Waited 40 mins for a happy meal and 2 double cheeseburgers and a mc chicken. There was plenty plenty of worked mostly standing around. Than you got female workers arguing back and forth. Than you got teenagers walking in and not ordering. Asking for a kid named Tyler working in the back. And he comes out with bags and bags of food for free. And the kids kept asking for more food and Tyler said that's he's done more than enough. Yes you have, got people waiting for way longer than needed and people who actually paid for their food. Than you got workers asking other workers to make them food and get them drinks. Entire place is a joke. Than once I get my food I'm missing a burger waited another 5 mins. This McDonald's is usually pretty quick and I've not had any negative interactions with staff. I frequently go to McD for just a drink. One of the best things they do here is give you your drinks (if that's your whole order) at the first window where you pay. This way you're not stuck in line for the last 2 cars of the line. I really appreciate this practice and definitely think it would help most drive thru lanes move quicker. read more

Quick exit of I 75. Very simple in and out. Had to write a Review,due to the place being clean. Freindly staff. Noticed there Restroom was Very Clean. Modern Ameinties. Even upgraded with Glass Tiles. They also have Paper Towels available. Instead of the AWAFUL Hand Blowers. Even w/Hepa filter they scatter dirt and dust.Among other things you can take w/you. When hunger strikes and you're about to start a marathon of running around doing chores what's the answer? My guilty pleasure, Mickey D's filet o fish. Always good. This particular location is an extra busy one, cars always seem to be wrapped around it but the drive thru was fast and efficient and I was on my way in a jiffy. The staff was great, everyone was happy to see you and it showed. The coke was cold, the fries hot and the fish sandwich had just enough tarter squeezing out, perfect. I was in a really good mood. Excited to try the adult happy meal. Waited at least 10 minutes. Hyped myself up for this. Anticipation building. Attempting to make a TikTok. WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN. I am not given a ADULT HAPPY MEAL/cactus plant flea market box. Just a regular bag with the other food. When I asked where it was... the worker asked me, "oh, you wanted that?" OF COURSE. It may be a little childish, but yes. I really did. I didn't even want the food. I have had strep throat all week. This was my Friday night little date night before a movie since I can't do much else and WOW, disappointed. I would give no stars if I could!!! Zero customer service. The employee speaking on the drive they order screen stated only "Take your order" and gave the total. No hello, will that be all, thank you... nothing else. The employee who took our payment literally said No words and then the employee at the next window did exactly the same thing, handed us our food, said absolutely nothing and barely even looked in the direction of our car. I went late night so all the food was fresh. The fries were crisp and hot. When McDonald's fast food is fresh, it's actually good. Sitting there in the drive thru listening to the gentleman try and take my order all he was doing was laughing and carrying on with the mic on before he even realizes I am there mind you there is a line both in front and behind me and his response is ,"yo what can I get you" then he doesn't tell me how much my total is and my order is missing things after I got home. I have been visiting this McDonald's since opening and service has been okay. I am concerned that they are not following the face mask requirement. On my last two visits there has been a customer ordering inside without a facemask. The sign on the entrance states that you must have a mask to enter but the customers were allowed to order and wait for their order inside. read more

It is McDonald's, so it's nothing new or out of the ordinary. This one definitely has improvement from a few years ago after the upgrade. However during peak lunch hours, expect it to be packed. I have never had an issue regarding my order and it has always been hot and ready. If waiting is a huge issue, download the app and order ahead of time so you don't have to wait forever. I went a few days ago and it was clean, calm, and you can tell the employees were doing everything they could to stay busy and help out. Where do I start.... a few years ago I found a bug in my food at this McDonald's which I ended up never eating McDonald's again, cool whatever. Well my husband went through this McDonald's for my daughter (since I refuse to have anything to do with this crap hole) he waited in line for 20 minutes after ordering to pull up and them say their system went down and only taking cash (put didn't tell him while he ordered so must of happened after) He had no cash and wasted 20 minutes with our two small children in your drive thru. A good restaurant would of given him the meal for free (he ordered ONE happy meal) Which this only puts the nail in the coffin for us we will no longer even entertain the idea of going to this horrible McDonald's. I also read someone recently found a tooth in their food at this location. So obviously the only thing this establishment is doing is giving their store a facelift but not fixing the real problems. My family gets dinner from this McDonald's about twice a month. We also go through the drive thru because of the convenience. However, each time we get to the speaker box, we wait for someone to greet us. After waiting a few minutes, we have to ask if there's anyone there to take our order and right away the employee says, "Can I help you?" in a less than pleasant tone. This particular time after having to ask for someone to take my order, I had had it. I asked the employee if they no longer greet the customer and if I'm suppose to ask for help. She responded rudely, claiming that she was speaking to her manager and that was the cause of the delay. Highly unlikely since this had been our experience nearly every time we come. Then, we pulled up to get the food, the employee at the window (assuming it was the same rude girl who "took my order") didn't say anything to me, just stared at me rudely as she handed me my food. After giving me the last item, there was no "Thank you!", "Have a nice day!", no apology. So, I smiled and thanked her and left. Finally, after returning home, I pulled out the food from my daughters Happy Meal and her french fries were dumped in the bag, upside down. The employees that I've had contact with are just rude and very unmotivated. Just a frustrating experience overall. read more
