I ordered McDonald's on Brandy Lane through Mcdelivery (door dash) I ordered two full meals and didn't get the full meals. Tried to call and no one answered, says leave a voicemail, and it's full so no message can be left. I drove there and asked for the items they didn't put in, and because it was lunch time, they couldn't fulfill what they left out. That's not my problem. I asked for a refund and they blamed it on door dash. Which is a service they offer through Mcdelivery. Because McDonald's took the money, not door dash. Just got a call from my brother this evening..he was sitting in a hospital bed after being jumped in the parking lot of this location by three other teenage boys. Not only did he get jumped with none of the staff taking action to de-escalate the situation, it was set up by one of the employees working there. This whole situation was foul and multiple complains have been sent to corporate..this McDonald's needs new staff ASAP, because no one should have to worry about their safety while leaving work, due to the problematic nature of another co-worker.. not only that but he shouldn't have been recorded!! Someone should've took action and due to the fact that most-all the staff stood by and watched/recorded my brother getting beaten, there needs to be an investigation conducted immediately. read more

Refuses to heat the restaurant in cold weather. (Have visited 4 times in 5 weeks, thinking they might actually have turned on the heat. Walked out the third time and should have the fourth time.) Food was served cold. Order was incorrect. When husband took my sandwich back to be fixed (with special instructions still attached to the wrapper), they fixed it, but worker gives it back with "Here!"... (not "we're sorry that happened"). App did not work properly, tried to use the kiosk, first one was offline, second one said it was not accepting credit cards??? I wanted a fresh fish sandwich, so I went inside and told them I would wait for a fresh one. I stepped around to get my drink as I heard the girl tell the lady making the sandwich I wanted it made fresh. I didn't hear her response, but a boy standing close to her said watch your language. Surprise, my sandwich was not just fried and even the fries were lukewarm. I should have asked for a refund, my bad. Skip this McDonald's and go to the one across from White Hall Elementary. We went into eat last weekend and the service was good food was good except for the French fries which were very hard. I am a stock holder in McDonald's and it pays. My mother in law was present and she was unable to eat them. I ate some and they were unlike any fries I have had at McDonald's since 1962 when burgers cost 15 cents. At 4:30 pm, this store had one employee working the entire restaurant....food prep, front counter,drive up, and food delivery. Every McDonalds I have tried to eat at has the kiosks. Though I have dealt with airport kiosks, bank kiosks, and parking kiosks, I can not figure out McDonalds kiosks. This restaurant redefines fast food. And by the way, the single employee was friendly and efficient. The problem seems to be management, franchise, and corporate responsibility. read more

Supposed to be open 24 hours but the system is supposedly down every time I go at night past 11pm. It's never been stated that this is a regular thing and if the systems are actually down every night this should be made more apparent. I made a mobile order and went to pick it up and the lady was extremely rude and said they're systems are down. I wish I could give this place less than one star because they don't deserve one!! I have now had this happen to me 3 different times on the night shift the person working the window that hands the food out will just walk off and go on break two times with who I think is some sort of janitor/manager he said his name was John but real easy to identify because of his long greasy hair and glasses probably 90 pounds but I watched him through the window onto the register and clock out and was gone for 10 minutes both times came back clicked in and back to business as usual. Tonight it was a person I'm not sure what gender because these days you just don't know but this person had curly black hair and was on the heavy side and said when ask it's name it replied uh uh and I said no that's not your name what is your name and it replied Tracy. My wife places the order online and I live no more than 5 minutes away and it took me 40 minutes total counting the time I spent sitting at the speaker waiting to give my mobile order code and then Tracy had to take a 15 minute (no 10 minutes like Johnny boy)so I sat at the window looking at my bag of food for 18 minutes before someone could make time to hand it out the window. So when this person handed me my order it ask was this the Mobil order I said yes and I asked are you sure this is all of my order the reply was I think so and it closed the window. So I'm looking through the bag of cold food and it comes to the window and says is everything ok? I said no it's not but I'll take care of it myself. I noticed on the window it said the McDonald's is part of the mctroop or something and gave the number to call so I also called the number and after 25 rings a recording said please leave a message and which restaurant location and we will get back to you so I am patiently waiting on this to happen but I bet they never call so hopefully someone from corporate sees my review and contacts me because me personally I would not want group of immature people running my restaurant or representing my company (McDonald's) not really my company just saying. I know it's hard to find employees in todays world but McDonald's isn't supposed to be a career for everyone working there, maybe a select few managers and the rest should be students or kids in their late teens. This bunch working the night shift every one of them needs to be fired and I can walk right in there and point the one's that have just took a break while I'm waiting for my food and would be glad to do so and would love for them to know it was me who got them fired but I'm sure like the other reviews on here about this restaurant will fall on deaf ears so to speak. I would suggest maybe training monkeys to run this restaurant because right now it's ran by unidentifiable genders and people who think it's ok to go on break right in the middle of an order. Terrible service. Cold fries, cold nuggets. A line was forming in the lobby and 1 worker was handing out orders and it seemed the person taking orders went on break, with maybe 15 people in line (they just kept coming in) Finally ordered, and then Waited 15 minutes for food and it was cold... Terrible because while McDonalds FOOD isn't the best, it is usually consistent in service and quality. This particular restaurant was a disappointment in the franchise. I come through the drive thru every Wednesday morning Every time I do, something is always wrong. One time they completely messed up my order and had no raisins or apples on my oatmeal. I asked for a bacon egg Mcmufffin and Got a mcgriddle with 2 pieces of bacon on it and that's it. They open at 5am, I waited in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes. I called and they immediately answered the phone and I asked what time they opened. Manager said 5. So I asked why my order hadn't been taken yet. He said the truck order was late so they can't take my order for 15 more minutes. If I wouldn't have called they would've just let me sit there waiting. So rude. I will gladly go out of my way from now on to another mcdonalds so I never have to give this one my money anymore. read more

