This has to be the slowest place I have ever been. My second time in a month having to wait for over 40 minutes on my food. Tried to go inside to ask about my order and was told the lobby is closed. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Ordered $30 worth of food to be deilvered, food was left at the end of the driveway on the ground. We were missing our fries and drink and there was one nacho fry in the bag . I tried calling the store to try to get something figured out and no one answered. read more

I pulled up to the Millbrook, AL TBell at 9:32 pm this evening and there were 2 cars in the drive thru ahead of me. I waited approximately 5 minutes then it was my time to order. I was asked to wait. I waited for 12 minutes before they took my order. I pulled up to the window (only car in line at this point) and waited another 5 minutes before being told to pull around to the front parking lot. As I write this review , I am STILL WAITING and the time is now 10:10 pm. and there appears to be 2 other cars waiting in the parking lot that were apparently ahead of me. If I hadn't already paid, I would leave. Wow, never again. read more

This was the slowest Taco Bell drive thru experience I've ever had. It took over 40 minutes to get through the drive thru, but there were only about 5 people in front of me. The worker who was at the drive thru window had a taco in her hand eating it. There was certainly enough time to eat a taco, but not enough time to serve paying customers. I plan to never go back. If you're expecting food in exchange for the money you paid at their stupid kiosk don't come here apparently. Thnx for getting the complete order wrong today. Ordered a chicken quesadia with no sauce, got sauce. Ordered nachos no beef, got beef. Who ever did the order needs to read, smh. Will think twice before placing another order. Getting orders right will get better service and more trips read more

When i pulled up to the drive thru the lady said welcome to taco bell and that's all she said and then when i said hey she replied back with an attitude bc i guess she hadn't heard me and said welcome to taco bell once again but with the attitude. The lady working the drive thru was rude as hell! Asked for no meat on a potato flatbread and they did as i asked i payed for it to be supreme style and they just put potatoes and cheese nothing else. i ordered the three doritos locos taco meal and found something green and looks nasty in my food. i had been craving this to and it just made me nauseous to even look at it. Along with their nasty attitudes. I wasn't even asked if i wanted any sauce and when i waited at the window to ask for it they just looked at me all rude like and didn't even open the window until i sat there for about 1-2 mins after already having my food. read more

The slowest Taco Bell I've been to. Waited over an hour for two chicken quesadillas..

Stale food and messed up order. It was online in black and white but they still managed to get it wrong. The chips tasted rancid. Tried the Baja blast freeze and I couldn't believe they put that on the menu. It was terrible tasting. The entrees were not bad but not quality ingredients is evident. Found a piece of ground beef in my beef burrito mixed into the bean mush. Still can't get the awful taste of the chips out of my mouth. In fairness this isn't a usual TB experience. But today this store could stop you from ever eating at TB if you didn't know better. F- read more

They take your order and then make you pull around to bring your food to you and it takes over 45 minutes. The worst place ever!!!

ZERO STARS - Horrible service. Ordered 5:33pm inside on the kiosk. Rcvd my food at 5:56. Missing all sauces I asked for, and I believe the only thing they got right was the cheesy rollup. It's very difficult to mess that up. Taco Bell, if you are listening, you need to fire everyone in there and start fresh again. It would have been faster to go through the drive-thru. Of course, a lady came in after she had gone through the line and there were items missing from her order as well. Either these kids can't read, or they just don't care or they don't know how to do their job - maybe all three. And they want $15/hour? Taco Bell would do better automating their system and getting rid over the employees altogether. Sadly, this is NOT the first time this has happened but I assure you, this will be the LAST time it happens for me at this particular Taco Bell. read more

millbrook al location is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. less than five miles from my house so it's convenient, but this is the 5th time the order has been completely wrong, out out of 6 times I've been there. and I have more meat in my pinky finger than they give you in a hard or soft taco. don't waste you're time read more

proportions are terrible on their tacos, they hardly have any meat. the wait times are horrible expect to be in the drive thru 10 plus minutes. inside is no better if you can't order at the kiosk there isn't anyone on the register to take your order. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving even when placing a mobile order i've had mine missing items on multiple occasions as for resolving that issue be ready to call multiple times just to get someone to answer they aren't very helpful but they will offer you the option to come back and get your missing items again be prepared to wait even longer. would rather drive to prattville than deal with this 0/10 read more
