Cold food - Again! Shakes are like milk; not thick like a shake should be. Disappointed too many times. Staff were friendly.

We waited over an hour for our order. There were dozens of people also waiting while only the drive thru was served. We finally had to ask for our order and were treated rudely for asking. Worst service I have ever had! This is a zero star place read more

I planed that it would be like every other normal McDonald's, but when I walked in to the moldy door nobs, and STINKY stench I was caught off guard. I go to order my food, and there is crumbs of old food sitting on the counters and floors. The worker also put in my order wrong, and refused to let me change it. As she walked to go get the manager I couldn't help but notice the trash piled up and overflowing in the back. when I finally got my food after many struggles I bag to a spider, it was in my sandwich. i'm very deathly allergic to spiders and I was almost killed. I will not be going to this McDonald's again. read more

First time I got cold food, thought I'd try it again again they forgot half my order and the 2 people ahead also had issues with their order. read more

Staff was not customer friendly like sign inside says. To be honest, I think counter person was falsely filling out customers surveys to make them look good. Fries were cold, diet coke tasted funny, hand drying unit in mens bath was running constantly because stall door sets in front of it, also several staff members ignord me standing at counter, we rode our bikes, and I only wanted a little ice for my water-bottle, didn't get. read more

Slow. Slow. Slow. 15 minute wait for one order of fries. Then they were cold. I asked if they didn't think that was a long wait. No, they didn't. read more

Before arriving at this McDonald's I was scurrying over the reviews because it was out of the way on my long trip downstate. Many of them were outdated and strongly worded so I was worried that upon arrival I would be greatly disappointed. The opposite happened. I was greeted by a clean parking lot and a well maintained landscape. The building itself was very clean and looked very well maintained upon first inspection. Along with my friends we decided to dine in to get the full experience; please keep in mind that the two options for ordering food are distinct and unique. Although many places try and replicate and copy the process and food, it's really about how it is implemented/enforced that really shows the care and love of a fast food or any restaurant. Before even entering I couldn't help but notice an shinning example of how push/pull doors work. It was properly labeled and intuitive! I almost opened it without even thinking about it; some places it's often a second thought or a second of hesitation before attempting to open. After going through the second set of double doors I looked and around, saw what I can only describe as a good ol McDonald's. Me and my friends ordered and took a seat at one of the corner tables that can accommodate handicapped guests which I think only a few people can really appreciate; it's always nice to see that they can accommodate anybody. After finishing my meal I went to freshen up at the lavatory, keeping in mind all the negative reviews guests have left after experience dismay, disgust, and tragedy. I entered and my prior expectations were shattered...it was just a regular bathroom that should've been mopped. The soap dispenser was filled stocked, the sink fixture really suited the general atmosphere the bathroom was going for; modern, moody lighting, reminded me of something you might find in a higher end restaurant or pub. TLDR: my overall experience was great, and if the bathroom was clean and I enjoyed going to McDonald's I would give it a 4/5, but until they implement a stricter cleaning schedule I have to settle on 3/5. I've made this detailed review in an effort to combat some of the negative reviews that were posted about this place. It's McDonald's idk what else you expected. read more

Just wanted to share this photo in case you forgot how to make an order to spec. Your kitchen manager would be ashamed at the sandwich you just gave me. People pay a lot of money and to not have the sandwich made with mustard or ketchup and only one piece of cheese instead of 2 is sad. And we ordered a hamburger no onion and it came with onion. After waiting 15 minutes in drive thru because no one could figure out how to save orders in the POS. read more

McDonald's - This is spec. Not what YOU are serving to save some money. Refrain your staff. - Burgers Near Me - Reed City, Michigan

Every bitch that worked the drive thru was rude af didn't want to give me my food they forgot to make never go back

Very busy place, lots of traveling patrons, even had a bus stop when we were there. It is very clean and kept up. Staff is very helpful and fast, tables cleaned during busy times, food is good because you know what to expect and everyone has their likes and dislikes of Mickey D's. I'm rating it 5 stars because of the way the crowd was served, in a quick, organized manor and our order was right. read more

