They need to stop serving food that is from a dirty fryer they've been doing this for years! The burgers are way too high priced and it's not food for champions anymore when it's over cooked or under cooked or from a DIRTY fryer. I paid way too much money for this food to get over cooked food out of a dirty fryer the fries today and the sandwich was over cooked burnt or the grease is dirty next time I'll look at my food before I leave the restaurant and to think I wanted this food for awhile now. And still paid the money for it. Sorry but not sorry because I'm disappointed over this trip! Please at least give me some clean fries next time. read more

Breakfast really bad. Eggs really like half an egg looked like at was dropped or scraps. Not the fluffy full folded. These days we are paying way more and it because of the hourly rate we are paying. This person is clearly OVER paid working Jan 6 at 830. DISAPPOINTED and will not return to pay this petsons salary I guess any incompetent person can get paid for being lame. McDonald's 10141 Magnolia Ave. very very filthy place trash running over dirty floor dirty countertops were you order the food is done and line seats are dirty crumbs and trash all over the floor. The bathroom was nasty with feces and Doodoo on it and the manager told me that they didn't have no one there to clean up the place. I took pictures of the place how nasty it is and I filed a complaint And I was also told that a lot of homeless folks come in here. I told him there's no excuse for a place to be an on sanitize there's children in here and someone's kids gonna get sick and my daughter did. read more

Been coming here since 99 but dam this place sucks I live around the corner and rather drive to another McDonald's but everytime I come here there's an issue about something this time crosses the line I placed a mobile order because I know how this McDonald's is. Placed my order then drove over to pick up at counter I was the only one in store and stood there looking at my order behind the counter for five minutes and no one ask me if I needed anything absolutely nothing was asked and I watched the guy in dreads throw away my food because it's been too long lmao stupid people honestly good thing they don't work more important jobs gdam but the drive thru wooowwww 5 stars amazing but the people inside complete ghosts read more

I went to this location yesterday morning, primarily to use the restroom. I ordered some food and coffee rather than just using the bathroom. After ordering, the employee remotely unlocked the bathroom. I work in the waste industry, so dirty bathrooms don't really bother me too much. However, this was really disgusting. The toilet wasn't working and was starting to overflow. On the seat of the toilet was dried diarrhea that had to be there for days to become that dry. If the employees do such a poor job cleaning the bathrooms, they use them too, what are they doing to the food? I can only imagine, so I dumped my food in the trash can and departed. read more

UPDATE: I'm keeping my rating a 1 star, customer service has gotten worse. Orders are still not right. For an increase in minimum wage you would think they would work harder, now the employees think they're too good to work. I need to stop going here. They are inconsistent with there drink sizes. They get orders wrong when you look forward to a specific item you ordered. Customer service can be improved. They make a lot of money now to be getting orders wrong! You read more

The absolute worst. Been waiting for over 30 minutes on an order from the McDonald's app. Place is dirty, the employees are loud and saying they want to quit. Telling people to use the kiosk to order their food or else they aren't getting any food ordered. read more

I don't normally go to McDonalds, but today I went for coffee, there was no Starbucks within walking distance, so this place had to do. The service was about 5 mins for the coffee and I needed it really quickly. The drive thru was so long, its crazy.. This was about 1pm. Can't say anything else about this place at the moment, except the coffee. :) read more

Please is BS. I had to purchase something to use the restroom. I'm in work uniform. I understand if they had or have a homeless issues but this place is in a good neighborhood. Dinning in was closed. COVID restrictions is over right ? Why aren't you open ??? read more

Terrible service. Most of the time, in the morning for sure, they cannot give you a receipt. I always ask for a receipt. One time, after acting like it is too much trouble, they gave me a receipt alright but NOT for my order! Also, I do not like cheese. I always say no cheese and at least half of the time there is still cheese. Needs better management of their employees read more

Why with one car ahead of me would it take 50 min to get thru the line. For 50 of those minutes sat in same spot for 30 min. After taking my order and confirming I get up to pay and she couldn't find order. I'd say this is a fluke but happens everyday. Amazing other McDonalds can keep traffic moving. read more

first I wait of 10 minutes to get a sprite and they didn't even get me a straw. k.

I always thought people were being silly rating this place one star, but the past few experiences that I have had coming here I don't think I will be coming back to this location! I just drove through to get a large soda. Got it! Didn't get a straw... no problem. Went home, took the lid off to take a drink and what do I see under the lid INSIDE THE CUP......a bug, still alive. Living his little life inside of my cup. Well, that was money wasted. I don't know what the deal is, but when this location has a line on the weekends after hours.. they only take cash. Kind of sucks when you get stuck in this line waiting to just leave.. Or the countless wrong orders...etc The bug was the cherry on top of this disaster. No thanks!! I feel like a fool for returning after the first few mishaps, lol. Del taco is down the street. Go there. read more

Being there several times. Just go in order, eat, leave. Food tatste OK. So far nothing neg.

