So, this was my first time eating from this McDonald's , and I have lived in a neighboring town for over 12 yrs. This McDonald's was awful. I honestly hate I even ate there after the reviews I just read. When I walked by the counter, it smelled disgusting. The play area did not look clean nor did it smell clean. I'm so glad I only ordered fries. But here's the kicker .. I was visiting for the first time & the customer is still awful!!!! I stood at the counter for 5 mins.. I was not greeted and no one even acknowledge that I was standing there. I just so happen to look around after waiting (no line, btw) and see machines. I order from it and it felt like it had not been wiped down at all. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and customer service! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! Ever I hope thy get rid of them machines because they're creating lazy employees & horrible customer service!!! The cleanliness is not apparent!! I can't believe it is still standing. We told them we wanted 3 full breakfasts with hotcakes abd we didnt get our hotcakes and they gave us biscuits instead and at the speaker they asked us if we wanted pancakes and we said yes and we didnt get them and we had to pay more js for the hotcakes even tho it was their fault read more

I came to this McDonald's at 9:30 for a small dinner on a very long road trip, I used the screens provided to order a shake and another food, but when my food came out I did not get my shake, I asked and they said it was broken even though on the screen it did not mention the machine was "broken". Instead, the lady decided to give me a fountain drink and walk away. After that disappointment and finishing my food, which also was a little burnt, I ordered a small hot chocolate and after waiting 10 minutes it never comes out. The workers were literally sitting in the back and not bringing out my order or my other friends. I understand this is just a McDonalds and is not supposed to be a fine dine, however I do expect decency with my food and not a bad attitude from a worker. read more

Bad. Burger was raw, chicken nuggets were burnt. My shake was melted. I did not receive ketchup. Server gave rude looks and bad attitude. Place was crowded. Self checkout was broken. Employees were constantly cursing behind the counter, no ice for the drink machines, half the sodas had no syrup, they give you a number for your table and then just shout your number for you to pick it up, half the employees are hanging out with friends at the tables, men's bathroom has standing sewage water in it and broken pipes on the floor. When an employee came into the bathroom while my wife and children were trying to use it she complained to the other employees that we were making her wait. Worst run and staffed establishment I have ever been to. This is probably unfixable might as well close the thing. read more

Horrible service. We went to the drive-through and nobody was answering the microphone. They finally got our order just for TWO COFFEES. When we pulled up to the pay window, three people were trying to get the cash register to work. But nobody acknowledged us or said anything about the wait time. We just waited for several minutes until they opened the window and took the payment. At the pickup window the employee asked us to pull forward out of the way, for some reason. Then she told us we could wait and stay. We waited several more minutes for our coffee. No more creamers, just sugar packets. That was the longest drive-through service for two simple cups of coffee. No acknowledgement of the wait time or anything. This location needs to streamline their customer service. read more

While the food was fresh, everything else about the place reminded me of poor hygiene. I am traveling so the first thing I want to do before I eat is go to the restroom & wash my hands. This was one of the grossest McDonald's restrooms I have ever seen. I had already stepped in what appeared to be a puddle of urine & could not step away without stepping in even more urine. I was disgusted so I just wanted to wash my hands & get out. There was a roll of paper towels on the countertop that I used to press the water on, then washed my hands only to find no towels in the dispenser. Oh! That's what the roll on the counter was for. Thankfully they had electric dryers that although they seemed finicky to start, dried my hands enough to finally leave. I ordered my family's food & sat in an area that seemed to be clean but the chair I had chosen was full of crumbs. There was a very nice employee in there cleaning but she did not offer to clean my table or chairs & after the bathroom debacle I decided without knowing where her rag came from - I'd settle for a dirty seat of my pants. The food was average to above average for McDonald's (pretty subjective) but overall I would definitely recommend others to steer clear of this place until you see some brave yelpers write some better reviews on their cleanliness. This is the worst McDonald's ever. Slow, rude, messy, ignoring customers, nobody answers the drive through for over 13 minutes. Urine on the floor, and on top of the urinal. Straws, lids, and spilled drink all over the drink station. I stood at the front counter for a long time. Finally a lady says, "what do you want?" She was walking back and forth all the time prior, she looked at me, I assumed she wasn't working the front counter because she didn't even acknowledge me. While waiting for my order, five people (I counted) came in because their drive through order was wrong. I thought the drive through was broken and so did three other people who waited and then drove off. I guess it works, but not very well? Just don't go there. This is probably the absolute worst McDonald's that I've ever been to an entire country, first off the employees are so disrespectful and rude and it all starts with the slowest drive through I've ever seen of any fast food restaurant, when you go through the drive-through and start off with just saying the word Donald's never ask if they can help you never polite never smile, the food is always cold it's never even warm you have to take it home and heat it up in the microwave in order to have a hot meal from this McDonald's, stay away at all costs, just about a half mile down the road on the right is a Burger King which is way better than this McDonald's could ever dream to be. Food came out fine, and we waiting long enough that it had no other choice... However, the playroom had not been looked at all day, nearly every table was dirty and the floors needs to be swept badly. The AC apparently didn't work so the room reeked and was full of humidity, most of the patrons with children chose to sit in the dining room instead of coming into the room with their children. The music didn't work either so the room was super quiet when no children we're in there. Not very good service... When I was finna gettin a drink, I tried gettin ice from tha machine but there ain't no ice?? I had to go ask fo some from behind the counter... Most of the drinks were out of order- there was NO LIDS FOR THE MEDIUM DRINKS. They was finna missin a soft drink cup for my pops so i told em that we was missin a drink.... On December 5, 2019 at @ 11:55 AM I went in and ordered a #1 Combo. The young man at the counter asked me if I wanted everything on the Big Mac. I was ABSOLUTELY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to have been asked by this young man how I wanted my burger. This was a first for me as far as I can remember to have ever been asked how I wanted my burger, at McDonalds. I told him I wanted it as it comes and thanked him for asking, that I appreciated him asking me. He said "Your welcome" and "Thank you". I mentioned the date and time with hope that the staff will take note of this young man's politeness and courtesy. One of the worst places to get food in Richland based on my experiences. They get our order wrong every single time. We are always greeted with attitude by workers who clearly hate their job. The food is good only half of the time and the ice cream machine must never get fixed cause it's always out of order. If I could give this so called restaurant zero stars, I would. Please never make the mistake of patronizing this establishment. Between the rudeness of the order takers, the inaccurate food result due to incompetent employees and being constantly asked to move up and wait and wait and wait for food that should be on hand, I am surprised this establishment is even still in business. I made several attempts to contact the owner of the franchise and no response was provided. It is apparent that the management has no idea how to run this establishment or either does not care.
