Ordering delivery from McDonalds is always iffy, and I know that I take a gamble each time I place an order at the Raymore location. Funny how it's come to playing the odds when placing an online order to gamble on if you get all your items or not. This time, was a NOT. They did not place two of my items in the delivery bag before sealing it up. So when the order was delivered I had to call support to get my refund-as well as not have the two items to have with my meal. That being said, the food I DID receive was very good and fresh. DoorDash provided a great driver for me to deliver the order in a timely fashion. Not receiving all my items is a huge annoyance, however, and I do wish they would take more care in making sure all the items are in the delivery bag (including a straw please and thank you) before sealing it up for the delivery driver. read more

I have lived in Raymore Mo, since my children were in grade school. They are now in their thirty's. We do not eat meat, so we would always ask to sub for something else with no problem. Today I went to get breakfast 06/27/2026, 07:30 am. The older lady working the drive thru was rude when I ask, when did they stop subbing the meat for something else? Then I ask, do we have to pay full price for the meal, since the sausage would be removed? She said very rudely, YES! I will no longer be visiting this establishment, since they charge full price when you have items removed from the meal. Whatever the price of an item that is being removed should be deducted from the price. Especially with the cost of everything in today's times. read more

McDonald's - Me right bow - Fast Food Near Me - Raymore, Missouri

This place made me oil up in the bathroom and their food is just so weird one day they were out of drinks be better McDonalds

the food was practically raw, when I took a bite the chicken was mush. We got the wrong amounts as well. The service was impeccably terrible, and I know I shouldn't expect much for mcdonalds but this was AWFUL. read more

Everytime I come here, their ice cream machine is broken. It's crazy. Also - manages time very poorly.

Stopped for a burger and fries to take home and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Food was hot and delicious. The people working drive thru was courteous and very nice. This location had really lost its appeal lately but apparently management has straightened it out. Good for them!!!!! Have enjoyed Mickey D's for over 60 years and was so disappointed when their quality declined but I'm glad to say they are back!!!!! read more

This McDonald's is probably my least favorite McDonalds as far as food goes. I have had several different items and it is always hit and miss. I get McDoubles and the hamburger patties are over cooked! I get a Quarter Pounder with cheese and it's delicious! Or I get Chicken McNuggets and they are stale and old but then I get a McChicken and its delicious! I need consistency! On this visit I got the new Spicy McNuggets and some regular McNuggets and a Double Quarter Pounder and all were good! The new McNuggets are just spicy enough and have a good flavor. The new Mighty Hot Sauce was a welcome addition to the regular McNuggets and my Double Quarter Pounder was good! My fries thought were lacking on all fronts! I don't know if they need to change the oil more often there is something definitely off with them! Service was great. I went around noon and the drive thru was packed so I went inside and ordered and I got out really fast and everyone was friendly! I noticed a huge difference between when I go in the early afternoon and late evening. read more

They suck at service!!!! And management suck too never has food out in time and very poor customer service

This review is strictly on service for a gift card and observing employees. When I walked in to get a gift card no one acknowledged me in any way other than staring at me. The one girl not working the food was on the phone with her manager due to a customer complaint. While I waited the employees doing orders and food were bickering to one another and quite nasty. The entire place just felt negative. Customers seemed to be the least of their priorities. There was no adult anywhere in sight. I will say the girl that was on the phone and then took care of my gift card seemed flustered but kind. read more

Still really really slow service. Don't come here if you can avoid it. Mobile order took 35 min to receive.

Sharon is unprofessional as a manager! Rude and disrespectful! She does not properly train her employees! We were charged for someone else's meal and when confronted about it lied to our faces! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL read more

This has got to be the worst mcds in the KC metro, every single time it takes forever to get food and the same excuse that there's only 1 guy in the kitchen but there's like 5 people back there, put them to work read more

Slow service, multiple cars got their food and they ordered after me, i sat in the line for 30 minutes and then they still messed up. terrible and they seen me waiting and still took forever read more

This is only one star because ZERO stars was not an option. This is undeniably not only the worst McD's I've ever been to but the worst fast food restaurant ever. Been only a few times because I keep thinking I'll have a better experience the next time I go.....nope. Never again, avoid at all costs. read more

I stopped by to grab a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. Both were hot, fresh, and tasty. However, I get bothered every time yo give this location a chance. They will disappoint each time. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order and the young lady greats me - well, it wasn't really a greeting. In a low voice she mumbles something. I'm not sure if she's talking to me or someone else. She proceeds to repeat herself (I guess) and ask how can she help me. I told her I had mobile order YM51. I see my order pop up on the screen then "crickets." Hell! Tell me that you'll see me at the window or move along. I decide to proceed to the first window. It was obvious that it wasn't the older lady's voice I heard. She gives me my receipt and I drive to the second window. I'm looking inside and see a young lady standing near the food, she rubs her nose with both hands then rubs it up through her hair. I was livid! Thankfully, my food was already prepared and in the bag - at the window. She opens the glass sliding door, I asks what her name is and she says, Brenda. I told her that she shouldn't wipe her nose and handle food. She immediately pulls out her masks and covers her mouth (not put it on). Ugh! I'm only giving it 1* because the food was tasty. read more

The service is Horrible. lousy customer service, poor management. Everything about this place is sub par Got a half bag of cold fries on my last order, went back in and told manager and she gave me another fry. No I'm sorry or anything. Would rather go to Belton read more

I only give it a one because it's zero is not an option. By far the poorest customer service at McDonald's we have ever experienced. The lines are long, and the servers are rude. after waiting 30 minutes for a drink, and then finally getting to the window to be told they didn't have it, my husband suggested they update their mobile site to show that it wasn't available. He was told he could always go somewhere else. it is very common for them to not have a way to take credit cards. They often require cash only. And, sometimes they will tell you that they are understaffed and you can't order from the grill. We have almost totally quit patronizing this restaurant. read more