This is the filthiest McDonalds I have ever seen. I should have abandoned plan after seeing the pee and mountains of used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. But my 7 y.o. was set on a happy meal. After we ordered from the screen, I noticed the dozen flies buzzing around the cashier area and the grime on all the machines. Again, I should have just walked out and dealt with my son's disappointment and let them keep my $5. Instead, it's midnight, and my son is throwing up his guts from food poisoning. Where are the health inspectors? This place would be shut down in a flat minute. Live and learn. read more

This is probably the worst McDonalds I've ever seen. The men's room was soaking wet, my 6 year old son slipped and fell into a floor wide puddle of piss water, the faucets barely worked and the fountain pop machine just stopped working sporadically. read more

Very busy McD, right off the highway exit. Big, clean and the workers seem friendly. Great place for people watching. Food is like every other McDs. read more

Service was slow even though the drive thru was empty and when I got my sandwich it was smashed in a bag then stuffed into an upside down box if I could have given a lower review I would have... I honestly should have gone to to burger king read more

literally today went through the manager sneezed in her glove not just plastic ones but winter ones that are absorbing everything and still grabbed my card to pay than charged me for extras I didn't get and she was one of the assistant managers. I tried calling and they hung up after they heard what I said, very rude. The food was very cold and absolutely gross. Another time this same manager was super disrespectful when I came through being a volunteer firefighter, kindly asked if there was a discount. I was actually coming to get food to help feed the crew on a house fire and she rudely kept repeating the total which I knew and blew me off. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Had to wait over a 1/2 hour before getting a refund because our food never came. Order consisted of- 1 bigmac 2 mcchicken 1 McDouble 1 10 piece nugget 2 med fries. So nothing irregular. We watched as at least 20 cars went thru the drive thru and multiple people in the regular line. read more

Nice little whole in the wall place. My kids love to come here and play "ocean wars" in the family bathroom. No clue what it means since they lock the door, but employees are very quick to bring out wet floor signs when they're done. read more

This is the worst Mickey D's the World, A friend and I made the mistake of stopping by this place Saturday morning and ordered 4 sausage with cheese biscuits and drinks at the drive through. The trouble was the biscuits were cool and hard we ate them anyway we were driving North before we found out how bad they were. The really bad part was we made the same mistake on Sunday AM. I made a point to ask if they were fresh and was told they were warm and soft, crap they were worse that on Saturday on the road heading North through them out the window, NEVER AGAIN, REED CITY MICKEY D'S read more

This McDonald's is the crappiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life I don't know how it got their five star ratings because they do not deserve it. every time I go there the employees are kind a rude they're not pleasant. and every time I go to the drive-through , this time in particular my order is never correct Im always missing something or something is wrong and this time I ordered five bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle's and there were no eggs on them. read more

This McDonald's is probably the most nicest and most relaxing place on earth! They recently just went through a renovation period and the whole restaurant is modern. They even added 41 more new seating areas! The food is very good, people are very respectful, and everything is welcoming. There is also their new ordering kiosks. They can now take more orders than they could beforehand! Talk about amazing!! read more

I wish the McDonalds by my home town took notes on this McDonalds. This was the best McDonalds I've been in. Extremely spacious inside with very updated decor and furniture and very quick service. Honestly was very very impressed. read more

Worst McDonald's EVER. I've had bad service here more than once, but last night was the final straw. We ordered two double cheese burgers and a small fry. The fries were ok, but we got on the highway heading south before we opened the sandwiches. The first one was cold, so we tried the other one. It was a brick. I don't know how long those sandwiches had been sitting there, but they were disgusting. I had to drive 14 miles to Big Rapids (next exit) to be able to turn around and go back. When I told the girl who I thought was a manager, she just looked at me and finally said sorry. I told her I didn't want any food, I just wanted my money back. She didn't offer to fix it or anything. Their service is terrible. I told her I was disgusted that they would even serve us that garbage. Seagulls wouldn't even touch that last sandwich. read more

I ordered the burrito combo. When I received it there were no hash browns and the burritos were not wrapped and were dumped in the sack with water added! Talking with people in Reed City this is very typical of this restaurant! read more

Terrible service. Old, cold fries. Waited at counter while employees talked to each other. Shift manager who finally took our order acted like it was a huge inconvenience to take our order. After we paid she told us it would be 2 minutes on the fries. When we got them they were cold! We'll be going to the Burger King across the street from now on. read more
