Whoever was taking the orders on Feb. 6, 2025 at about 630pm needs to be retrained and needs to listen better to their guests. I said my order twice over the intercom and once in person and she still said the wrong order back to me. I was overcharged because I was given the wrong food. So it's literally 10:58pm on a Wednesday night. I see some kids out front and see if the drive through is still open. I was greeted very friendly by a staff member who took my order and informed me it will be a few minutes as they had to make it fresh. Then the cashier I paid was super cool and very nice. He told me they were just hanging outside waiting to close when I showed up and was no biggie that I was there right at 11pm. Cool. Then another guy brought me my food and asked for a couple sauces and he was also super friendly. Everything was fresh and all the staff was so super cool! This was kind of funny, we actually had to stop here each day during our visit so my fiance and dad could get a coffee before we started our daily adventure. Yes, we had coffee at the house, and yes we had cups that could be for on the go, but my dad likes their coffee especially since they will make it as hot as he can get it. Service was good and prices were reasonable. Each time we were here (twice) they had a good number of people here (typical McDonalds between 8:00 and 9:00 am). They handled a large volume of customers in a reasonable amount of time. Note, this review is based on the service and the coffee, nothing more. This place is getting worse and worse every week. This time sat at the drive thru and no one would answer at 9pm. Sat there 5 minutes. Figured, hey maybe they closed. Backed out and drove around. Nope, they silenced it. They are open until 1a.m. This was the final straw. Nobody at this store cares about their job anymore. While out Christmas shopping with my family we all got hungry and decided to go over to McDonald's at this location. To start the service was very prompt, we were able to place our order as soon as we walked thru the door. That was good. I ordered the Bacon BBQ Burger, I heard some mixed reviews but thought I would find out for myself. This is what the Bacon BBQ Burger is supposed to look like in the first pic... The second pic is what I received. Not remotely the same thing, this by far was the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. So I have been her twice and have had the worst experience. I drive for a living and I been to many stores but this one I will not go back to. First time they would not give me a large soda because they said there fountain was not working but yet right before I left there employee came out and fold his cup and stay it as he went back to work. The next time I stood there a watched a lady have to ask for her drink 3 times before she got it, mind you she was holding her food already. Then it was time to for me to order and one of the employees decided to vacuum the floor right before I started so I ask if he could do that after I was done and I get no so I had to yell my order. Oh no carpet so he could have sweep or mop so we did not have to yell. This store should not be running without more training. BE WARNED! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order McDonalds through DoorDash, they mess up and/or forget something. I have never gotten my order 100% correct before. Today I was feeling really upset so I ordered from McDonalds as comfort food. However, when it arrived there was no choc shake ( it was a small order, keep in mind ) and my they gave me the wrong burger! This wouldn't be extremely bad, except for the fact it's every, single, time! And the only thing you can do is a get a refund from DoorDash. Fast food restaurants get lots of negative press, and as the leader of the pack, McDonald's probably gets the most. I see lots of news stories in the popular press with horrific headlines about all sorts of sinister things these places are up to. But when you figure out the facts (and often you have to read between the lines to do so, if they are adequately presented in the story at all) you have to respond with a heart felt "...yeah, so?" These places don't sell health food, and they never said they did. They aren't snooty gourmet establishments, and they never said they were. The global food supply chain, of which they are a part, under the stress of supplying increasing billions of people around the world with what they want, occasionally hits a kink or a snag, but I hardly see a vast, secret conspiracy to have us all dine on McHorse burgers. What McDonald's and their kin are, are places where you can go when you're hungry and predictably get a pretty good meal in a short time at an inexpensive price. That's pretty much all they claim to be. And at that, they excel! As a middle-aged male with CAD (and a healthcare professional) I am fully aware that many of their menu offerings aren't all that healthy. But some aren't bad, and in any event I don't plan to have a double quarter pounder with cheese every day for the rest of my life. Above all, as a grown man I am perfectly capable of making my own diet choices independently of whatever catchy new commercials may air on prime time TV. Any adult in America has access to all the information they need to make an informed diet choice. They simply have to take