To start, the food tasted like it came straight from the ice age, it was so cold. Almost had an icicle hanging from my tongue. I've never had a bad experience like this one at this location or any other McDonald's until tonight. This occurred between 10pm-10:15pm on 11/12/22. Late at night, not many people in the drive through, it was only me and one other car. Waited about 15 minutes for my one item. The staff were very unfriendly too, especially the tall boy at the window, his face said it all. Did not speak a word, just handed me my food then slammed the window shut. I drove home and opened up my food as soon as I arrived. My fries were ice cold. I ordered a happy meal and was asked if i wanted apples or extra fries, so so asked for extra fries instead of apples. Took 10 minutes to get my food for it to be screwed up too. I only got one thing of fries. I wasn't charged extra for the extra fries so I played it off as no big deal, but I also left beforehand. Us customers shouldn't even have to check and make sure they can get the order right, especially if there was no one at the establishment and took so long just to get my food. Whatever. Looks like I will be crossing this McDonald's location off my list of "decent McDonald's near me". read more

Let me begin with this: I love McDonald's. It's usually a cheap, hot, tasty meal quickly prepared. Usually. If you are thinking of eating at the McDonald's off of Weber and Normantown, think of going anywhere else. This is the closest McD's to our house, and to begin a road trip, my husband and I wanted to grab a quick dinner. The drive-thru was ridiculously backed up and we decided to walk inside. Though there are three cashiers and a slew of frantically running workers, it took forever to take our order. As soon as we placed the order, we step back to watch the hussle and bustle. Some employees tell the manager that the shake machine is not working. The MANAGER rolls her eyes, uncovers the top and sticks her arm inside. My husband and I looked at each other, mouths agape in stunned horror. DID SHE JUST STICK HER DIRTY, HAIRY ARM INTO THE FUCKING SHAKE MACHINE?! Yes. She "fixes" the machine, washes her hand and then proceeds to sell a shake out of the machine she just had her hand in. Our food order came up and we were hesitant to eat it. If the manager on duty stuck her arm into the shake machine in front of people, god only knows what is going on behind the scenes. read more

I read the other reviews on here before writing my own review. The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is however a language barrier. I had walked in to grab something to eat while waiting to get my flat tires fixed. There was a staff member cleaning the tables. I had ask him what time they start serving lunch, he smiled and said hello while motioning me towards the register. The kid at the cashier was all smiles and was able to advise me that lunch started at 10:30 AM. I went to check out the play area. It is huge. It was clean and definitely a little dated. The booths had padded seating that needs to be replaced. I was able to place my order promptly at 10:30 AM. The manager who called out my food just shouted "fish" instead of the order number. That was slightly confusing. However, I got fresh fries and was perfectly content, but I was a little stunned by the price. Didn't realize that the prices went up. Lastly, I was a little disappointed that I wasn't asked if I had the app on me. I totally forgot about it! read more

They say they are open 24 hours, but on 2 occasions when I went through the drive-thru at various late night hours, they stated that they were only selling drinks!
