I went this morning got a small fry and in the fry was a hair not a normal looking hair a scraggly looking pubic hair then i went later and got a mccicken and they somehow managed to put onions on it thats not how it comes horrible place go to burger king they dont care about customers just being fat lazy and getting that check not to mention they are slow all day i had a vet infront of me that morning an older man and we both never finished saying our order and the lady at the desk said "for here or to go" rushing the both of us and not to mention i somehow got my food before that old man that was waiting foreverr for nothing more than i got rude place horrible service just needs shut down not to mention the disgusting stories that come from this place so really go to burger king if I could give 0 stars I would read more

Before arriving at this McDonald's I was scurrying over the reviews because it was out of the way on my long trip downstate. Many of them were outdated and strongly worded so I was worried that upon arrival I would be greatly disappointed. The opposite happened. I was greeted by a clean parking lot and a well maintained landscape. The building itself was very clean and looked very well maintained upon first inspection. Along with my friends we decided to dine in to get the full experience; please keep in mind that the two options for ordering food are distinct and unique. Although many places try and replicate and copy the process and food, it's really about how it is implemented/enforced that really shows the care and love of a fast food or any restaurant. Before even entering I couldn't help but notice an shinning example of how push/pull doors work. It was properly labeled and intuitive! I almost opened it without even thinking about it; some places it's often a second thought or a second of hesitation before attempting to open. After going through the second set of double doors I looked and around, saw what I can only describe as a good ol McDonald's. Me and my friends ordered and took a seat at one of the corner tables that can accommodate handicapped guests which I think only a few people can really appreciate; it's always nice to see that they can accommodate anybody. After finishing my meal I went to freshen up at the lavatory, keeping in mind all the negative reviews guests have left after experience dismay, disgust, and tragedy. I entered and my prior expectations were shattered...it was just a regular bathroom that should've been mopped. The soap dispenser was filled stocked, the sink fixture really suited the general atmosphere the bathroom was going for; modern, moody lighting, reminded me of something you might find in a higher end restaurant or pub. TLDR: my overall experience was great, and if the bathroom was clean and I enjoyed going to McDonald's I would give it a 4/5, but until they implement a stricter cleaning schedule I have to settle on 3/5. Just wanted to share this photo in case you forgot how to make an order to spec. Your kitchen manager would be ashamed at the sandwich you just gave me. People pay a lot of money and to not have the sandwich made with mustard or ketchup and only one piece of cheese instead of 2 is sad. And we ordered a hamburger no onion and it came with onion. After waiting 15 minutes in drive thru because no one could figure out how to save orders in the POS. read more

This is the filthiest McDonalds I have ever seen. I should have abandoned plan after seeing the pee and mountains of used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. But my 7 y.o. was set on a happy meal. After we ordered from the screen, I noticed the dozen flies buzzing around the cashier area and the grime on all the machines. Again, I should have just walked out and dealt with my son's disappointment and let them keep my $5. Instead, it's midnight, and my son is throwing up his guts from food poisoning. This is probably the worst McDonalds I've ever seen. The men's room was soaking wet, my 6 year old son slipped and fell into a floor wide puddle of piss water, the faucets barely worked and the fountain pop machine just stopped working sporadically. read more

literally today went through the manager sneezed in her glove not just plastic ones but winter ones that are absorbing everything and still grabbed my card to pay than charged me for extras I didn't get and she was one of the assistant managers. I tried calling and they hung up after they heard what I said, very rude. The food was very cold and absolutely gross. Another time this same manager was super disrespectful when I came through being a volunteer firefighter, kindly asked if there was a discount. I was actually coming to get food to help feed the crew on a house fire and she rudely kept repeating the total which I knew and blew me off. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Had to wait over a 1/2 hour before getting a refund because our food never came. Order consisted of- 1 bigmac 2 mcchicken 1 McDouble 1 10 piece nugget 2 med fries. So nothing irregular. Nice little whole in the wall place. My kids love to come here and play "ocean wars" in the family bathroom. No clue what it means since they lock the door, but employees are very quick to bring out wet floor signs when they're done. read more

This is the worst Mickey D's the World, A friend and I made the mistake of stopping by this place Saturday morning and ordered 4 sausage with cheese biscuits and drinks at the drive through. The trouble was the biscuits were cool and hard we ate them anyway we were driving North before we found out how bad they were. The really bad part was we made the same mistake on Sunday AM. This McDonald's is probably the most nicest and most relaxing place on earth! They recently just went through a renovation period and the whole restaurant is modern. They even added 41 more new seating areas! The food is very good, people are very respectful, and everything is welcoming. There is also their new ordering kiosks. They can now take more orders than they could beforehand! Talk about amazing!! read more

Worst McDonald's EVER. I've had bad service here more than once, but last night was the final straw. We ordered two double cheese burgers and a small fry. The fries were ok, but we got on the highway heading south before we opened the sandwiches. The first one was cold, so we tried the other one. It was a brick. I don't know how long those sandwiches had been sitting there, but they were disgusting. I had to drive 14 miles to Big Rapids (next exit) to be able to turn around and go back. When I told the girl who I thought was a manager, she just looked at me and finally said sorry. I told her I didn't want any food, I just wanted my money back. She didn't offer to fix it or anything. Terrible service. Old, cold fries. Waited at counter while employees talked to each other. Shift manager who finally took our order acted like it was a huge inconvenience to take our order. After we paid she told us it would be 2 minutes on the fries. When we got them they were cold! We'll be going to the Burger King across the street from now on. read more