I wish there was lower then 1 star. * note they lie about their names Leanne & DIANE not Mary ( nice try) are The most inconsiderate employees I've ever dealt with. After "kicking" my son out of the store and told "never to come back" because he could not download the app fast enough. To telling my adult daughter her "voice sounds like a child" and "we don't have to tell you anything" after she asks for the G.M because they were making fun of her. One of them told her "I'll tell him for you what do you want to let him know." And "we don't have to give you anything" Then to top it off - they took her phone number and kept trying to call her to harass her. I worry they will retaliate the review. If they can take down a number from the store and use it - what is to say they won't go further. We never got our food- We canceled the order - hopefully we will not be charged. If you treat all your customers like this no wonder you have a 1 star. We have contacted the highest level you can get for this company and going to contact the owners (if this is still their store - I hope not!) read more

Can I do 0 stars? The "managers" Mary and Leann?? (It's Dianne she lied about her name) Absolute garbage. Won't give names of the General Manager, wouldn't give my brother the order, and threatened to call the cops on me for calling for my order.... super rude. Just don't know what else to say. I feel bad they have to live with themselves. Truly disgusting. Oh and they made fun of my voice?? Wow they really hurt me. Seriously I will pay McDonalds just two get rid of these two trash people Turns out the manager is Dianne. So she is a liar just because she is afraid of answering for her crappy management. Congrats McDonald's you sunk lower. Do everyone a favor and fire her. read more

Everything says they open at 5, though there were people in there at 5:40 am no one was actually working. The drive thru was null. Bad management seems like a certainty here or at least putting trust in the wrong hands. Never got food. Looped around twice and nothing. read more

This by far has been the worst service given through a drive thru. I have picked up two separate orders for DoorDash customers on two separate occasions from here. They give you the bags sealed so you have no way of double checking the items ordered are in there. I always ask "This is everything right?" They usually barely acknowledge with a head nod and run away from the window. I will never accept an order from this location nor will I dine. I will be sure to inform any other potential customers of this locations untrusted thieving ways. read more

Well the parking sucks. If you're not handicapped. I had to park in front of dominoes. Then because of Covid the doors are locked so you have to walk around the front so it this point I'm totally wish I had a handicap placard. (Yes I'm old and sore.)Then I get inside and I can't even use the restroom. There's nothing good about McDonald's food I was literally only stopping to use the restroom and buy a coffee. Mark this place as completely useless to me and I'll never be stopping here again ! read more

Found broken egg shells in sausage McMuffin meal for a 2nd time at this location. This is not the first time I've had this happen, but thought we would try it again after a few years had gone by in hopes that proper training and care went into food preparation, however, it's apparent nothing has changed. The order was even wrong, gave sweetened tea instead of unsweetened. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. I would caution going there. read more

Sooooooo slooooow. We have spent almost 20 minutes in line and have yet to order. They have two ordering lanes but only one person switching back and forth between lanes to take orders. The service is terrible. Waited in drive thru like for over 30 minuets and they messed up my order. Update: This location still sucks. I ordered 40$ worth of food and wasn't given a receipt. They forgot half of my order and when i came back to get the rest they were extremely rude and did not want to give me the rest of my order bc i did not have a receipt. I told them the exact amount i paid and my exact order so they could look it up and they wouldn't look it up and barely gave me what they forgot. No apology no discount nothing. I love my local McDonald's! We Come here often since I live so close, and always had great service. This time around, we were craving smoothies and wanted to treat our golden retriever for a ride through the McDonald's drive thru. We ordered 2 smoothies and 1 little bag of apple slices for our Golden since he came with us. When we picked up our order at the window, one of the female employee gave so much love to our dog and gave us extra apple slices, complimentary! Usually we've always encountered people that don't like dogs, but saw she was a dog lover and just made our night . Thank you sooo much for the extra apple slices and showing some love to our fur baby . We will be back with our golden retriever and say hi! read more

Worst service ever. I usually come by to get something quick for lunch. I pull up to pay and the lady doesn't even extend her arm to give my receipt. Then I ask the guy giving me my food for three bbq sauces mumbles something as says ok. He gives me my food and I stop to check the bag just because it seemed like no one cared about their job. And to my surprise I had no sauce. I then walk up to the door and the store is closed so only drive threw available. A lady comes to the door and I ask her for the sauce I then walk back to my car that is parked in the designated waiting area for the employee to come to mg car and she stands by the door and yells here's your sauce. I look back and she raises her hand where she has the sauce trying to give me a hint to come get it. The only thing I could do is laugh.