The service is welcoming but is extremely slow. Waiting in the store gives you a better chance of getting served quickly than the drive through, which can take up to 20 minutes. In-store service is generally average for a McDonalds and I have not had a negative experience within the store. Aside from the general low quality of McDonalds fast food and degraded flavor over the past years, the wait times in this McDonalds is what makes it miserable. Finally, the store advertises as a 24-hour McDonalds but realistically closes at or before midnight. The interior of this McDonalds is clean and the ambiance is welcoming. For a fast food restaurant it is below average. I would go to one of the other McDonald's scattered throughout Richmond. read more

Unless you go through the drive through early in the morning, you are almost guaranteed terrible service. I've never ordered inside and received my order in a timely manner. Management is poor, as I've actually witnessed them in the back office with their feet kicked up in s desk, while the front line and drive through are swamped. read more

For a McDonalds, this is one of my favorites. I've been here a few times and the inside of the restaurant is actually a lot nicer than some of the older dated ones. It's more "neutral" and a shade more adult looking. The seating and layout is nice. My visits have always been good too. My orders have always been correct and promptly presented. I see no reason for less than five stars for a McDonalds experience. read more

After the third attempt they couldn't get my order correct, so I walk out also. Manager didn't get right either. This place needs HELP... 4:20 PM/May 30... Arrived at 10:38pm on a Saturday night. The front door was already closed, even though it was posted to be closed at 11:00pm. So, that was fine and drove around. Got a different order than was on the screen and they forgot the quarter pounder. So, drove around again to get that and brought the food to the hotel room. The fries had to have been at least a day old. The burger bun was a bit stale. Even the chicken nuggets didn't taste like McDonald's quality. None of the food was McDonald's quality. read more

I've been here twice in a week and neither time was I able to order. The first time was due to incompetence on the staff side through the drive through. 5 minutes for someone to be able to order a coffee and that's not an exageration. The second time which was just now was due to their card machine being down and also not taking orders at the drive through but at the window. Food was fine as usual. One of my biggest pet peeves at McDonald's specifically is how terrible their customer service is. Today was not a bad expierence, in the drive thru the woman who took my order was so nice, the woman who accepted my pay was so nice so I pull up to the pick up window extremely please because every McDonald's I've gone to has had the exact opposite. So I get up to the pick up window, the girl opens the window and says NOTHING to me. She hands me my things, still saying nothing. Hands me my last bag and I have no clue if it is or not because once again, she hasn't said a word to me. And then dead stares me in the eyes as if I'm dumb as hell waiting here for nothing. Stopped for a double cheeseburger! I've been eating at McDonald's for 55 years and this was one of the best cheeseburgers I ever had! Service was excellent. Terrible Mcdonald's. I used to go here a lot, but not anymore. They usually get my tea wrong-I order unsweet but get sweet tea & if I ordered a value meal & upsize the drink only they charge me an extra 20 cents...why, when tea is always a dollar?!? Any other Mcd's doesn't charge for upsizing a tea. 3 times in a row when I got to the window to pay, I had to wait until the tall thin African American boy finished with his texts to take my money. The last straw was tonight when I was the only person in the drive thru and waited for minutes to get service which never happened. I even said "hello" a few times, nothing. I just drove away and went to the Speedway across the street. Since Monica & Starr left, service has been awful. Bye bye Mcdisorganized. read more
