Simple requests are too much to ask for. I rarely ever go to McDonalds, not because it "isn't healthy," or any of that nonsense, but because their employees are typically terrible. Today I was in a hurry for dinner so I stopped in an ordered a 40 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. Apparently this order was far too complex for them to handle. When I got home I was not surprised to find out the sauces were not in the bag. I know I should have checked, but I was in a hurry and under the impression that putting both elements of the order into the bag was not something that required the same neurological capabilities as a quantum theorist... I was waiting for a good fat hour for my food ( a cheeseburger, mcdouble, the 20 piece chicken nuggets, 3 chicken sandwiches, 4 large fries, 4 large sweet teas and 2 large dr peppers ). Went thru their drive thru 3 mornings in a row and ordered the exact same thing, a #2 with sweet tea. The first morning it was $6.18, 2nd morning it was $5.43, 3rd morning $6.51. No price changes on the menu but different prices every single day. When you pull up to the drive thru during morning rush hour (7:15) and you sit there for 3 minutes without any contact from an employee but the other line had moved 5 cars while I waited. While the staff were friendly the laughs they expressed were on us. Our order was wrong not plain like we asked and of course the ice cream machine was down. Very disappointed in our latest visit..we ordered 2 sausage biscuits ..simple order, nothing else, we waited 15 minutes, inside the store. Even with placing our own order and paying at the kiosk, all they had to do was cook it...there were 2 other people waiting..it seemed like total chaos, and it wasn't even busy. This location used to be decent. Then the manager retired and someone new took over. This place has become one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Some of the staff can be nice. Most just act like I am lucky they are waiting on me. EVERY time i go thru the drivethru I am asked to pull over and wait. Every time..... Today I was asked to pull up and I said why? there is no one behind me. The answer, management doesn't like cars sitting here for too long. ok. Have been going here for sometime but lately have to comment on the restaurant as a whole. I feel that it is declining in cleanliness in the restrooms and often the soda/ice machines are "broken". Poor management seems to be prevalent. Lately, hope this improves quickly. read more

The sheer incompetence of this place is astounding. You have a better chance of winning the lottery (jackpot included) being attacked by a polar bear, and a great white shark in the same day, as you have with them getting your order right. They need more help during rush hours. It's happened on several occasions not just one. Going inside you'd think it'd be a little faster. Just grabbing your food and going, but every time I go in and eat no matter how big or small the order is you will wait. A long time..... The last time I went in I ordered a drink and a McFlurry, I waited over 25 minutes inside after I put in my order. I had to finally speak up and say something to the girl at the register and she just shrugged her shoulders and told another lady. The other lady at least made the McFlurry and gave me my drink cup, but coulda cared less. It was a rush hour and I understand completely that it can get busy, but 25 minutes is a long time when you have 30 minutes for lunch. read more

My boys love McDonald's so we go to the one in Randleman A LOT. The service seems to be getting worse as the crew keeps gettung younger and younger. I see no problem with teenagers having a job but it seems as if the entire place is being ran by 21 and under and they arent good at problem solving. The best word to describe majority of our expierences there is chaos! Its rare for things to be organized and ran smoothly. Today i went to get us milkshakes and the ice cream machine was down at 2 p.m. just a few weeks ago i ordered tomato on my McChicken and got a piece literally the size of a quarter my pickle slice was bigger than my tomato....and ice had multiple incidents where food has been left out of the bag and things have been made incorrectly also. This McDonald's always get my orders wrong. Tonight, around 5:00pm I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a pie. They asked if I wanted 2 and I said ok. After pulling away and getting on the highway I take the pie out and it's hard as a rock and burnt. I looked and the sticker on both pies say Use any 11:06 am. IT'S 5:00 PM!! went inside for coffee and apple pie. ordered on kiosk, no problem. the dude with black fingernails could not operate register.
