My McGriddle this morning had a hamburger patty with onions on it instead of sausage. Not the first time I've experienced the results of people not caring about their job. I ordered my food at 645 and left the drive thru at 719. My order was wrong three times. Each time they took the bag in and came back with an incorrect item. The Manager was very dismissive and unapologetic. We were traveling and stopping for fast food to wait thirty minutes is terrible. The floors inside were wet and slippery. Waited in the drive thru reserve spot for 15 minutes, then I went inside to find every single employee totally engrossed in their own idiotic worlds. My sons shake had a fly or nat inside. They remade it then it was mixed with another flavor, which wasn't a big deal BUT my husband is allergic to a lot and always orders plain cheeseburgers and BOTH came out with condiments on it despite ticket clearly stating plain. Went to McDonald's at interstate park Prattville, Al today to pick-up lunch for 3 hungry hard working grown men & was trying to make the most economical decision as far getting the most for my money. The lady at the drive-thru (Ruby) was very helpful, as well as super friendly & patient working w/me. She made several suggestions & ended up saving me about $10. I told the manager how much I appreciated Ruby's help. I wanted to share my positive experience on here as well. read more

We paid over $30 for our food and it wasn't fresh like we ordered and also they put four combo orders in one bag instead of separating them as we requested. With high numbers in covid you would think they'll understand the importance of placing people orders in separate bags. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Looks are deceiving! And that was the case from this McDonald's. From the outside, it looks new and nice and clean. But the inside left much to be desired. The bathrooms were filthy.,,, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Food took forever, and they dumped the fries in the bag, so everything just came spilling out. I pulled up to order it took them forever to come to the speaker box so I finally ordered pulled up paid they gave me my orange juice & told me to pull up I pulled forward & there I sat for almost 10mins. Everyone behind me is paying & getting their food & leaving. I finally get out go inside to realized they forgot I was outside waiting. Nothing like waiting in the drive thru line forever, to be asked to pull forward (totally get that - no reason to make other people wait) - to get a bag that has 2 cold burritos and a steaming hot McChicken sandwich (when we ordered a McChicken biscuit). I came through the drive thru with my mom around 9:45. We both ordered BEC McGriddles. I got home and ready to eat, but I started smelling coffee for some reason. I opened my McGriddle and the entire McGriddle was burned on the inside. It's like they reheated it to make it fresh again. I called multiple times but they don't seem to want to pick up the phone. This has happened multiple times at this exact location. They ALWAYS give me a burned McGriddle and I usually shrug it off, but this time it's very frustrating. They gave me fresh bacon, egg, and cheese but everything else was old and burnt. read more

QSC. The fundamentals of McDonalds.... except at this location especially service and cleanliness. The gal at the counter (window person) chewing gum like it's going out of style. On top of gum chewing as a first impression, she was all out rude in her presentation. Leaning on the counter, no greeting, no name tag, and no thank you. This was a young lady, brown hair, purple glasses. All and I mean ALL the tables were all messy, either drinks spilled on tables or litter on tables. Drink station was disgusting. Men's room totally needed attention as well. Also it was a low volume time, no other customers in line, one car in drive thru, and only two customers in lobby sitting down. Whom ever is the manager REALLY needs to focus on these basic standards. read more

This location has very good service and above average food. This is my favorite location in this area.

I pulled up in the drive through at 1040pm on a Thursday and they told me they were closed and wouldn't let me order. Meanwhile people were just standing around inside not doing anything. At least 5 other cars pulled up to order too and weren't served. read more

The last 4 times I have brought my children in to eat. The kitchen staff and upfront staff yelling and talking so loud it was not a great experience. Some of the topics they were talking about was not appropriate for a place of business. All 4 times we had to pack up our food and leave before we were done eating. read more

First of all, when people are going thru the drive thru.....give the customer time to order. That way you will be able to get the order correct. But guess what????
