Worst McDonalds experience in a long time maybe ever. Normally we are big fans of Mickey D's, but this takes the trophy for awful. Restrooms were horrendous. Service was awful. The cashier butted in front of us at the beverge line without so much as an excuse me. When I commented on her rudeness, she said she was dying of dehydration. Give me a break. You can wait you turn you big baby! Add to that the lake we had to wade through to get to the beverages (water spilled all over the floor without any attempt to mop it up). Safety first comes last, huh? This was ridiculous and we will never stop here again. There are a million McDonalds out there. Skip this one. read more

Paid 15 mins ago. Still waiting to move from pay window. 3 cars behind me left already. I already paid. I am committed.

Fries were stale and old. There were no other people inside the restaurant ordering. Waited about 15 minutes for a Big Mac meal and a kids meal. I saw drive thru line zipping by, at least 4 cars had passed, maybe more. Food was overall subpar. Some advice, put freshness and quality first. Consider drive thru and inside customers equally, especially for non-complicated orders. read more

Normally use the drive thru here, but came inside this time. This has got to be the nastiest McDonalds I have ever seen. It smells terrible, the service is horrible, and the cleaning crew needs to be fired. read more

Went through drive thru and when I pulled up to order I was the only customer there. Placed my order and waited about 10minutes to get my order.the guy told us it would cost $7.86 so because of coin shortage we gave him a 10 dollar bill and 86 cents in coins he gave us our receipt and gave us this look like what else do you want. We said could we please get our $3 change.he just closed the window on us and went and got a guy manager to open the register back up to get our change for us of $3. We went forward to a pick up window to get our order of 2 qrt. Pounders with cheese and a basket of fries.we asked to speak to the manager about the guy taking money short changing us and she basically didn't show any concern what so ever.instead of apologizing she was making excuses saying oh, he is trying to take orders from two lanes in the drive thru, etc. Etc.and if all this wasn't bad enough my qrt.pound meat was dry and not fresh like the commercials claim are made fresh as you order.haha...then my fries were cold and limp and tasted like putting gummy worms in my mouth.what a waste of my money.im so embarrassed for the whole McDonald's brand.I worked at McDonald's in the 70s and was part of the Mcdonalds All American Team and took great pride in representing the company. None of my managers would ever let me serve food like that to a customer.I would hope someone from corporate or a district manager would read this and make changes to improve the service all the way around.GOOD LUCK !!! read more

They were very rude. Felt like I was a burden. Won't be returning. Can't believe people nowadays.

Extremely slow in serving walk-in customers. When we ordered at the kiosk (which I hate) our order was number five in line. Fifteen minutes later our order was delivered with everything wrong but our drinks. Talking to others waiting this is normal. Communication between the servers and the kitchen staff was very disorganized at best. Rating of one star because there is nothing lower. read more

I will not eat at another McDonalds until they get back to being a fast food restaurant. When I think of McDonalds I don't think of 'great' food, I do however think of fast service which to me was always the draw along with the tasty fast food menu. But here most recently I have been very dissatisfied with the amount of time you have to wait for your orders. I don't want to pick at this location but it happens to be the one I most frequent. Average wait time I've had has been for almost 30 minutes. The only explanation I get is that I get the nuggets and I have to wait on those. But the last 2 times I've been they have made pull to the side and literally forgot about me. Not the type of service I expect from a fast food restaurant and until this gets fixed I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

We broke down on the highway right across the street, naturally McDonald's was our choice to go. We get into the playplace and inside of the play area looks like it's covered in melted ice cream and throw up. When ordering our food the cashier had no personality and didn't seem like he wanted to be here. I ordered a combo and got just the main food, I also asked for the limited time Sriracha Sauce which the cashier said they had yet again, no sauce on the plate. It's extremely rainy today and walking into a slippery floor with no carpet was a hassle. Halfway through a man in a green shirt came in and some other more official looking people showed up and the staff immediately started cleaning and being slightly more helpful. I went to order a simple Cone for the child with us and the same cashier had slightly more "pep" in his step. I waited about 3 minutes for a cone and as he turned the machine on he put a bit into a cup, grabbed a cone filled the cone put the cone full of ice cream in the cup (the ice cream was fine) he then got a new cup poured a huge cone and gave it to me. Just a waste of ice cream and store funds in my opinion. As I sit here watching them clean at 145 and they move to the play place sure the tables are being cleaned but not the play area. read more

I don't know what has happened but the last two times I have been here my experience has been terrible. Since they have switched owners and remodeled they are less efficient then before. My food was horrible when I was there on Saturday after waiting in line forever.. I went back today and the girl that took my order seem as if she didn't want to. She tried to get me to use the kisosk thing. Then had a crap attitude.. I expressed my dislike for my previous visit and she didn't seem to care. I have worked fast food.. I work for this McDonald's and never ever was alliwed to be anything but nice at all times. This is not the only one either.. The one on Franklin Dr is terrible as well.. Slow an crappy service. The upgrade only made the buildings look better.. These two places are less efficient than before. Looks like the new owners need to visit their stores. read more

This is the dirtiest mcdonalds or even place I have ever in my life walk into.. The baths men's and women's smelled nasty trash all over the floors and trash cans NO SOAP for anyone the entire place. The manger said they where even out for them.. So that meant they where helping and handling food with uncleaned hands.. I ordered and then got my money back when I saw the man carry trash thru the food area with no gloves on and sit it down and start filling orders without cleaning his hands!! I was shocked and sickened by this! I did call the health dept this place needs to be closed.. Unclean and very nasty someone could die from the germs running around in there!! read more

wish i could not even give them a star. i waited in line for 15-20 minutes! when i got home, my burger was undercooked and i couldn't even eat it! do not. do not go here. this place is a waste of time. why serve made to order burgers when your juvenile employees can't even cook them all the way?! read more
