The cocktail was a super sweet and lovely flavor with very little alcohol bite. The entrées were good, but the superb taste of the rest of our course was an unfair comparison. Although we were full, the cannoli was worth the every discomfort of over eating. Service: 8/10 We were seated immediately without reservation. I never had to ask for a refill due to my waitress' attentiveness. She was accommodating with helping us pick out our entrées. Ambiance: 7/10 Medium volume level, clean, well lit, and cute decorations. [5 being average]

We were waiting for 30 mins before getting to the speaker to order & the cashier had us wait again. Once she took our order & we drove to the 2nd window, there were no other cars in front of us. It's like they were taking one car's order at a time. No wonder the line was so long. Anyway, the service was horrible. Our order came to $11.xx & she was given a $20. Can you PLEASE tell me why she gave back over $31.xx back in change?? I was embarrassed for her. My friend asked her why she gave back so much change. She had an attitude and snatched the $20 bill he was holding up out of his hand. Still, he had too much change. Because of her attitude, he didn't say anything else to her. He just took the food & the extra change she gave for his trouble. This review deserves a 1 star, but his food was decent, so I'm giving them 3 stars. They need to train their staff better & I'm sure their registers come up short all the time after what I saw today. They need to be more organized & then they will be able to assist more than 1 car at a time. Do better!

The fries were hot, the rings were warm & soft, not crispy, not a good onion ring. I ate a few of the jalapeno cheddar bites, the first one was only ok, each one after that got progressively worse, eventually they tasted like 3 time microwave heated losers. I can forgive all that, but the main star (burgers) was not a star at all, the rodeo burgers are tiny, like sliders.. measured 3 inches :-( ... my hand dwarfed them and I don't have huge hands! Very sad experience, probably be a long time before I darken their door again. Also the price was almost $5 more then their listed price at the correct locations website!
