Terrible customer service. Left my bay waiting for 10 min as others continued. Went through drive through. When I arrived to the front window to explain why I was in the drive thru without having my order taken yet. The man rudely asked me to drive around and go back through the drive thru. First of all, horrible service. I went through the drive through and I told them no receipt, but they tried to offer it anyway, I may sound like I'm nitpicking on them now but this is nothing compared to the end, then once I got it. It was sticky and looked halfway drunken (look at the photo, that's what it looked like upon seeing it) and to top it off it was 5% flavor 95% ice. The staff is super awesome and nice and caring. Everyone was very helpful and one of the staff even gave my kid an extra toy because they still had some of the old ones. I was in line for 40 minutes and we had to leave because it was so long and they did not care they lost so many customers.

I love McDonald's, but this location means more to me. This is the closest McDonald's to where I live, where there is none. The food is usually good, except for a few times where the McNuggets had like cartilage or something. The service is pretty good, and the employees are always nice. They have stolen over $50 of mine and refused to refund me back. They I live over 30 minutes away and they expect me to drive that far to get a refund. They refuse to refund emailing and stuff I've had crappy service there. They refused to wait on me. They helped other people that came in after me and then I was waiting for my order then they canceled my order and wouldn't refund me my money twice. I've had this happened at this store. I would've given more than a 2 star rating, but for *1* employee. I couldn't remember my order #, so a short woman, raspy voice, blonde braid asks me if the coffee is part of my order. I said no? thinking it was a mistake. She snatches the bag and goes, "Then it wasn't YOUR order!", rolls her eyes and storms to the side. I came in tonight and got 2 cheeseburgers and asked politely for a side of mac sauce (something I have asked for and gotten many times before) and when I got to the window the employee working the window informed me their manager would not let them give me a side of mac sauce, and proceeded to ask if i wanted it on my sandwich which I replied "no, thank you" left the Mcdonald's, opened my sandwich, and realized despite me saying I did not want mac sauce on my sandwich they put it on anyways!! Some of the worst customer service I can ever get. I asked to speak with the manager and they hung up on me the first time I called back as to speak of the manager again and the guy that answered the phone the first time said that he was the manager. I proceeded to make my complaint about the factor that they did not provide my child 6-piece chicken nuggets or sauce in the food that was bought I asked if tomorrow would be a good day for me to go in to get credited having just gone there and getting back and being sick with covid trying to prevent going out as much as possible this individual told me that I needed to be there in order for me to receive my credit physically and then I proceeded to ask for the 1-800 complaint number for McDonald's and he said he didn't know it. I hold the Masters of science degree in culinary cuisine I don't recommend McDonald's to anybody but my son loves it he's five so I'll go get it for him but I won't go get it from this facility again because of the fact that they don't mind screaming order up keeping you there for all hours of the time frame serving you with the worst customer service and having an attitude along with it for that I'd suggest a boycott this facility and let it shut down the same way as Burger King shut down but everyone must live and survive for now I will just generate my complaint I will find the 1-800 number and complain to them I don't really care about the money when I care about is the disrespect the smartassness that he provided the unwilling to help or even do I am a food and beverage director for a facility and I know a lot better than my customer service to be alienated by an a****** like this I no longer wish to eat and hopefully I can change my son's mind because so far the two locations of McDonald's here in this general area which I live at in Rockport both suck one serving raw food the other one just not giving two craps about anything so if this is the society that we have now with the type of individuals that work here and this is what we have to look forward to hear our country screwed a little disrespectful punks read more

Drive through was quick, food hot and accurate order, and I even had a strawberry shake. Staff was quick and polite.

Went through drive through and took forever when we were the only vehicle in line. Sat for 15 minutes at the window where you get your food. They gave us our drinks with no straws. So everything the window opened I asked for a straw only to be ignored when they are looking right at me. Then forgot dipping sauce, didn't tell me the food was really hot and burned myself. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 2 customers in front of me had to ask for drink cups. I waited to order for about 5 minutes while the manager passed by me 3 times and workers were fooling around as he joined in. Still waiting to order. Finally was asked what I wanted and had to repeat 3 times. I only ordered fries and a coke! Then I had to ask for my drink cup! It's not that hard to leave out the meat out of the happy meal. My daughter and I are vegetarian, whenever her (and mine) friends want to go to Mc D, we are left with ordering french fries. I asked a few times, if it would be possible if she could get the happy meal with just french fries and an extra apple slices. The answer was no. IT WAS NO. How hard would it to just give her some extra french fries, the toy, and make her feel happy. She does not want to eat any animals, she's even more passionate about vegetarianism than I am. French fries taste horrible. I did email Mc D to start offering some sort of french sticks or chickpea nuggets, but even though it would be SO SO cheap to make them, Mc D will never change. For 15+ years this McDonald's has offered HORRIBLY SLOW SERVICE! If you want to be served, you almost have to go through the drive-thru, which seems to be always packed and apparently has priority over people who walk in, who sometimes must wait 15-25 minutes -- no exaggeration. The last time I went there, a man who had already PAID for his order WALKED OUT in disgust without it because he was so tired of waiting. I waited out the 15-20 minutes.
