I walk in and go to the counter... and was ignored, the young woman who was supposed to be at he front cashiering was busy conversing with the kitchen staff. Ok. So I go to the self serve machines and order two large drinks. Get receipt. I'm still being ignored. (All she has to do is give me two cups.). A teenager walks in and she takes his order and serves him his food. Another guy puts in an order for two Big Macs and gets his order. My family eats at McDonald's every week and I have never had such disrespectful service in my life!!! If you look at all my reviews they aree all 5 Star, except for this one!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. I simply placed my order at drive thru and the gentlemen couldn't get the order correct. Then when I pulled up, we were shoved our food and the person at the window looked like she was irritated with me. We ordered 3 of the same sandwiches, except one had extra sauce. When we got the bag they didn't put which one was "special". When I asked which one had extra sauce I was treated like I should have asked the question. She asked for the bag back so she could identify the item. She took it to the b-ball and stated that the special one was on top, rolled her eyes, and slammed the window. I've been in the service industry for a long time and all people want is tO be treated daily and with respect. Now for company's that learn to WOW customers...that's a whole different level!!! Winter storm, and looking forward to something hot while on the road. Went in for take out. Mc'double and fries were cold and seemed old. Coffee was hot and good. Staff seemed upset with one another...unfriendly atmosphere. Lots of choices right there and we will be making a different one from now on. Unbelievably bad service and thus bad food. I was there this afternoon at around 4 pm and ordered a hamburger with extra ketchup and extra pickles. The burger had no pickes at all. I went back to the drive thru window and asked to have it remade. What I got back was swimming in ketchup and had at least 8 pickles on it. Having ordered the same burger before at other locations I know what I should have gotten. There is no need for someone on the cooking line to retaliate because I wanted what I ordered. read more

I don't think anyone even bothers to leave recent reviews here. I didn't think it could get worse then it's been. It's rare when an order is right. Worse - now when you order a large drink or a large fry it is only 3/4 full. Not only are the rising prices ridiculous but now you get charged the new high large price and are served a medium in large containers. And you have to ask - how long will I need to wait for my whole order to be ready? Otherwise everything else will be cold. I don't know why we keep trying...something about trying to support local business that employs some locals. But if they don't care enough to do a good job, maybe it's time to pull the plug. Whoever manages this location either has no clue what they are doing or there is a full mutiny going on. I'm not sure what is worse and I certainly don't want to keep paying to find out. Today I was upset enough to take the time and write this review. Unfortunately because there is a rest area here this place will survive with a steady stream of unknowing victims. Ruined my order and my meal yet again. Live 20 minutes away so drive through food has to be right. Ordered a big mac no onions. Sandwich had the grill slip that said no onions. Sandwich was full of onions. Also, bun was hard as a rock around edges. McDonalds corporate REALLY needs to get this location to stop hurting McDonalds' name... If I could give zero stars I would. Was in Prosser this weekend for a friends wedding and the group of guests stayed at the Best Western. A fair number of us decided to go through the McDonald's drive-through late in the evening on the way back to the hotel. Of three cars that went through, each one had one of the cheeseburgers missing the burger... If it was a one time occurrence, one could argue it was a simple mistake, however to go three for three cars, it's clearly a prank. Not cool MickyD's!! read more

Typical Prosser service, slow and confused. It's Saturday afternoon, it's lunch time and there is NOT enough help. No one could figure out where the line was and there was one very nice cashier to take the order of about 10 customers and no other cashier to be seen. There was one busboy floating around relaxed but the rest of the staff was having a very difficult time. The food was exactly what you expect from any McD's and was served immediately. We had ice cream afterward, but they had to "figure" out how to make a dipped cone because NO ONE knew how and what we got was this very thin layer of chocolate shell that you could actually see through. The bathroom was fair and seemed to be serviced, but I would hate to have an audit there today by the big guys - (Corporate). ;) It was standard PROSSER "excellence"......and everyone was dressed funny in sweatshirts and white tennis shoes. read more

This establishment can't handle large (4 people) orders. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets, they forgot to include the hash browns for the breakfast meals and the sandwiches that were ordered special were thrown in regular. Don't go through drive through if you have more than one item to order or a special request. read more
