I just wanted to prevent a hangover. we drove up to this McInedibles for my hangover prevention medication: a MacDouble and a big cup of crispy Coke. We roll up to the drive thru and they say they only have Hi-C. Okay, that's sucks but fine...we order nuggies, fries and the MacDub. We're waiting for a bit after paying when the employee comes to the window and tells us they "don't have meat". Wut? So we're all "how are you even open?" And she goes "well we have nuggets, I can give you nuggets." And then she said something about how they just cleaned the grill. So that was kind of confusing. Nuggies are not a hangover preventative substance so we asked for a refund for the burg. we then waited even longer for the nugs and fries. I gave two stars because the nugs were fresh to death. Place is a total & complete joke! Employees are always having a big party with non employee friends hanging out always. I've NEVER had an order correct. So doing an in store food order is a mistake. I have tried it a few times with my toddler just to get out of the house. The wait time is crazy long for dine-in to receive your food or drinks. They pretty much just toss your items in the bag and you have to pray it's alright or you will have to wait by the front area for one of the employees to acknowledge you before you get what you need. McDonald just pretty much sucks and don't recommend it unless you're ballin on a budget than you have to do what you need to do! read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. Employees vaping in the store, 38 minutes for 2 mcgriddles and a coffee. Employees yelling and cursing at eachother and customers. Would never recommend this location. Rincon is 10 minutes down the road, faster service, less drama, and less attitude. read more

The employees flocked up every order I saw that came thru.. 3+ they even forgot about my drink... and talk about SLOW.. This was my first time in this McDonald's since they remodeling and I like the vibe! I placed my order using the kiosk, which was super simple. I was easily able to make customizations and alter my order. I only waited a few minutes for my food and the order was accurate. The gentleman at the front register was very pleasant! This has to be one of the busiest McDonald's, yet they seem to be keeping up. The drive-thru appeared to be moving quickly. My experience today was definitely 5 stars! read more

I don't get the bad reviews here. This McDonald's is heads and shoulders above any other that I've been to. It's always clean, the service is as fast as any Chic fil A and the food is always good. The couple that owns this location is regularly on site and you can tell that they take pride in their restaurant. I don't eat fast food often but this McDonald's is the only one that I will eat at. read more

The first time I came here two weeks ago I got in the drive thru line 15 mins before breakfast ended. The drive thru did not move... when I was finally able to order 2 mins after breakfast they could not seem to make any pancakes! Second and last time drive thru line was approx 30 cars long... so we came inside to order stood at the register for about 10 mins. No one said hello or even acknowledged us!!! Finally after 10 mins of standing at register someone told me to use the kiosk. I informed her I'm paying cash she walked away... I order at the kiosk she then after another 5 mins tells me she can take my order. Here's where I really get pissed!!!! 2 mins after she takes my money, 5 people ORDER AT THE REGISTER!!!!!! To say I will never come back here is an understatement. This McDonald's has to be too ten worst McDonalds. It would be an absolute miracle if you left with a correct order. The burgers are always either sat under a heating lamp or over cooked to the point they are completely dry. The fries are never salted and the customer service is always horrible and slow as can be. Corporate should really do a training with this location. Absolute garbage location. read more

Decided to try mobile ordering and it definitely is not worth it. They claim ordering through the App is convenient, don't think so. It probably would have been more convenient to go through the drive through. I saw at least 5 cars,if not more, order and pick-up while I was waiting. Since re-opening this restaurant they seem to have an issue with getting the orders correct. I've had this issue on multiple instances and do not understand what is so difficult about reading a receipt and put in the proper food in the bag? According to the Woman behind the counter, they were under staffed for the day, which I completely understand. They took so many orders before even getting to certain people, and I kid you not, every person in the room (which was like 5 people at the time) had there orders messed up. The gentleman behind the counter forgot to give me drink, so I waited for a little until asking again because we were ready to leave. I told him a large Dr. Pepper, and he proceeded to put coke in it. I didnt realize until I got home otherwise I would have said something. They also got two of the three orders wrong. It really rubbed me the wrong way. I havnt had any problems in the drive through other then the long line but that doesnt bother me. Worse parking lot ever as the drive thru blocks the all of the parking spots. Inside it is the slowest and has the dumbest employees. I have ordered cheeseburgers and got no cheese on them. Ordered burgers with no mustard and got mustard on them. All the owner cares about it how many cars he gets thru in the drive in. Long waits when you order inside. read more

I would like to know why this McDonald's is more expensive than others in the area. I order an order of mixed eggs and the price was .70 cents more. It was $1.69 here and a dollar down the street. For that amount It pays to drive a short distance and sit in a decent size restaurant and a decent parking lot where you don't have to worry about a getting your car clipped because of the congested drive-thru. Talking to the owner is like talking to the walking dead. He really doesn't care and is very rude when he finally returns your call. read more
