I wouldn't get poached eggs. I'd probably get fried eggs as I'm a fan of fried eggs. The ambiance was great. The interior was just lovely. So creatively decorated. Service was good even though they were busy. Our waitress came to check on us several times. Parking was tough. There wasn't any spaces in the lot so we parked on the street. All of the parking on the street right outside the parking lot was all taken so we parked on a side street that didn't have any restrictions on the weekend. Most streets were a no parking zone unless you have a permit any day of the week. We were here again Oct. 21, 2026 for dinner after a movie at Tower. We were quoted that wait time was 20 minutes and that was accurate. I like their wait app. You can watch yourself move up on the wait list and it also counts how long you've been waiting so you don't have to do them math.