I ordered from door dash and McDonald's pretty much forgot half the happy meal. I ordered apple slices and milk with it and they completely forgot it. Bags are sealed when they arrive so McDonald's just never put them in. I tried calling McDonald's and they didn't answer any of the 3 times. read more

How does this McDonald's have two stars and the Belton location 1.5? At least they get the orders right. This location needs a reboot. Never going here again. read more

Really really really slow, might be short staffed, but this message needs to get to the area manager. Hire more staff, actually put money into training them well. Fries were old as well. read more

Slow and rude. Order was bumped and no receipt given so I couldn't fill out survey. Supposed mgr answered phone when called and would only say they were short staffed. She told me to call back and talk to mgr Debbie tomorrow. She also insisted she and restaurant did nothing wrong but refused to give me her name. read more

I liked the fast service, the clean and recently updated dining area, the $1 drinks, the free wi-fi, and the upbeat background music. Overall A-OK. read more

This place is disgusting don't eat here. Made the mistake of going in to use the restroom. I honestly felt like my hands were dirtier after I washed them. Soda fountain area hadn't been cleaned in days there were sticky pools of pop and flies all around. Two cashiers were standing at the counter complaining about how horrible working was. And by "working" I mean standing there not doing anything except occasionally walking over to a very messy table where they had their personal food. I was able to watch all this while I waited for my messed up order to be redone, which thankfully someone from the back came up to help with since the 2 at the front were worthless. I ended up not eating the food and throwing it away because if the dining area was this much of a mess I didn't want to imagine what the cooling area was like. read more

Service at this McDonalds has gotten horrible. I've been driving 3 miles out of my way to go to a different McDonalds but decided to give them a try today while out running errands. Took 4 orders in one drive through line while ignoring mine. People had to back up to leave the lines. read more

SLOW FOOD. NOT FAST. Horrible service. Cashier gave me wrong change. Orders away backed up. Wrong good to 3 customers before me. Employees very fighting.. one quit while i waited inside.. Auto order is broken. Got an hour to wait? This is your place. Enter at own risk! read more

This McDonald's sucks. Its freaking McDonalds, so why are their only one or two people working at 10 at night. We ordered, got told to drive are and park, so we waited and waited and waited and waited . Oh yeah, and know one was behind us in line but there were two cars already parked waiting on there food when we pulled up, who knows how long they've been parked. Never again to that McDonald's. They don't even deserve this 1 star. One more thing, no apology or nothing when we finally got our food read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. A worker told me once I was wrong for ordering what I did that I couldn't get fries and a drink with my mcchicken. He said it wasn't allowed and never has been allowed. All I wanted was fries, a drink, and a mcchicken. Another time I've waited 15 minutes "at the railing" before because they were "out of fries" at lunch time. Over 10 cars passed through the lines with their food. Now my husband waited over 20 minutes at the railing tonight because they were "out of fries" and many cars passed through the line that were behind him. If there was another McDonald's within decent driving distance, we would give them our service instead. Awful service, awful workers. Just awful. Do something to change! read more

Worst service ever. Waited for over 40 minutes. I was one of a full store full of customers waiting for ever. The 3 employees working with the managers weee so inexperienced they stood around while everyone else did the work. And snapped back at customers who experience frustrated. read more

They should just close this location. I'm sorry, I know it would be a loss of jobs for the community, but seriously, it's the worst. The service is beyond slow and inaccurate. The food is mediocre, even for McDonald's. I would rather drive 2 miles down the road to the one in Belton. This location is a joke. read more

I was using the app for a discount on my drive thru order. It wasn't working and I told the manager to not worry about the $2 discount. My pleasant surprise to have additional chocolate chip cookies with my order at pickup because the code didn't work. Absolutely poor!! Used the app and waited 10 minutes before I went inside and order still wasn't ready. Fries were not cooked. McRib was cold. And the place wasn't that busy! Just poorly run. I'd like to find out who the franchise owner is.... read more

Unfortunately this is the McDonald's on our part of town. They've never gotten my order right, and when I say never, I mean it. You can tell the staff hate their jobs. The food itself is just ok, even for McDonald's. I will drive across town and wait 10 minutes in line if I really want nuggets rather than return to this location. read more

I have tried calling the Raymore, MO McDonalds for half an hour. No answer. I went there and ordered 3 happy meals. Got home, NONE of them had the toy inside, one was missing the fries and all the fries that were given, I would not feed my dog, they were hard and dark brown. I kept telling myself to spend the extra few minutes to go to the one in Belton, but I was on a serious time crunch. Lesson learned..... for good this time. Will try again with calling to complain, but am sure they just don't want to listen to anymore complaints from anyone. read more

I love how these people give it there all and actually stay than leaving basically off the bat. I work there for barely an hour and a person yells at me for no reason just cause they had a horrible day or cause I heard them wrong when I was taking there order. We have shitty headsets and machines that break almost all the time. I hate when I have to tell a customer that we don't have what they came for or not getting there food on time. Some of us have no experience and we just don't know what to do in a job. Some of us don't know how to deal with people or how to deal with problems we encounter. I want to make this post just so you guys can have our point of view and hope you people can treat all fast food workers with respect. read more

Constantly having problems at this McDonald's. Every time I use the curbside pickup, if I order something small, it won't come and I have to go through drive through or inside anyways. I ordered only a soda today on the app for curbside pickup. The place wasn't busy. After 15 minutes of nothing, I went through the drive through and asked about my drink. They took 2 seconds to make my drink and didn't even do as little as apologize. Last time coming to this location. read more

They never give us what we order, there Service is HORRIBLE, and they never answer their phone!!! This place is the worst in Raymore.
