Update 12/6/2023 This is the McDonald's located minutes away from where I live, and unfortunately, it may be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. The hours online and the hours on the doors state that the dining room is open until 11 PM. The manager has confirmed that they stay open to 11 PM. However, every time I come over here, they typically close the dining room at 10 PM, and sometimes as early as 9 PM. This is a franchise McDonald's, and I've called their toll-free number multiple times to complain about this very issue. Nobody calls you back, and nothing ever changes. I need to remind myself each time I think about going over to McDonald's to grab a bite to eat, I should simply stop and not do it. The service is simply too poor at this store. I just got McDonald I got 3 separate sandwiches for each different people and it's Monday the 5th at 11:56 am and the man at the first window was rude then the Second Lady I asked for 3 sweet n sours and she only gave me one and we ask her for more and she said we only allowed one and I said I got 3 items she told me " I don't care shut the fuck up " and I asked speak to a manger she gave me the sauce and the manager started speaking Spanish to the girl this is unacceptable she able to speak to customer like that read more

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. The worst customer service. The prices on the board does not reflect what they charge. They don't tell you there is an up charge for getting sweet tea with your meal. Bob Swoszowski is the owner of the location at Crossville Rd and 92 in Roswell GA. The GM is Willie at this location. I called to Mr.Swoszowski office to complain the representative Andrea was very unprofessional. Kept calling me "honey " and ""sweetie ". She was very dismissive when I corrected her in not to refer to a customer in such a manner. People work hard for their money. So regardless if you overcharged me 40 cents or $4 dollars, it's my money The food was cold to top it off. Basically the staff didn't give a damn and didn't even apologize . We've been here several times in the past few months and have never been unhappy with the food or the service. Food is consistently good. 9/10 times we get hot fresh fries and tasty (for McDonald's) burgers. And the apple pies are also hot and fresh, unlike other McDonald's who think they don't expire. While the food here was typical McDonald's fare (okay), the inside service was horrible. No one greets customers upon entry. Customers must order from the kiosk, which is typically preferable, however, I needed to change something with no opportunity to do so. To ask how to customize my order, I went to the counter and the staff was so busy handling drive-thru orders that I just stood there with no opportunity to interact with the staff. I ended up just ordering from the table. Then it got worse. The tables clearly have "Order in the app and we'll bring it to you" plastered on the tabletops. I ordered from the app, then had to go chase down my order before it got cold as I saw customers who clearly ordered after me with food. Customers had to ask for basic condiments and the staff appeared annoyed to have to provide them. I am not planning on returning. i always go here for my coffee before work, it's never a miss. friendly staff, classic McDonald's food, and quick service, good atmosphere created by staff. specifically a shoutout to adam for being amazing at customer service and having a positive attitude every time i come in! he makes every customer feel welcomed and makes sure their expectations are met or exceeded. i've never seen him talk to a customer without putting a smile on their face no matter what the situation is. i really enjoy this location, probably the best mcdonald's i've been to. read more

This has to be the slowest McDonald's on the planet. I was here about three years ago pre-Covid with a friend just to order iced teas and we bailed out of the line after about 10 minutes. Tonight I was in the line for five minutes before it ever moved and someone said something to me like "what's the problem ma'am" in some foreign accent and I asked her to repeat herself and I still did not understand her and I left because I realized this was not going to turn out well. While the food is fine and the staff is pleasant they continue to repeatedly get your order wrong. And it happens in the most annoying ways. Nope, never again. They've messed up EVERY SINGLE ORDER in the last two months. Whether its forgetting a couple sandwiches, half of a 20 piece nugget order, or ya know... NO sauce for nuggets. They've given me orange juice instead of Hi-C. You name it. I stopped using the drive thru, period, and resorted to going in. I've literally had to return to the counter twice in multiple visits after the insanity continued inside. The only redeeming factor with this location is the proximity to the house. But never again. I come here for breakfast on my way to work almost every morning. But I stopped for lunch two days ago and I was honestly shocked at one of the employees. Nick was his name. My total was $4.04. I have a HUGE bag of change that I tend to try and use a little of when at a fast food place! This time I gave him three $1 bills, 10 dimes and 4 pennies. He responded with "holy shit wow okay" right to my face. 1) cussed at a customer 2) made a negative remark of how the customer paid and 3) when I reassured him it was 10 dimes, he responded with "we will see about that" I love everyone here and they're always so friendly. I went to this location for many years to get breakfast on the way to work. It was like going to Vegas as you never know what was likely to show up in your Oder, but you assured of never getting what you asked for. Now that I eat inside occasionally the same poor service and indifferent management are still a hallmark of this horrible franchise . Been there twice in 3 months and both times a big disappointment. New facility, but rude staff, and terribly slow service. We were in a week ago, and stood at the register for 3-4 min. and no one came. There were no customers inside and a few going through the " drive-thru." We ordered Big Macs and they were cold and a big disappointment. Last August we went thru drive- thru and got takeout. Drove home and found our hamburgers were just patties with nothing on them. No lettuce, tomato, onions, catsup, mayo that we ordered. Ate French fries while driving but they were tasteless and cold.
