Decided to come to McDonald's to try the new burger. I first asked what are toppings on the burger and the cashier told me all the ingredients on burger and I told him that I don't want pickles and add ketchup I told him twice to clarify he heard me. So when I got home you see the picture yea that's pickles all on my burger so I took them off. This burger tastes like a Big Mac without the extra bread nothing special. I usually don't eat at McDonald and this isn't going to change . McDonald has changed over time the inside is so open no soda dispensers you need a code for the bathroom I don't know if that an improvement from past but it is different. read more

Years later ~ the interior has been fully renovated. Very clean, but dull & lifeless. Everything is brown, grey, and black. Bland and uninviting. I dont go here very often due to the high prices, long waits, having to use the kiosk, etc. Also, NO sode refills. Get it together McDonalds. Every other fast food chain kept free refills. It still blows my mind how McDonalds has long waits all day every day, no matter how many locations there are. For the food - It's McDonalds, you know what youre getting. I went to mcdonald's to get a mcdouble and I asked for big mac sauce to be included with the charge of course. I get home and there's no sauce on my burger. So, I drive back and there's girl says what's the issue I tell her and then states to tell me "I don't understand the issue" We clarify and I said what I paid for and told them I wanted the ketchup and mustard too. Every time we go to this McDonalds it seems that the staff too include the manager that is on are acting as if they are over worked. They are unfriendly and very robotic. The California Minimum Wage has destroyed a desire to serve customers. The idea is to create "Customers that are happy to return to your establishment!" At this particular time, the soda machines were broken. Again, every time we go to this store, something is not working, last time it was the ice cream and shakes. As I stated above, these folks that are working there do not create an experience where the customer wants to return. Angry, entitled, robotic, acting like you are bothering them (in the drive thru), snappy answers and much more. This place needs training in putting aside whatever is eating at them and focusing on service with a smile and accommodating the customer. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this store. My wife order food for her and my kids, also order a Dr Pepper, it was so watered down, so she asked an employee if she could get a replacement instead, so the employee brought the manager over to talk to my wife about this "no refill" policy. My wife was not asking for a refill, she just wanted to replaced the watered down and tasteless drink. They're the most stingiest McDonalds out here, they raised their prices on the food and give less food. Large fries is almost 6 dollars and it comes in a small bag that says large on it. I ordered 40 nuggets and it's supposed to come with 6 ranches and those cheap asses didnt give me a single ranch and when I asked for it they told me I had to pay 50 cents each ranch. I didn't get the person's name taking my order but he was working 4/25/25 at 9am at the first window. First of all, I had a mobile code. He asked me "Hi will you be using a mobile code today?" And I said yes. Then he's like "what can I get started for you?" I was like "....did you want my code?" He said "oh yeah! What is it?" I told him the code and he said that it wasn't showing up on his system. I refreshed the page, and it still said the same code. He said that it still wasn't showing. Then I saw the option where you can scan a QR code at the window. And he told me "we don't scan". Okay? Then why even have that option? That was annoying, but whatever. Anyway, he proceeds to get my order. I'm like okay I want a number 7. And then he's like "okay what else?" I proceed to tell him and he's like okay. He pauses, which seems like he's putting in the order and is taking awhile. Then proceeds to say "can you repeat that again?" Two times. And at this point I'm already raising my voice to speak louder. I pull up to the window and he's already catching an attitude with me. Also, don't be fake and give me one of your sarcastic smirks and wish me a good day with your sarcastic ass tone. Okay, sorry I didn't sign up to work at McDonald's. I'm just here to get a quick meal and go. On top of that, I was missing FOUR items in my order. Not a big deal. But this is the 4th occurrence of food missing. Other McDonald's will check your order before giving it to you. I feel like they're constantly rushing - ironically enough the line is always long at this location. I didn't get a chance to check because I was on my way home from work. I honestly just wanted to go home and eat. I never make a big deal about missing items because what's a couple dollars. This actually isn't my first encounter with this location. It's always something with this location, and I'm always giving a benefit of the doubt because this location is a lot closer to my place. This is the worst McDonald's in the AV. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because I keep coming back here. The orders are constantly inaccurate. But this time it was a mobile pickup order. I placed the order on the app before 450 pm. I parked in my pickup spot at 508 pm. That's 18 minutes in which my order could've been prepared. I continued to wait until 530 at which point I entered the restaurant, was ignored for 3 minutes and then was asked if I needed help. I explained to this young man that I had been waiting and wanted an explanation as to why. His answer..."we were waiting on your Quarter Pounder" WTH is that??? They were waiting on one of their staple sandwiches??? One of the cornerstones of their menu??? What in the actual snot nosed teenager is going on?? I'm not exaggerating when I say that I could've ordered in the drive thru, 3 TIMES in the amount of time I was waiting!!! Needless to say I was frustrated and hungry at that point so I just grabbed my order from the kid handing it to me, said thank you and forgot to ask for my drink. I left pissed off, and without any kind of compensation for my horrible experience. Don't come here. No one in the drive thru and a simple order of a Big Mac meal and Carmel sundae took over 14mins. They didn't have a spoon so they gave us this dirty wooden spoon. I have no idea what that spoon was from but it was not a McDonald's spoon. They charged $4 for small fries and $4 for a ice cream that used to be $1. The girls working the drive thru especially the curly red head was just standing around talking with her co workers. They gave me only half my order and looked puzzled that they forgot half the order. If you can't manage this restaurant with all these 1 star ratings then you need to shut it down. Slow service and the place has smelled like raw sewage the past few times I've been in there. On my most recent visit I popped in to grab two drinks to accompany our dinner from the adjacent pizza hut. The smell is pretty bad but I figured this can't take long so I stuck it out assuming the cashier would hand me two cups and send me on my way. Well this location doesn't have soda machines for public use anymore which ok fine, I understand. It starts at home... I ordered three of the basic items on the menu using Doordash. A Filet-o-fish (with extra tarter sauce) and two cheeseburgers (with extra onion). Easy, right? Wrong. The "extra" tarter sauce I received was less than a teaspoon on the side of the bottom of the box the sandwich came in...just a smidge of sauce on the sandwich itself. Needless to say, the cheeseburgers were no better with little to no "extra"onion and I had to arrange the burgers myself as they were thrown in the paper wrapping. This isn't the first quality control issue I've had here. This particular McD's is operated by mostly teenagers during the night shifts. They are pleasant enough with just right amount of respect and courtesy but "quality" doesn't seem to be part of their job description. There is no work ethic. There is no pride in their work. These are things that are taught at home. It seems like parents and supervisors are too afraid of hurt feelings to provide constructive criticism and proper instruction to the next generationof workers. We've coddled our offspring and in doing so have created a society that accepts half-assed quality in everything from food to footwear. It's sad. read more

I stop by to see the newly remodeled restaurant and I wish I didn't. As I was walking towards the building an employee was walking in front of me. She opened the door and closed it in my face. No sorry, no welcome to McDonalds, nada! If I grabbed the door she would of smashed my fingers. Thank goodness it didn't happened. That should of been the first sign not to come in. While eating our food I got a hold of the employees name. Vivian the shift manager was the one that closed the door in my face.
