I ordered it mainly because of my curiosity and because of the weekly free sandwich deal through the app this month. Since the chain is based on roast beef, I don't know how well salads nor veggie burgers would roll over. I've never heard of vegan roast beef, but I'm sure people have done it and it's probably a more difficult delicacy to make because you don't hear about it.
