They have Friendly staff. The food was good. They have Pretty decorations. I got my order fast. They didn't charge me for sauces.

It's February and it snowed. It was literally warmer outside. Employees were wearing coats. I unsuccessfully looked for a table without the cold air blowing hard from the ventilation system. Nothing says "Get out" quite like this. I ate quick and left. read more

Soo...We went to the BK in Prosser Wash. ....didn't really know where the Drive Thru. was at...( No signs) ...so we went in....So far so good..We ordered ...But i had to go to Bathroom ....OMG ...It is the Dirties & Smelliest ....seems it hasn't been cleaned in a week...fly everywhere ....dirty sinks ....crampy floors...No need to go on....When i got my Order ...i had it to go...we had chix. Just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Not one word on what was taking so long. When we finally did get our food, the lady was so short and snippy. Not sure what we did wrong but she wasn't nice. Also the broiler was down so no burgers available. I feel like there should be some sort of backup.... read more

This Burger King has decent enough food, but the biggest issue is that their broiler is "down" regularly, meaning all beef products are unavailable. They don't post this except for an 8x10 paper on the ordering board, so by the time you can actually see the sign, you're trapped in the drive though. There's no way to get out of the drive through until after the payment window, so you'll be stuck for a good while if you came for a burger. Wouldn't be too big of a deal for a huge fast food chain to replace a broiler... It's Burger [sometimes] King. read more

Every time I've been here has been a great experience - the staff is fast, and very friendly! We love to go sit inside because it's reliably clean and always decorated based on what holiday is approaching, which is just a nice touch since people are mostly passing through and you can tell the workers care about their location. read more

Spicy chicken sandwich is back (have to ask for the spicy version). Salad was fresh and wife loved it. Found it more flavorful than McD next door. They have the Freestyle Coke Machine which is great as I can get the flavors I want; not have to settle for what they happen to have in a fountain. Service was fine. So whatever they'd done wrong in the past has apparently been corrected. We'll probably end up here next time we end up in Prosser around mealtime. read more

The last 3 times I've gone to this location they mess something up. Last time i went for breakfast and got a medium has brown. What did i get? Fries. I just went today and ordered an 8 piece cheesy tot, and got hasbrowns! Trash. read more

Absolutely incompetent staff. We came here twice in two weeks and both times they forgot something. The first time they forgot a double cheeseburger, so I had to pull around and park. The second time they forgot fries in a kid's happy meal. No one ever apologized and showed that they cared about their job or establishment. Had garden chicken salad because it is gluten free. It is also free of all vegetables. The salad consisted of a bowl of iceberg lettuce with two unripe tomato slices and shredded cheese. Yuck. This fast food chain is one of my favorites, but this particular Burger King is one I will not be returning to. I have worked in food service for over a decade. In that time I have learned that the cleanliness of the restaurant's restrooms is a good indication of management's attitude toward over all cleanliness and professionalism. I visited this Burger King on July 14 and it was disgusting. It was evident that the restrooms had not been cleaned at all that day and possibly not the day before. The garbage was overflowing, the toilets were not clean, the floor was sticky, there were flies buzzing around the room and a smell of old urine lurked beneath it all. Each worker is supposed to wash his or her hands before returning to work after restroom breaks, and none who did so could have missed the mess. read more

Stopped on my way to yakima, the young gal had beautiful make up, was going to compliment her on, but then gave me dirty looks and attitude while giving me service through the drive thru, which after that she turned ugly to me... Next day, passing back through we tried it again, we waited 15 min in the drive thru for chicken fries and a junior whopper and once again bad customer service, but this time it was from a manager... I will never recommend this burger king to anyone... read more

We stop at this exit several times a year driving between Seattle and Idaho. Good stop with a McDonald's playland Starbucks gas station other quick food items. Sometimes get food here after playland. Today Mc's play place was closed so we came here. Filthy bathroom no paper sticky floors broken ketchup dispenser fries on floor. Ugh. Wanted to disinfect kids.