ownership of their own behavior. The place is filthy inside and out. The tables are covered in food and sticky liquids. The sidewalk is covered in spilled drinks and urine and has not been cleaned for weeks. Homeless take cups out of trash and come in and fill them at the drink dispenser. Kids working they were ( they had just gotten off work) standing near the counter, cussing up a storm and then running out the entrance door, and then running back in cussing and then running into the kitchen area and running back out. They had people waiting for food yesterday and then told them, "Oh.. we don't have any buns of any kind, and the people had been waiting 45 minutes before being told . These are things that have been happening at this location over the last week and a half. The manager has zero pride in this location, and someone is going to get very ill because of the unsanitary conditions or slip on the sidewalk. The responsibility should start with the manager, and he should be doing his job instead of acting like one of the kids and going along with their bad behavior. read more

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, and isn't much when you walk in and get your food. We ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich deluxe along with 2 medium fries. For starters, our not so crispy sandwich was not served with the tomatoes we were expecting, next we did not get the bbq sauce I literally came to McDonalds for, and the service was almost as trashy as their food. You'd think old people would eat someplace where the food has more fiber but you'd be wrong. This McDonalds has lots of old people. There were old people reading this thing called a "newspaper." And old people dilly-dallying around the Coke machine debating what kind of soda they should get. There were old people taking forever in the bathroom. All the old people seemed to know each other. "Hey, Sam!" or "Good to see you, Martha." Even the employees seems exceptionally elderly "Here you go, sonny." said my cashier while handing me my food via shaking limbs. (Okay, I made that last part up. But, seriously, she was old.) The other side of the coin was there were lots of kids in the play place. There were some not-elderly adults in the play place, entirely women watching their young brood. I thought about mingling with them. Then again, I was by myself and am a guy; I don't think the world likes lone men hanging around children these days. Anyway, so here I am stuck in the "old people McDonalds", counting the minutes the old people spend in the bathroom due to their poor low fiber diet choices. One day I'll be old and will take eight minutes to decide between Coke or Sprite, hogging up the entire coke machine by blocking it with my walker. I hope people are patient with me then and don't knock me over or anything. In summation: typical McDonalds fare. You've been here before...or you haven't because you don't exist in this dimension and are secretly planning an invasion from beyond the third realm (wherever that is. I just totally made it up.) Not sure what is happening to our town and fast food places. Dairy Queen left our good graces with a remodel and horrible food and service. Now McDonalds run by Gary Eads is falling apart at the seems. People need to just avoid fastfood the portions are getting smaller and prices higher. And well the service sucks as well as the managing team. And it seems spread among all these franchises owned by Gard Eads. I went here 12/15/2019 at 3:30 pm I ordered 2 Qt pounder meals w/ cheese a happy meal and a double bacon burger. I got my drinks and sat down. The food arrived the qt pounders had no cheese on them and the didn't bring the drink out for the happy meal. I went back up to the counter and asked the girl manager why the burgers didn't have cheese . She was polite and said well fix that . One of the burgers looked like it fell apart. Thinking I would get a new burger. How wrong was I. They threw chees on the burgers and sent them back out . So the cheese didn't melt on the burgers cause they were cold . I brand back the burger back that was falling apart and asked if the allow there product to go out looking lime that . She said I'll get you another burger. I sat and waited 20 Min and still no burger. I went back up to the counter and she asked me what I needed . I said the qt pounder . She said oh you didn't get it . I asked to speak to her higher up who said his name was Brandon . I said Brandon I would like my whole order refunded do to the fact that I didn't get to eat And everyone else was done eating . On 3/29/22 at around 09:15 AM we walked into McDonald to get something to eat after an appointment. We walked in and were looking at the menu to see what we wanted to order . We stood there for Several minutes and were NEVER Acknowledged . Not a hello or even we'll be with you in a minute . The lead person or manager who wears the tan colored shirt looked at me several times and said nothing to me . There was another employee working the drive up window that saw me, and we even had an employee walk passed us, and not one word . I told my mom let's go to Carls Jr and we left . As we entered Carls Jr we were greeted with good morning we will be with you in a moment . The employee who took our order greeted us with a smile and also apologized for the wait .
