I remember when this place first opened up years ago. A lot of people used to come with their kids, because it's a McDonald's Play Place, which means they have a huge play structure inside. Over the years, though, I've noticed that less and less people would come. To be quite honest, this place seems pretty dead now. I no longer go inside to eat. Instead, I just go through the drive thru for my order. They're pretty quick to get you your food and drinks, but the workers always appear bored. That adds to the already drab atmosphere. I have never been treated so strangely by an establishment. I mobile ordered a couple sandwiches, a soda, and fries. When I got it curbside, I noticed that one of my sandwiches was wrong. It looked like they accidentally gave me a different person's mobile order. I had my dog with me, so I went through the drive thru to tell them what happened. The girl at the speaker box was super sweet and seemed to know exactly what has happened. However, once I got to the final window, it turned into a g-d mcnightmare. This young dude in a ponytail, who looked like he was possibly some sort of manager (yikes), popped up outta nowhere real sassy-like. He kept demanding I repeat my order and show him my receipt, but then was cutting me off as I was reading it to him!!! I was so confused, and I was trying really hard to be patient and easy going because, surprise!! One of my too-many jobs is working in fast food at an establishment with a drive thru. I TRULY get how frustrating the job can be, especially with this pandemic going on. So anyway, Sassy Ponytail hollers at me to park in the front, then asks my order again before interrupting me by hollering that I need to find a spot to park. Still so confused, I do that, and in less than a minute he comes out and hands me a new bag. I open it up, wrong sandwich. So I get my precious pup and we go inside. Sassy Ponytail tells me if I want to get a refund or anything I need to go through the app. Blah, blah, blah. I couldn't figure it out, so I asked for help. This must have been the final straw because he sent somebody else out to help me. She was also pretty rude, but remade my food after telling me she needed to GO THROUGH THE TRASH TO FIND THE BAG I'D THROWN AWAY AFTER I'D INITIALLY DECIDED TO JUST GET A REFUND! I begged her not to go digging through the trash, it's fine. I'll just go and lose the $7 or whatever. But no. She starts telling me about some kind of waste count and has me stand there as she rifles through garbage. Because of me. Ugh. :( Anyway. Worse McDonald's experience ever. It was mortifying, humiliating, and overall ridiculous. I DID NOT WANT ANYBODY DIGGING THROUGH TRASH OVER MY $2 SANDWICH. I really like this location, as I always receive really hot fresh fries (what I look forward to most when going to McDonald's). The service is really quick, and I don't think they've ever messed up any of my orders at this location. Dining room does get busy so be prepared, it's not always the cleanest. wow, respect. these folks were nice despite dealing with 3 obnoxious customers, ALL AT ONCE, (one of them being my mama). When my sister visits from arizona with her three boys aged 4,4, and 5 they go crazy in the indoor jungle germ gym. the kids seating, outdoor, and regular seating areas are all separate, so you don't have to listen to kids screaming while you eat if you don't want to. it's standard mc donalds fare. i was so surprised! my coffee was good!! the employees were nice, i cannot stress that enough. i'd probably treat you like shit and spit in your food if i worked there and had to deal with a bad attituded shithead. thanks for reading! read more

Ordered minion happy meals from the drive thru. We were handed minion happy meal boxes, but when we arrived home and opened the boxes, there were no minion toys. There's a homeless man that sleeps in the open area between the drive-thru windows where you pay and pick-up the food. It's very frightening to see him there not knowing if he's going to rob or attack you! Recently, to make matters worse, he now has a bike that on one occasion I had to drive around to get to the pick-up window because it had fallen over in the drive way. Food is always fresh, but I'm seriously considering not going there anymore for my safety! Please put up some type of barrier between the two windows to prevent the person from being and sleeping there would make people feel a lot safer going through the drive-thru. Ketchup Nazi. We asked the driveway attendant if there was ketchup and she said yes peering at us through her black rimmed glasses. I asked for more and she gave us two packets.
