I frequent this McDonald's every so often. I like that this one is 24/7, with the menu changing to breakfast around 3am. I usually get a mcdouble with no pickles, add bacon, a mcchicken, and either a sprite or lemonade with less ice. They always omit the pickles for me (as requested) and add the bacon so I have no issues with this location. My food is always hot and is exactly how I expect it to be. The fries are, for the most part, great. I love when they just come out from the fryer and salted. Drive-thru line and inside line gets a bit busy late night but the wait usually isn't that long to order. read more

Ordered curb side pickup for 4 pancakes breakfast. The employee would not bring out my food to my space. The employee yelled out from the drive through window and made me pick up the order at the window. Once I got home, my kids opened up the bag and told me things were missing. This is the absolute worse McDonalds I have every been to. The drive thru on a regular basis can take 10 minutes or longer to get through. Waiting a half hour for my food and then went inside and there were 10-15 people waiting for their orders and I told the staff I've been waiting for 30 mins and my order wasn't even made and I asked to speak to a manager about a refund and I was refused one. Terrible! I was in the area and needed a cup of coffee. I decided to get McDonald's because I figured it would be quick and there is a drive-thru option. The drive-thru line was practically empty, only one car ahead of me. When it was my turn, the employee took my order and gave me the total amount. When I reached the first window to pay, she told me to hold on and stepped away; she did not return, another employee helped me 3 minutes later. I assumed they had a shift switch! After paying, I approached the second window for pick up. The employee handed me a black coffee, however, I asked for a caramel coffee with cream. She told me to hang on so she could find the drink and/or remake it. She handed me the coffee and I thought it was correct so I drove away. We live nearby, so I only ever get pickup from here. Breakfast is great--hot, fast, and exactly what you'd expect. But lunches and dinners often have slow service, and half the time, they get my order wrong or there's something missing from it. So it's great if it's not busy, but avoid it if you are. Came here for a quick (and cheap) iced coffee en route to an event where I demonstrated how to read blood sugar to elderly Asians. The service and coffee were decent for a medium iced coffee with French Vanilla added (though i do have to say that the drink was very sugary, beyond what Dunks sweetness level is). I wouldn't come here if I was trying to stay healthy though; when I checked my own blood sugar, it shot up by quite a bit but still within an acceptable margin. The food is very good here but they need to step up their game with the speed of service at the drive thru. The line at the drive thru is often quite long, sometimes even going out into the street and I have waited more than 20-25 minutes to place my order and receive my food. Even though there are usually two drive thru lanes open to take orders. The dine in experience has always been very good here with a newly remodeled dining room. However at the moment, with this COVID-19 thing going on, eating in their dining room is not currently an option. Hopefully that will change soon since I would much rather go with ordering and eating inside their restaurant as opposed to dealing with the drive thru. The parking lot is well lit and fairly clean. There are plenty of parking spaces where you can sit in your car and eat once you do get your food. This McDonald's is in a very convenient location, right off a busy street and right next to the T Station. I've been coming to this McDs for years and the drive through is finally getting updated. I came here this time for those Spicy McNuggets. There was a suppperrr long line in the drive through and just one person taking orders. The line moved sooooo slowly but once I paid and got to the second window, my food was ready to go. The spicy nuggets aren't that spicy on their own, visually its more red than the normal ones and the crispy factor is still on point. You've gotta pair it with the Mighty Hot Sauce to really get that punch of flavor and kick of heat ;) I can't say much about the customer service these days as I usually come via drive through now but when I did actually go in, my friends have tried ordering ice cream and the ice cream machine was ALWAYS broken. I ordered two ranch grilled chicken salad with southwest dressing, 3 large fries, 20 piece nuggets, two chicken sandwiches, and a snack wrap. The staff forgot the snack wrap and gave me a south west salad with corn and beans. I asked them to fix my order and a manager assisted me. There's no problems until another staff approached me saying "what's the problem , let me see it?" I told her the manager took it already and she her tone was obnoxious. The young staff was talking s*** in the back while I waited for the staff to correct my order. Not to mention they threw the salads into the bag and I had to take both salads out on their counter to tighten the tops. The staff here is immature and needs retraining. read more

I bought 5 sandwiches and a large fry and this chick was saying I can only have one sauce per customer. Not sure how that makes sense. You need to train your employees customer service because when I pointed out I had five sandwiches she rolled her eyes then gave me the sauce. They are rude as hell here. Despite this Mcdonalds currently being under construction, the service is still quick and friendly. There are two specific women at the drive through window that will give you a smile and say thank you. My husband tried the new bacon burger from Spain that they have for only a limited time. The burger had bacon, caramelized onions, and gouda cheese. It tasted like a more refined burger for being Mcdonalds. Pretty good. We usually come here every once in a while on a Saturday morning to get a mcmuffin and a coffee and the service in the drive thru is always quickand friendly. My only complaint is that the drive through speaker was deafiningly loud! It physically hurt my ears when the woman spoke to me and I could hardly understand what she was syaing. I work for door dash part time. I went to pick up a door dash order at mc Donald's on Hancock street. There were a few other door dash drivers picking up orders as well. They picked up their customers orders with no problem. For me, I guess it's because I'm black but the lady that worked there gave me a hard time. She's an old lady with gray hair and glasses. She told me that I couldn't leave until I clicked "confirm pickup" . I came here to try their new buttermilk chicken tenders and the "signature sauce." If you liked the chicken selects, these are NOT it! We come weekly as a "prize" for our lil man and we can honestly say we cross the bridge for the quality of this Micky D's food, happy meals, and fast service. This is one of the rare and few locations that still give out the actually Happy Meal Box. I remember the fun as a child when I would get the happy meal box with the toy inside. We have had problems (drive thru) with receiving ALL of our meal sometimes but they are always nice when we had to go to the counter. The lobby is usually always clean and so is the parking lot. The busy times are usually when school is in session but even then they have managed a system that works to get the orders right and out to you as fast as they can. read more

They waste your time. Their mobile ordering system does not work well with their staff. Their mobile app said my order was ready and provided a code for the order. Their staff did not receive the order and told me to "come back in a while". I asked if I had already been charged and what exactly is "a while". They said yes, I was charged and that maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Who has the time to come back for McDonalds "food"? The point is to grab food and go. People can't just cancel other commitments because your ordering system is messed up. After I asked again for specifics on time, another staff member said that I was not charged because they were not taking mobile orders until Monday. Then why did your app let me order and waste my time and that of your other customers that were behind me in the drive thru? I left after that and will never let them waste my time again. read more
