I had driven by this McDonald's multiple times but have literally never stopped in . I ordered a latte, hash brown, and egg McMuffin on the app and parked in a curbside delivery space. Delivery was quick and the order was accurate and everything prepared perfectly with temperatures just right. Absolutely what I needed and very efficient. In this neighborhood be aware that there are quite a few unhoused people, some who are clearly not well so just keep your head on a swivel and doors locked. read more

Repeated missing items and incorrect breakfast orders continue at this location. During my visit around 8:05 AM, I saw multiple customers return because of missing items_muffins without eggs, pancakes without syrup, and other incorrect breakfast orders. One drive-thru customer even mentioned this has happened repeatedly. This was already my second breakfast visit here, and I noticed the same complaints both times. After seeing the repeated mistakes, I decided not to order breakfast myself and only got an orange juice instead. The staff was also noticeably loud inside the restaurant, enough to distract customers and make people turn their heads. I hope management or the franchise owner can improve order accuracy, professionalism, and overall customer experience at this location. read more

Wow. Super impressed by the speed of service. We arrived and enter inside to utilize the kiosk for redeeming FREE items from the McDonalds Monopoly Game. By ordering on the kiosks you bypass the 15min wait via the mobile ordering. We redeemed 3 double cheeseburgers, 3 small fries, 2 apple pies and 1 Mcfrappe all for FREE. Each item was made fresh and super fast! There was hardly a wait compared to all other McDonald's I've visited.. and the drive thru was packed too! Interior was newly remodeled, clean and plenty of seating. My mom said the restrooms were ok. The restaurant was nearly empty with only a few customers on a Tuesday night. I felt out of place compared to the other customers who appeared to be homeless. I ordered a value meal for $4 which included a McChicken, 4 piece McNuggets, small fries, and a small drink. The food came out fast, was fresh, and not slopped together. There is no self service drink machine, however the employees can provide refills. The drink machine is now behind the counter and is fully automated and the drink comes out of the machine already in a cup with the lid on which eliminates mistakes. This is not my typical McDonalds but it was on the way home. I ordered $40 worth of food including a $7 McDouble meal, a happy meal and some other large burgers. Double check your items at this location. Ordered a large latte on the mobile app from the "Limited time monopoly menu" and did not receive a sticker. I spoke to two different workers and explained showing them my receipt and the order menu having the monopoly log next to the item I ordered as proof that I should get a sticker and they told me that large lattes go in medium cups and therefore don't have stickers. I showed them that according to the app it does and they replied with "I don't know why the app is wrong but this is what we were told to do". I wasn't upset at first as mistakes happen but after showing them all the necessary evidence and STILL being told no because "the app is wrong" is infuriating. read more

Every single table was dirty and the floor was as well. Then after all of that they didnt even bother giving out any napkins. The employees all look at you like they didnt know what they were doing and that the also looked like they didnt know what they were doing. The one guy that was taking our order didnt even have his back he had so much hanging down infront of his face. Then before all of that this other guy that had ordered some food wasnt even given his whole order. The guy told him your missing a 20 piece nugget meal and the employee told him its in the bottom, but the customer told him that he had ordered 2 20 piece nuggets and looked like uh ok like he didnt know what he needed to do. I've only been in this place probably twice or thrice in a decade or so and from what I can recall, the place has been renovated. New layout and good decor. Kiosks for ordering food without having to line up at the counter. The staff are fewer for the counter service. But the staff preparing the food are fast and more efficient nowadays. It was about a fifteen minute wait from the time I ordered my food from the kiosk, to getting the food from the counter. I won't say anything detrimental as the place is a fast food joint...it's as good as it gets...and it gets my commendation. For what it is - high calorie, nutrient-deficient, fast food - it's good here. The weekday lunch traffic at the drive-thru didn't impact my parking. Thankfully the homeless people I've heard about at this location (harassing customers at drive-thru order window) were not causing trouble during my dine-in visit - to my knowledge. Staff were kind and helpful. One staffer was sweeping the floor while I was there. Patrons were normal people doing normal things - nothing crazy going on. Restroom required staff to press a button for me to access, but once in there, the situation was okay for being a downtown Sacramento McDonald's. Had some soap but no means to dry hands. Didn't use the stalls so I don't know what the situation was there. Restroom has an "arm pull" style door "handle" which I don't like, but it worked. "McCrispy" = fried. And that is the only way you can get a chicken sandwich at McDonald's these days. Unhealthy. At least the Deluxe came with shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato with mayo and I liked it good enough for what it was - garbage food. If needed again, I would patronize this location. read more

i went here on feb 12, 2025. i don't review mcdonalds that often, but these people are doing their best given their really bad location. the place was clean, even though i found 2 homeless smoking crack in the bathroom. i notified them. then there was a lady complaining about no tomatoes even though she did not pay for them in receipt. she tried to get technical about them handling her food and requested they give her another new whole sandwich. they COMPLIED just for her to leave because she was getting mouthy! if this was not customer service, i don't know what is. i would just like to see them stand up for themselves and not get too harassed by these delinquents walking into this establishment with a sense of self entitlement. please, stand up for yourself and kick people out, because i feel bad for you guys and i really don't like to see others being taken advantage of. well done regardless on how the staff handled the situation. read more

I am sure to find consistency and if I dont get that, they will always remake it. I ate at a McDonalds for the first time in twenty years yesterday while waiting for my car wash. All I can say is, what a shit-hole! First, this multi-TRILLION dollar corporation didn't have their A/C on in the middle of a heat wave! It was like a salty sauna w/ unshaded windows allowing the sun to heat up the dining area from every direction. I was, literally, sweating. The seating area reminded me of a prison cafeteria. Everything was grey. There were no napkin dispensers on the table, no salt or pepper shakers, no ketchup, no spoons, no forks, NOTHING. You couldn't even refill your drink! Oh, and the McFlurry was BLAND! Not to mention the price of their "food". I can't believe this place is still in business. My guess is that McDonalds patrons are all former prisoners who became acclimated to life in prison and McDonalds feels like home. Prison Cafeteria! read more
